The show opens to the normal pyro display coming from the entrance ramp and "Now We Run" by Steve Vai playing through the PA system. The camera pans around to show the cheering fans holding signs and posters in support of their favorite NAW superstars. The music continues as the view then cuts to the commentary booth where we see the duo of Malcolm Gould & Jim Torres ready to call the action.
Gould: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another edition of Monday Night Meltdown! I’m Malcolm Gould and alongside of me helping me call the action is my colleague Jim Torres. I’m glad you’re all with us tonight because we have a big show ahead of us!
Torres: We sure do, because tonight we’re going to see somebody leave here as the new NAW Horizon Champion!
Gould: This Horizon Championship Tournament organized by David Fraggle has been a grueling competition for everybody involved, but none more so than the two contenders that have made it to the final match here tonight. Trent Brown and Elizabeth Taylor. These two have been on fire going through this tournament and nobody has been able to slow either of them down a single bit. I don’t even know who I want to pick in this match Jim, it’s a toss up!
Torres: Well regardless of who you think is going to win Malcolm you know that we’re going to be in for one hell of a fight once the bell rings. Trent Brown and Elizabeth Taylor have been going at it back and forth all week in their promos leading up to this match, and also on twitter. Now it’s finally time for them to step into the ring and settle it once and for all. I guarantee that they’re both very eager to get inside that ring and start trading punches.
Malcolm: Well before we get to that we have a few other matches to get us warmed up, including a grudge match between Jason Price and Bohannon. Tension has been slowly building up between these two backstage and now they’re gonna meet in the ring. What do you think about these two Jim?
Torres: Well Jason Price has impressed me ever since he had his whole change of heart and became this new man. He’s been driven and single minded inside the ring, trying to get the job done no matter how he has to do it. But standing in his way is Bohannon, another up and coming superstar who would like nothing more than to send Price back down the ladder and rebound from his loss last week to Elizabeth Taylor. Price was backstage to poke fun at Bohannon after his match last week, so does Bohannon have what it takes to make Price eat his words this week when they meet one on one?
Malcolm: Well we’re gonna find out later on tonight. Also in store before that match we have the debut of “The Hatebringer” Corey Bull taking on Theodore Justice and Johnathan Blade teaming up with newcomer Gauge to take on the team of Jimmy Ferguson and Todd Morrision. So let’s gets things started and send it to Rebecca Martin who is ready to announce our first match of the night.
The view cuts to the ring and we see NAW announcer Rebecca Martin standing in the center of the ring.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen, this next contest is scheduled for one fall and will be a tag team match. Introducing first standing in the ring to my right, at a combined weight of 447 pounds…the team of Jimmy Ferguson and Todd Morrison!!
Ferguson & Morrison both turn and raise their arms for the fans, but they fans could care less about them and just respond with a mixed reaction. Suddenly, "X Gon' Give It to Ya" by DMX starts to play and the fans cheer as Gauge walks out from the back and heads towards the ring.
Rebecca: And introducing their opponents…making his way to the ring first from the Bronx, NY……weighing 235 pounds…..Gauge!!
Gauge climbs in the ring and poses for the fans then walks over to his corner and waits for his partner. His music comes to a stop and “till I Collapse” by Eminem begins to play.
Rebecca: And introducing his tag team partner, from Hickory, NC….weighing 252 pounds…he is ”Basic Thuganomics” Johnathan Blade!!
The fans continue to cheer as Johnathan Blade walks out onto the stage and raises his arms in the air. He makes his way the ring and the fans sitting at ringside pat him on the back as he walks down the aisle. He climbs up the steps and into the ring, then poses again before his music comes to a stop.
Torres: Well here we go, some tag team action to get things warmed up tonight.
Gould: Yeah both Gauge and Johnathan Blade are looking to bounce back from losses last week.
Gauge and Jimmy Ferguson start things out in the ring. Ferguson comes at Gauge with a punch but Gauge blocks it and sends Ferguson reeling backward with a stiff uppercut. Gauge dives forward and takes Ferguson down with a closeline. Gauge lifts Jimmy to his feet and flips him into the center of the ring with a suplex. Gauge tags in Johnathan Blade who takes over with a snap mare. He locks Ferguson into a reverse chin lock but Morrison comes running and kicks Blade on the back to break the hold up. Gauge runs in and closelines Morrison and then stomps him as he rolls out of the ring. The referee yells at Gauge to get back to his corner and Blade keeps the pressure on with a Ferguson with a belly to back suplex. Blade attempts the cover.

