Hey everybody! Teddy Moser back again! Malcolm Gould wants to talk to me about this whole situation tonight, so there's that. I'm not too worried about it, I feel like I do a pretty good job. Anyway, the show starts with "Hit me With Your Best Shot" playing loud throughout the small hall. The crowd cheers for her, as she has still just recently returned. She heads down one of the aisles, a skip in her step as she gets to the ring. She slides in and hops up and down around the ring a huge smile on her face as she gets ready to fight.
As I'm typing this, I get a text message telling me that Christine Nash wasn't able to make it to the show tonight for undisclosed reasons. The fans wait to see her though, still not sure, when Malcolm Gould gets to his feet from where he is sitting at the 9.79X booth.
Gould: Ladies and gentlemen, Christine Nash has unfortunately not been able to make it to the show tonight, so please give everyone a warm welcome to her replacement.....Kelly Parker!
Some generic pop music plays as the fans cheer on Kelly Parker, who appears on the stage. She runs down the ramp, just happy to be here tonight. She looks across the ring, at Jenny who gives her a nod, and the two get ready to go.
Kelly Parker vs Jenny Smith
The bell rings, and the girls circle a few times. They lock up, and Jenny takes Kelly down with an Arm Drag. Kelly hurries to her feet and Jenny runs at her, hitting her with a takedown and grabbing her by the hair. She shoves her head into the mat a few times before getting up, hopping and hitting a Leg Drop. She covers.
ONE
.
But Kelly kicks out almost right away.
Jenny pulls Kelly to her feet and whips her into the corner. She runs and sends Kelly across the ring with a Monkey Flip. Jenny gets to her feet and hops up and down as Kelly gets up slowly, and as she gets to one knee, Jenny hits her with a Shining Wizard that sends the crowd into an eruption! Jenny looks at the downed Kelly, an evil grin crossing her face. I'm sure she could pin Kelly right now, but she doesn't. She waits, the grin growing more and more evil all the time.
As Kelly is getting up, jenny connects with Another One Bites the Dust! This match is all over now! Jenny crawls over to her, and looks down, but she doesn't cover! What the hell is she doing? She picks Kelly up, goes under a swing from the dazed opponent, and connects with the Sleep Tonight as well! I don't think that Kelly is even conscious anymore, and she may need medical help! Jenny covers, picking up the the win, no matter how sadistic of a way she did it in.
Rebecca: The winner....Jenny Smith!

The camera shows Carmesí and Thee Vamp sitting on the floor of a dressing room.
Carmesí: What’s the matter Latin Kings? It seems like you guys have lost your ways since we arrived at NAW. Not to worry because soon your careers will be over when we put you in those body bags.
Scene fades.

And of course, a shit storm has officially been triggered. We hear "Dawgs" play over the system, and we see The Latin Kings for the first time since we moved to the banquet hall. The fans seem to get behind them pretty well though, so that's cool. They get into the ring and Marco hurries over to grab a microphone, which he uses to quiet the crowd down.
Marco: Alright, see? You guys get it. A guy has a microphone and you get quiet for him! Awesome!
The crowd has a bit of a chuckle. God, this crowd is small again. It makes me worry. But Marco can work the crowd well, so it's all good.
Marco: You see, in two weeks, at Spring Breakdown, we get to face off against the Lost Family! They want us in a body bag match! And you know what I say to that, hombres?
The crowd cheers as Marco spits onto the mat.
Marco: We are going to take them out, and we are going to do it how we do it best! You don't mess with hombres like us, ese! You hear me? We are going to take you out, and we are going to do it in style!
Marco gets ready to freak out when Diego, wisely I might add, takes it away from him.
Diego: Look, you two. We ain't somebody to mess with. We are tough, we are fast, and we fight to the death. The only way out of this match for you guys is going to be in a bag!
Diego drops the microphone as though he added some real wisdom to the world from inside him, and they head up the ramp to their music.

I'm skipping the entrances on this one, because honestly, they were pretty straightforward. The two men stand in the ring, Chris Cooper across from Gunner Hughes, and Higgins calls for the bell. They move in and lock up, with Cooper getting the early advantage. He starts to push Gunner back into the corner, when Gunner shoves back and Cooper is forced a few steps away. Cooper comes running at Gunner, who ducks. When Cooper turns around, he is met by Gunner with a huge Clothesline, and Gunner covers, but doesn't get anything out of it!
Gunner pulls Cooper to his feet, and Cooper shoves him right away. The two men go back and forth with right hands, and Gunner hits Cooper with a real hard shot. Cooper is only stunned for a second before hitting Gunner with one of just as much power. The two alternate these ones now, much more slowly, but more powerful, until Cooper hits Gunner with a shot to the temple that knocks him into the nearby ropes. Cooper comes charging for Gunner, who ducks and scoops Cooper up, throwing him over the top rope. In an awesome agile move though, Cooper is able to get his bearings and land on the apron. Gunner turns around to the ropes to see how he did, and he is met with a headbutt from Cooper. Cooper hurries into the ring, hitting Gunner with a takedown that turns into right hands while Gunner is on his back.
The two men are finally to their feet again after about 30 seconds of taking turns rolling around and punching each other. They stare each other down before Gunner charges, hitting Cooper with another huge clothesline. Cooper hits the mat hard, but bounces right back up onto his feet. He beckons for Gunner to come at him again, and Gunner does it again. He bounces right back up. Gunner goes at him a third time, and Cooper is able to duck out of the way this time. When Gunner turns around, he is met with a knee to the gut, and Cooper slams him with a Powerbomb to the mat! He covers! He gets the one! But Gunner kicks out before he can get any more out of it!
Gunner gets up slowly, and Cooper pulls him the rest of the way up. Cooper hits him with a few right hands before a Suplex, then a second Suplex. Cooper covers, getting only a two count. He picks Gunner up and whips him to the ropes. As Gunner comes back, Cooper turns and elbows him right in the nose. Gunner rolls around on the mat holding his nose for a second, and as Cooper pulls him to his feet again, we see that he's bleeding from it! Good shot, Cooper! This does nothing but infuriate Gunner though, and he starts hitting Cooper with some vicious right hands. Cooper comes back though with a huge Clothesline, and he walks around the ring after flattening Hughes, the number one contender. Winning this match could mean HUGE things for Cooper.
Cooper holds an arm high in the air, a grin on his face. He grabs Gunner by the hair, who seems slightly dazed, and looks to be going for a Chokeslam, but he can't lift Gunner off the mat! Gunner hits Cooper with several elbows before throwing him down onto the mat. As Cooper slowly gets up and stumbles toward Gunner, he is met with the Buckshot, which flattens him. Gunner, who's mouth is surrounded by blood drops down onto Cooper and covers, getting the sing along three count!
Rebecca: Your winner....Gunner Hughes!

