When the show fades in, everyone is bunched into the lower seats. The fans are on their feet as the camera pans around the arena, showing some of the more memorable signs, and we waste absolutely no time as we cut to the commentary team.
Gould: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2014 Heatwave Supershow! I'm Malcolm Gould, alongside my broadcast partners Jim Torres and Teddy Moser!
Torres: And what a stacked card we have for you tonight, opening it with a women's tag team match! How fantastic is that? All those...women...flyin' around!
Moser: Actually, guys, I received word just before we came on the air that Chantelle LeBlanc and Vivian Duke are nowhere to be found. The rumor is that Mr. Morgan released them, but that's not official. What is official is that this opening match is now one on one.
Gould: Well that changes the complexion of things.
Torres: ....Yeah....
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen, the first match of the evening has been changed to a singles match and is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Amsterdam, she is the Dutch Diva.....JENNYYYYY SMIIIITH!
Then suddenly, "Hit Me with Your Best Shot" begins to play as the lights dim slightly. When the spotlight aims to the stage, we see Jenny Smith, a hand on her hip, the other in the air, flashing a peace sign. She spins around, her trademark crazy smile on her face. She hops up and down on the stage a little bit to get her blood flowing.
Torres: That's right, babe. Keep on hopping.
Gould: God, why do they make me work with such a pervert.
Moser: Not to defend him or anything, but Jenny's crazy, and crazy is typically pretty cute.
Gould: Don't let her know that you think that. You'll wind up with no testicles.
Jenny slides into the ring and holds her arms high, walking over to her corner where she waits.
Rebecca: And her opponent, from Chicago, Illinois..... ANGEEEEEEL LOOOOCKHAAAART!
"Ice Queen" by Within Temptation hits, and the crowd starts to cheer, not because they necessarily like Angel, but because she's one hell of a wrestler.
Gould: This woman is an animal.
Torres: I would do the worst kind of things with her.
Moser: Actually, she's a dominatrix, or so I've heard anyway. she'd be doing the dirty things to you.
The arena lights dim and a blast of gold pyros go off along the entrance ramp. Angel Lockhart comes out from behind the curtain wearing a black leather duster and surveys the capacity crowd. Angel Lockhart starts to make her way down the ramp toward the ring. As Angel makes her way down to the ring, she stops and poses for pictures with the fans, then she starts making her way down once again. Once Angel Lockhart reaches the ring, Angel Lockhart climbs the stairs and gets into the ring, Angel then removes her duster and waits for the bell to ring.
Angel Lockhart vs Jenny Smith
The bell rings and Jenny runs for Angel. She ducks a clothesline from Angel, and comes back, looking for a diving shoulder block, but Angel catches her and turns it into a sideslam. Angel quickly goes for a cover.
ONE!
.
Jenny kicks out. Angel pulls her to her feet and whips her into the ropes. Jenny catches the ropes and holds herself there, and Angel comes at her. Jenny looks to dump Angel over the top, but Angel is able to keep herself hanging on the ropes as she goes over, and uses her great balance to pull herself up, upside down, and kick Jenny right in the chest to knock her off of her feet. Angel then comes back into the ring by swinging once more and coming over the top. She has her legs on either side of Jenny, and Jenny hurries to take advantage of this, using this position for a rollup attempt.
ONE!
.
Angel kicks out now, and both women are right to there feet in a matter of seconds.
Gould: Great match here, quite honestly, wasn't sure how this would play out.
Torres: I am surprised that Jenny Smith is still conscious, I have to give her full credit for that.
They move in to the center of the ring and lock up. Angel gets the strength advantage and forces Jenny downward to her knees. She then backs up, looking for a buzzsaw kick to Jenny, who is able to duck from it and hop to her feet. She looks around, like it's no big deal, and runs to the ropes. She bounces off and goes for another diving shoulder, but Angel steadies her feet and is able to cause Jenny to just ricochet off her to the mat. Jenny rolls right to her feet, running at Angel and this time looking for a Dropkick. Angel catches her legs, pulling her in quickly for a Powerbomb, but jenny shifts her weight so fluidly that it turns right into a Hurricanrana, and she holds on to catch Angel's legs in another pin attempt!
ONE!