Kick out!
Torres: What the heck was Johnathan Blade thinking? He’s not going to score a pinfall this early.
Gould: Hey, you never know in this business…anything can happen.
Blade lifts Ferguson to his feet and slams him to the mat with another suplex then he tags in Gauge. Gauge lifts Ferguson to his feet but Ferguson reaches up and tags Gauge with a stiff jab to the face. Gauge is dazed and Ferguson capitalizes by bouncing off of the ropes and taking him down with a diving shoulder block.
Torres: Nice shoulder block by Jimmy Ferguson!
Ferguson slowly crawls over and tags in Todd Morrison. Morrison lifts Gauge to his feet and leads him over to his corner, then backs away and distracts the referee as Ferguson uses the rope in their corner to choke Gauge behind their back.
Torres: The classic distract and choke play!
Gould: Hey ref, turn around and look behind you!
The ref eventually stops arguing with Morrison and turns around but Ferguson releases the hold just as he does and Gauge falls to the mat. Morrison lifts him to his feet and drives him headfirst into the mat with an impact DDT. He then makes the cover.

Blade makes the save!
Gould: Save by Johnathan Blade!
Blade gets taken down by Ferguson and Morrison continues to work on Gauge with stomps. Gauge makes it to his feet and finally starts to fight back with punches but Morrison stops his rally with a knee to the midsection. Morrison lifts Gauge back up and locks him in a dragon sleeper hold, but before he can do much damage Blade comes running in to make the save. Again Ferguson comes running at him to take him out but this time Blade tackles him and gets on top of him, peppering him with rights and lefts.
Gould: Johnathan Blade taking it to Jimmy Ferguson!
Torres: Yeah he really wants back in this match.
The ref finally restores order and gets Blade back to his corner and Gauge starts to crawl towards him to make the tag. Gauge reaches out but just as he is about to tag in Blade, Ferguson who has just been tagged in, comes running up and stomps him in the back to send him to the mat face first.
Gould: Oh my, Gauge was so close to tagging in Johnathan Blade by it was Todd Morrison who made it back to his corner first!
Ferguson lifts Gauge to his feet and bodyslams him to the center of the ring. He starts to lock in a figure four but Gauge suddenly reaches up and rolls Ferguson up into a cradle pin.
Gould: Cradle pin by Gauge!
The ref makes the count.

Torres: Almost a three!
Gould: Yeah a nice move by Gauge but he comes up short.
Ferguson is surprised by the pun attempt and he again starts to shower Gauge with stomps in anger. He lifts Gauge to his feet and lifts him up for a suplex but Gauge uses his leg to block it. Gauge then lifts Ferguson up and suplexes him instead. Both men are down and the fans are going crazy.
Gould: Gauge has to try make it to his corner to tag in Johnathan Blade!
Gauge slowly inches his way towards he corner but again he’s too slow as it’s Ferguson who gets to his corner first and tags in Morrison. Morrison grabs Gauge by the leg and begins to drag him back towards the center of the ring but suddenly Gauge kicks Morrison in the face and sends him reeling backwards. Morrison shakes his head to clear the cobwebs and comes charging back at Gauge but it’s too late as Gauge dives towards his corner and tags in Johnathan Blade. The fans cheer as Blade jumps in the ring and goes crazy on Todd Morrison with rights and lefts, working him back towards the ropes.
Gould: Gauge finally made it to his corner!
Torres: Yeah and now Johnathan Blade is going to town!
Blade ends his flurry with a huge roundhouse punch to send Ferguson over the top rope and out of the ring. Morrison comes running in and swings at Blade, but Blade ducks it and catches Morrison from behind with a backdrop. Blade then hits the ropes and performs his signature five knuckle shuffle on Todd Morrison. Morrison rolls out of the ring and falls to the floor and Blade celebrates his handiwork. But as soon as he turns back around to see where Ferguson is he finds out, as Ferguson is back in the ring and waiting for him with a dropkick. Blade stumbles backward and Ferguson runs at him for a closeline. But Blade is ready and he catches Ferguson with his backbreaker finisher, the Blade Breaker!
Torres: Blade Breaker!
Blade drops down and covers Ferguson.

Gould: Johnathan Blade and Gauge win it!
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen…here are your winners…the team of Johnathan Blade and Gauge!