The camera shows “The Very Good” David Fraggle standing a dressing room holding the NAW Championship.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: A couple of weeks ago I defeated Jack Lockheart showing the entire world that I’m not a paper champion, I’m the real deal . I can talk a god talk and I can back up my words with my actions. However that’s not why I’m here tonight. No I’m here because of you Alex Morgan. I saw you clapping your hands implying that you were impressed by me but the fact of the matter is we both know that you weren’t impressed by me and you never will be. You’re trying to get in my head Alex Morgan. That is why I’m telling you right now that when I face Gunner you better not do something that later on you’ll regret. A change will come to NAW and you Alex Morgan will be the one who is responsible for the downfall of the company.
Scene fades.

We're back to the hall now, and the crowd of(just under) 200 is ready to go! The five men all enter separately, getting all the cheers and boos that i feel they deserve for tonight's main event. The men stare at each other in the ring, and we see Alex Morgan head over to the 97.9X booth with Malcolm Gould to watch from in the hall, and I feel that's a cool move for the owner to come see the match personally.
The bell rings, and these five men start to go at it. Within the first few seconds though, Lance St. Evans is tossed over the top rope by the team of Jack Lockhart and Jason Price. Those two stare each other down, and Lance stands on the floor outside, looking incredibly furious. One of the volunteer officials on the outside is asking him to head to the back and he yells a bit before heading away.
Just as we see that, we see on the other side of the ring where Matt Ward and Josh Lost are going at it. After just a couple more seconds, Lockhart comes over and sends both Lost and Ward over the top rope, Lost hits the floor, but Matt Ward lands on the apron. When Lockhart turns around, he is met with a flying forearm from Jason Price, which causes the small crowd tonight to almost explode with excitement!
These two brawl a bit now, both exchanging right hands. Jack punches a much harder punch, which helps him a lot, although Price is able to get more shots in at a time, being able to throw punches faster than Jack can block them. Jack grabs one of Price's fists though at one point, and whips Price into the corner. He charges and lifts a leg, hitting Price with a huge jumping boot to the face. Price falls to his face from the corner, and Ward comes over, jumping up onto Lockhart's back monkey style, trying to lock in a sleeper hold. Jack backs up quickly, hitting a turnbuckle hard and forcing Ward to let go of him and fall to the mat. Lockhart looks down at Ward, angry now, as he picks him up, hitting a Snake Eyes into the corner, and as Ward stumbles around, Lockhart plants him into the mat with a huge Powerslam!
Lockhart and Price look at each other as Jack picks Matt Ward up off the mat. He whips Ward to the ropes, drops down and Ward steps over him, and when he keeps going, he is met by Price with a huge Dropkick. Price then proceeds to pick him up and toss him over the top rope, sending him to the floor, and that means Ward will take the number three seed. Ward looks pretty upset, but doesn't object a whole lot when asked to take his place backstage. He heads back the aisle, and we're down to the final two. They stare each other down and Jack charges at Jason. Jason ducks, and when Jack turns around, Jason turns as well and meets Jack with a knee to the chest that knocks him down. Jason then drops an elbow onto his opponent, gets up and drops a second.
Jason keeps control of the match for a minute, and runs to the ropes. He bounces on them, but keeps a grip so he doesn't move and stands at the end of the ring. Jack charges him, and Jason ducks, pulling the bottom rope. Jack goes over the top rope, BUT WAIT! Jack manages to not touch the floor and stays on the apron! He gets to his feet and this match is on! Jason looks at Jack and runs to the opposite ropes. He comes back to charge at Jack and Jack reaches out, grabbing Jason and lifting him in a fast moving Suplex, dumping him out over the top rope! Jack Lockhart has just won the NAW Horizon Championship rumble, and he will get the first round bye in the tournament!

Well, it was a quick night, but was exciting nonetheless! Morgan has cancelled next week's show, and we will instead see you on the 14th for Spring Breakdown!