.
Angel kicks out again!
Gould: Guys, do you think Jenny's actually gaining some kind of advantage here?
Moser: Well, she is faster than Angel, but Angel has the strength advantage.
Torres: You have to look at endurance as a huge factor though. With all this flippy dippy stuff that Jenny is doing, she's gonna wear herself out.
Jenny pulls Angel to her feet and looks for a Scoop Slam, but Angel is able to plant her feet and turn it into a modified slam of her own. She looks down at Jenny, who just had the wind knocked out of her, and runs to the ropes. She comes back as Jenny gets back up, hitting Jenny with a running Dropkick. Jenny flies from the impact, doing a backflip and rolling right out of the ring.
Torres: Ouch. That looks like it might have been somewhat painful.
Jenny is to her feet as Eddie Higgins begins to count. (....1) She stands on the outside, looking up at Angel, who appears to be fairly patient, knowing she has all the time in the world. (....2) Jenny starts walking around the perimeter of the ring, and Angel follows her around from inside. (....3 ....4)
Torres: She's stalling now, isn't there a penalty for this?
Moser: You want Higgins to make Jenny lose 20 yards from the spot of the foul? Or...?
Torres: *sigh*
Jenny slides into the ring and scurries to her feet before Angel can put the stomps to her. Angel does run at her though, looking for a running clothesline, but Jenny ducks, lifting herself just in time to pick Angel up into a Fireman's Carry position, and slams her to the mat! Jenny covers!
ONE!

Angel kicks out just before the two! Jenny hurries to her feet, as does Angel. They both run to opposite ropes, bounce off, and rail into each other with simultaneous clotheslines! Both hit with a huge impact, and both women are down for quite a while.
Gould: Wow, that just evened the odds in either direction, I'd say.
Torres: That was a fantastic shot from both of them. Never thought I'd see Angel go down with such impact.
Both women lie on the mat and Eddie Higgins begins counting his way toward a TKO. (.....1 .....2) No movement from either woman. (.....3 ......4) Jenny rolls onto her stomach, and Angel has started to crawl around. (.....5 .....6) Angel is at the ropes and Jenny is on her way toward the ones nearest her. (.....7) Angel is to her feet, and Jenny is just behind, Higgins stops the count right away. Both women lean on the ropes for a second, and they move in to the center. Angel unloads with a huge right hand from out of nowhere that caused a grasp from the whole audience. Jenny goes down like a bag of rocks, and Angel drops to a knee, then both knees, then hooks Jenny's leg for a cover.

Jenny gets a shoulder into the air!
Angel looks frustrated as she pulls Jenny to her feet by the hair. She shoves Jenny's head in the fold of her arm, draping Jenny's other arm over her neck.
Torres: Oh no...
She looks around before connecting with her patented Fall From Grace Driver, and she covers Jenny, hooking both legs.

"Ice Queen" begins to play, and the crowd applauds some as Angel gets to her feet.
Rebecca: Here is your winner....ANGEL LOCKHART!
After the match Jenny and Angel get nose to nose with one another. Between the shoving and shouting a catfight ensues.
Torres: Here we go! A good ole fashion catfight!
Gould: This getting out of hand.
As the two women brawl Angel‘s husband Jack get involved and pulls Jenny off Angel. Now it looks as if the two are about to double team Jenny.
Torres: Uh oh Jenny’s is a tight spot here.
Gould: Surely Jack’s not going to put his hand on a lady.
Just as Gould utters those words Jimmy Hawkins, the cousin of Trent Brown comes down the ramp .
Torres: And here comes the cavalry!
Gould: We saw Jimmy and Jenny getting acquainted a few weeks ago and it seems they maybe more than friends .
Jimmy stands in front of Jenny to protect her from the Lockharts. After a few moments the couple back off and leave the ring. Jimmy looks at Jenny. With a smile on his face he opens the ring ropes for the young and firey Smith . As They two exit the ropes, go back up the ramp and head to the backstage area.