Both Blade and Gauge are shown celebrating their win. The scene then cuts to the backstage area where we see NAW Reporter Barry Lincoln standing by with Theodore Justice.
Justice is dressed in his wrestling attire and appears to be all ready to go for his match tonight. Barry greets the camera with a smile.
Barry: Hello everybody, I’m standing here next to “The Prodigy” Theodore Justice, who tonight will welcome another newcomer to the ranks of the NAW. First off Teddy, what are your thoughts on your opponent tonight, Corey Bull?
Teddy: Look Barry, I’ve said all I’m gonna say about Mr. Bull. The man doesn’t really seem like the chatty type to me so I’m not going to waste my time trying to get into verbal warfare with him. He’s a big, mean son of a gun and I’m gonna go out there and do my best to welcome him to our company in proper fashion. I mean heck, so far he seems like he’s a perfect fit for our company.
Barry: Oh yeah? How so?
Teddy: Well look around Barry. Look at the attitude of most of the people around here on our roster. Most of them could give two nuggets about the fans or about working together for a cause.
Barry: Is that right? And what makes you think that?
Teddy laughs
Teddy: Really Barry? Here, watch this…
Teddy looks around and sees Trent Brown walking down the hallway towards them. As Trent gets near Teddy steps out and extends his hand.
Teddy: Trent Brown, how’s it going sir?
Trent doesn’t even flinch as he just walks past Teddy.
Trent: Get the hell out of my face.
Teddy laughs and shakes his head as he walks back up to Barry
Teddy: I rest my case.
Barry: Well come on now Teddy, you can’t seriously think that everybody in the NAW is all dark and angry all the time can you? Some people still like the fans and like to have fun.
Teddy raises an eyebrow in curiosity.
Teddy: Oh yeah? Like who?
Just then a voice is heard coming from off-camera.
Voice: Did somebody say fun?
The view zooms out a bit and “The Rockstar” Tyson Phoenix walks into the scene. He’s dressed in his usual leather sport jacket and pants getup and he has his black wire framed sunglasses covering his guilty looking smile.
Tyson: I love to have fun. And the fans? They’re what I live for…especially the female ones.
Barry takes a step back and decides to introduce the two NAW superstars.
Barry: Hello Tyson. Allow me to introduce Theodore Justice. Teddy, meet Tyson Phoenix.
Teddy extends his hand and Tyson takes off his sunglasses and tucks them in his jacket pocket as he accepts Teddy’s handshake.
Tyson: Teddy Justice…yeah, I heard of you. You’re that guy who wants to become the president of the NAW or something aren’t you?
Teddy smiles and nods his head
Teddy: Something like that.
Tyson: You sure you want that job Teddy? I mean it really didn’t seem to pan out very well for the last two guys who had it. Alex Morgan is missing in action and David Fraggle just had an assassination attempt on him courtesy of Jason Price didn’t he?
Tyson laughs and Teddy looks at Barry, unsure what to think of Tyson’s ribbing. Tyson pats Teddy on the back.
Tyson: Anyway guys, I’d love to stay and chat some more but I’ve got some business to attend to…business that I’m sure the both of you will be very interested in. Nice to meet you Teddy, good luck against Godzilla tonight.
Tyson walks off and the scene ends showing both Theodore Justice and Barry Lincoln with puzzled looks on their faces.
“You‘re Going Down“ by Sick Puppies starts play out of the sound system. The lights start to dim around the stage as a little smoke trails across it.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen, this next contest is scheduled for one fall. On his way to the ring first, from The Great Northwoods….weighing 385pounds….he is “The Hatebringer” Corey Bull!!
Corey Bull walks out onto the entrance ramp with his logger’s chain in his hand and the crowd erupts with cheers for the villainous hero.
Gould: Well even though this man is new to the NAW, something tells me these fans are already very familiar with him.
Torres: I don’t know Malcolm, this guys is pretty scary. Maybe they’re just afraid of what might happen if they don’t cheer for him?
Bull walks to the ring with his eyes focused on the square circle. The fans cheer on the monster as he climbs up and into the ring. He stands in the center and raises his fist with the chain into the air as camera flashes light up the arena. Explosions go off on the ramp in the shape of a mushroom cloud as Bull looks out over the crowd and the lights come up. The chain is dumped over the side and he takes off the prison shirt and tosses it into the crowd, getting ready for a fight. His music then comes to a stop and the familiar sound of the US Marine Band playing “Hail to the Chief” is heard. After a few seconds, a couple of men dressed in secret service uniforms and sunglasses come walking out with Teddy Justice marching out right behind them.
Rebecca: And introducing his opponent, from Washington DC….weighing 217 pounds….he is “The Prodigy” Theodore Justice!!
The fans react with mixed emotions as Teddy Justice struts towards the ring waving to everybody and handing out political type buttons to some of the fans sitting at ringside. He reaches out and tries to kiss a baby that a woman sitting at ringside is holding in her arms but she pushes him away with an angry look on her face.
Torres: Did he just try to kiss that baby?
Gould: It sure looked that way, but you never know with this guy. He honestly believes that one day he will be “president” of the NAW.
Justice climbs inside the ring and poses with his arms outstretched, turning to face all of the fans. He then lowers his arms and looks across at Corey Bull who is burning a hole in him with his angry looking glare.
Torres: Something tells me Corey Bull will not be voting for Teddy Justice in the next election.
Malcolm: I think you may be right about that.
Justice takes position in his corner and the bell sounds to begin the match. The two wrestlers move into the center of the ring and lock up in a grapple and Bull uses his strength advantage to easily shove Justice backward and into the corner. Justice bounces off the turnbuckle and falls to a sitting position and quickly scrambles back to his feet.
Torres: Well that went about how I expected.
Gould: Yeah Teddy Justice does not want to get into a grappling competition with this guy.
Bull closes in on Justice and tries to grab for him but Justice ducks underneath his arms and spins around behind him. Bull turns around and Justice starts to lay into him with punches to stun him and then leaps up to hit a standing dropkick and stagger the bigger man backward a couple of steps. Justice scrambles to his feet once more and runs at Bull to take him down with a jumping DDT but Bull catches Justice and slams him to the mat with a huge sidewalk slam. Bull lets Justice get to his feet again and then grabs him drops him with a neckbreaker. Bull keeps the pressure on with some shoulder stomps. He lifts Justice to his feet and tosses him backward with a german suplex. Justice lands hard on the mat and rolls to the outside floor.
Gould: Corey Bull is having his way with Teddy Justice right now.
Torres: Yeah Bull just tossed him across the ring like a sack of potatoes.
Justice gets to his feet outside the ring and gets up on the ring apron. Bull walks up and tries to grab him but Justice grabs him by the back of the head and leaps off the apron, bringing Bull’s throat down across the top rope. Bull staggers backward and Justice uses the top rope to slingshot himself back into the ring and he Bull in mid-air with an enziguri. Bull staggers backward again some more and Justice gets back up and finally nails him in the face with a crescent kick to send the big man to the mat.
Gould: And Bull goes down for the first time!
Torres: Teddy better stay on him while he can.
Justice lays into Bull with stomps and kicks as he tries to get back to his feet. He then grabs Bull by the head when he does make it up and drops down for a jawbreaker to send Bull back down to the mat. Justice climbs to the second turnbuckle and once Bull gets up again he leaps off and hits Bull with a missile dropkick. Bull goes down and Justice crawls over to make the cover.

Bull uses his strength and tosses Teddy off of him to stop the count. Teddy goes rolling across the mat and both met get to their feet. Bull lunges in at Teddy but Teddy rolls to the mat and ends up behind him. Before Bull can turn back around Teddy runs up and locks him up for a Russian legsweep. Bull however easily blocks the hold and instead turns and levels Justice with a standing closeline. Bull covers Justice and the ref counts.

Bull pulls Justice back to his feet and leads him over to the corner. He places him into the corner against the turnbuckle and then starts to crush him with shoulder shots to the gut. After a few of them Justice slumps down into a sitting position and Bull takes a few steps back. He runs and in again crushes Justice with a double knee attack to the chest.
Gould: Wow what a shot, Justice might be seriously hurt after that knee attack!
Torres: Yeah this is really going to hurt his campaign for president!
Justice rolls underneath the ropes and falls to the outside floor again to recover. Bull follows Justice outside this time however, and starts to stalk him as he slowly gets back to his feet. Justice sees Bull coming towards him and lashes out with a punch to the gut, then he stands up and knees Bull in the face to drop him to the floor. Justice takes some time to recover some more and then gets up on the ring apron and waits for Bull to get back to his feet. When Bull does get up Justice leaps off of the ring apron and hits him with a flying forearm. Bull falls to the floor again and Justice rolls back inside the ring. The referee continues his count.
Torres: I’ll bet Theodore Justice would be perfectly happy with a count out right now.