When we come back from a short UWL WrestleFest promo, the crowd is cheering again as we get ourselves ready for the second match of the night. The crowd gets even louder when "Hero" by Skillet plays. The crowd gets louder and louder, building up the arrival of their own hero, when Grayson King appears on the stage.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen, the next match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Star City.....GRAAAYSOOON KIIIIIING!
Grayson walks down the ramp slowly, nodding in acceptance to the fans who cheer him. He gets to the bottom of the ramp and puts his hands on the bottom rope. He pulls on it, lowering himself, and in true catapult fashion, rubber band's himself up over the top rope into the ring, doing a forward roll and coming perfectly to his feet. He walks over to his corner and leans on it, looking at the stage.
Rebecca: And his opponent...from Tijuana, Mexico..... The Glitch known as.... DEEEFEEEECTOOO!
The powerful guitar plays over the arena as the lights go out and the entrance tunnel flickers golden lights as "Pound of Flesh" continues playing. The crowd goes to a roar of boos as from behind the tunnel curtains walks Bryan Kennedy with "The Glitch Known As" Defecto slowly pacing behind. Bryan stops at the bottom of the ramp and steps aside as Defecto takes a stance, throws his head to the skies, and lets out a geyzer of mist colored in a deep black. He then looks back to the ring and walks down the ramp as Bryan leads the way. Bryan makes it to the ring first, and gets onto the apron courtesy of the ropes as he sits on the apron for his client. Defecto enters the ring through said ropes and continues to the turnbuckles, mounting them with the fans booing. He looks the fans over, not really caring what they think before jumping off and landing in the middle of the ring; turning in mid-air as he does. He goes to his corner and waits as his music stops.
Defecto vs Grayson King
The bell rings and both men circle the ring, hands up as they move closer to each other slowly, eventually locking up. Grayson starts to shove Defecto backward to the corner, but Defecto drops back and turns it into a weird looking arm drag thing. Grayson rolls with it and comes to his feet, and Defecto charges at him. Grayson leaps over him, and when Defecto turns around, he is met with a Roundhouse, knocking him a step or two back. He throws some quick kicks to the sides of Defecto, forcing him back into the corner. He then backs up, running and looking for an Enziguiri, but catches a whiff of absolutely nothing, somehow managing to keep blanaced and land on his feet, where he is met with a Dropkick by Defecto, knocking him out onto the ring apron.
Torres: Great move by Defecto there, keeping Grayson at bay.
Defecto runs at Grayson, who drop to the apron and pulls the top rope down, sending Defecto over the top.
Torres: In MWE, that may result in DQ.
Defecto gets to his feet and pulls on Grayson's, knocking him off the apron. Grayson turns around and hits Defecto with a right, and they alternate before they both get back into the ring. Grayson runs to the ropes, springing off and hitting Defecto with an elbow that sends them both to the mat. They are both right back up though, and they lock up. Defecto holds Grayson's hands as he jumps and crunches himself up, then as he gets into the air, he propels his feet outward, sending Grayson flying to the mat and himself up into the air, where he completes a backflip and lands on his feet.
Torres: And that is what we call GLITCH MODE!
Gould: Indeed. That was a great move.
Defecto stomps on Grayson before covering.

Grayson with a kickout!
Grayson is to his feet slowly, and Defecto grabs him and plants him with a DDT, patting him on the head and stands on his feet. He looks around and runs to the ropes, coming back and jumping up at a back angle, looking for a running shooting star press, but Grayson gets his boots up and stops it in time! Defecto connects with nothing but the heels of Grayson, and flops onto the mat, holding his ribs. Grayson is to his feet now and looks at his downed opponent. He looks around, then walks over to the corner. He hops up to the top, getting his balance as he stands tall, and dives off, doing a 720 splash right to the unsuspecting Defecto! He rolls onto the mat and lays for a second before crawling over to cover.

Grayson kciks out now!
Gould: Who's gonna win?
Torres: I have no idea.
Defecto gets to his feet and walks over to the corner, leaning forward slightly. He clutches his throat, rubbing it with his thumb and forefinger a bit. When Grayson gets up and walks over to him, grabbing his shoulder, he turns and spits a green mist into Grayson's eyes!
Moser: That cheap ba--
Torres: GLITCH MODE, BAY-BAY!
Higgins gets in Defecto's face, as Grayson drops to a knee while rubbing his eyes. Higgins yells at Defecto, and Defecto leans back into the corner.
Gould: Disqualify him Eddie!
Torres: He's not gonna do that. This is a pay-per-view, and he'd have to nearly kill Grayson for Higgins to call the bell. We need this stuff.
Defecto shoves past Higgins, who follows him, and Defecto grabs Grayson by the hair. Grayson is off his knee now and connects with a BLIND Tornado Enziguiri, judging alone by his hearing and other senses. Defecto hits the mat, as does Grayson. Grayson crawls around a bit until he find Defecto, and he covers, hooking a leg.