Gould: You’re probably right, but I think the better option would be to keep the pressure on the much larger Corey Bull and try to finish him when you have him down and hurt.
Justice catches his breath inside the ring while Bull gets back to his feet and recovers too. He rolls back inside and the referee stops his count. A refreshed Teddy Justice comes charging in and attacks Bull as soon as he gets to his feet. Bull swings at him with a huge haymaker but Justice ducks it and catches Bull with a reverse DDT. Justice scrambles back to his feet and runs over to lock Bull in an armbar. Bull struggles to break free but Justice wraps his legs around Bull’s arm and tightens his grip. Bull grunts in pain and the referee checks for the submission.
Gould: And now Teddy Justice trying the submission approach. Perhaps attempting to soften that arm up for his patented Justice Lock.
Torres: Well good luck with that Teddy, because Corey Bull’s arms look like a couple of tree trunks!
Justice lays back on the mat and wrenches on Bull’s arm with all of his might and the referee asks Bull of he wants to call it quits. Bull ignores the referee’s question and instead start to power his way back to his feet. He gets his legs underneath him and finally is able to get to his knees, then he gets to one foot and pushes himself back up to his feet with Justice still latched onto his arm.
Torres: Bull made it to his feet!
Gould: Yeah but he still has Teddy Justice latched onto that arm and not letting go!
Bull punches Justice a few times but then decides to hoist him up over his head and slam him to the mat with a powerbomb. Justice however, releases the hold when Bull gets him above his head and he slips out and lands on his feet in front of Bull. He jumps up and grabs Bull by the back of the head and falls backward into a double leg jawbreaker. Bull falls to the mat and Teddy hurries over and heads to the top turnbuckle and signals for his signature double axe handle.
Gould: He’s signaling for the Hammer of Justice!
Bull gets back up and teddy leaps off and clubs him on the top of the head with his double axe handle signature move. Bull falls to the mat and Teddy drops down for the cover.

Torres: Yeah Teddy Justice might have to hit a couple of those before he’s going to get Bull to stay down for the three count.
Justice walks over and starts to lock Bull into the Justice Lock. Bull uses his other arm to block the hold though and pushes Justice backward across the ring. Bulls gets to one knee and Justice comes running back at him but Bull stands up and scoops Justice up to plant him on the mat with his signature swinging spine buster, the Lights Out.
Gould: Great counter by Corey Bull!
Bull pulls Justice back up to his feet and lifts him up for a vertical suplex, but instead of falling backward he brings Justice down into a piledriver, a move that he calls the Killswitch. Bull covers Justice and the ref makes the count.

Gould: Corey Bull wins it!
The bell sounds and Corey Bull’s music plays again.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner….Corey Bull!!
Corey Bull raises an arm in victory and the fans cheer.
Torres: Wow, what a debut for the newcomer Corey Bull.
Gould: Yeah he just made a huge statement with this…
Suddenly, Corey Bull’s celebration is cut short by his music coming to a stop and the sounds of “Metal Health” by Emphatic playing over the PA system.
Gould: Wait a minute…what’s this?
Torres: It sounds like somebody’s coming out here!
The fans look towards the stage and after a few seconds “The Rockstar” Tyson Phoenix comes walking out from the back. He has a huge smile on his face and he slaps hands with the fans sitting at ringside as he makes his way towards the ring.
Gould: You got to be kidding me? I thought we were rid of this guy and now here he is.
Torres: Well I don’t know why he’s here but I do know that he picked a real bad time to come out here. I don’t think Corey Bull appreciates his celebration being cut short.
Tyson grabs a microphone from the timekeeper and climbs into the ring, then walks up to Corey Bull to offer a handshake and his congratulations. Bull stands silent and just stares at Tyson. Tyson’s music comes to a stop and he raises the mic to his mouth.
Tyson: Well I have to say Corey, not too many people debut in the NAW in that kind of fashion. Well done sir, well done.
Tyson puts the mic in his armpit and begins to clap. Bull, sensing that Tyson may be mocking him, starts to advance towards Tyson. Tyson quickly stops clapping and puts his hands up in defense.
Tyson: Whoa there big guy, no need to get physical…I’m seriously out here to spread goodwill for everybody.
Tyson turns and points to Teddy Justice who is sitting up in the corner of the ring recovering.
Tyson: Even you Teddy, as soon as that headache goes away I’m about to brighten your day too. Because see ladies and gentlemen, I bring news from the front offices of the NAW. Straight from the offices of Isaac Bloom and Robert Martin. I bring you…
Tyson poses and raises an arm in the air with his trademark devil horns salute
Tyson: …you’re new NAW General Manager!!
Torres: What?
Gould: Are you kidding me? Our new general manager?
Torres: Well aside from Alex Morgan, Isaac Bloom and Robert Martin are the prime shareholders of the NAW. They’re the ones calling the shots now that Morgan is taking his leave.
Tyson continues.
Tyson: Two weeks ago you all witnessed what happened when Jason Price took General Manager David Fraggle out of commission. Doctors have said that they don’t even have a timeframe yet on when they can clear Fraggle to return to his duties here in the NAW. Now as much as it is a tragedy what happened to David Fraggle, the hard truth is that it’s bad for business for a company such as the NAW to operate without somebody at the helm guiding it in the right direction. I am now that man. I will take all of you under my wing and guide you in the right direction.
Tyson smiles and poses with outstretched arms and the fan give a mixed reaction, not quite sure what to think of Tyson Phoenix as the NAW General Manager. Corey Bulla and Teddy Justice look unsure too, as Bull is still in his fighting stance staring at Tyson.
Tyson: Now I know what a lot of you are probably thinking, “But Rockstar…why did they choose you of all people to be the NAW’s new General Manager?” Well folks, it’s quite simple actually. The NAW operates because of shareholders, shareholder like Robert Martin, Isaac Bloom, and myself. You see, Mr. Martin and Mr. Bloom may be the two primary shareholders, but I am the man who is next in line. Back when I was affiliated with the Public Enemies and I had a lot of interest in the NAW I bought as many shares of stock in the NAW as I could afford. I knew that one day I would have a huge bargaining chip in my hand and now that day has finally arrived. It wasn’t hard at all to convince Martin and Bloom that I was the best man for this position while Fraggle was recovering, I’m business man just like them and at the end of the day it’s all about making money. That’s what I’m here to do, and as long as I’m here I plan to help every NAW superstar make money too. We’re going to drive the ratings through the freaking roof and into space with some of the shows that we’re going to put on!
The fans cheer and Tyson turns to Corey Bull.
Tyson: Now Corey, I admit that I’m guilty of not being very familiar with your work but you have created nothing but buzz ever since the day you became an NAW superstar. In fact, word in the back is that the one of our contenders for the NAW Championship mentioned you specifically when he asked for a match next week on Meltdown. That’s a tall order for a newcomer, to walk in to a new promotion and go head to head with one of the top dogs right out of the gate? But something tells me that you’re up to that challenge. So next week on Meltdown Bull you’re going to be taking one of our NAW Championship number one contenders….Mason Battle!
The fans cheer and Corey Bull gets a slight grin, perhaps showing that he has some history with Mason battle.
Gould: Oh my, did you hear that?
Torres: Yeah, Mason Battle has asked for a match with Corey Bull and our new GM has just granted his wish!
Tyson: I sense some unfinished business between you two and I can’t wait to see it unfold. And now on to you Teddy.
Tyson walks up to Theodore Justice who is up on his feet now and standing in the corner.
Tyson: I know tonight you just suffered a disappointing loss and you’re probably feeling bad right now but I have some news that may just cheer you up. You see Teddy, next week on Meltdown for the main event I’m holding a special “second chance match” that will be open to anybody who participated in the Horizon Championship tournament. The winner of this second chance match will receive a shot at the NAW Horizon Championship at Revenge.
Gould: Wow Jim, a second chance match!? Tyson just gave a lot of people a reason to get themselves motivated for next week!
Torres: He sure did Malcolm, and you were worried? Not me, I think Tyson is going to do just fine as GM.
Tyson: What type of match will this second chance match be? Well that remains a mystery for now. In fact, it will remain a mystery right up until the bell rings. Anybody who’s eligible and interested will have to just show up and be ready for anything.
Again the fans cheer their approval and Tyson turns to Bull one last time as he begins to exit the ring.
Tyson: Again, great match tonight Corey and I look forward to seeing what comes next. Teddy, chin up and get your ass back in the gym. I want to see you in that co-main event at Revenge. Good evening everybody!
Tyson climbs out of the ring and exits as his music plays again.
Gould: Well what started out as a normal match turned into the announcement of a new NAW General Manager and a couple of bombshells being dropped.
Torres: Yeah a second chance match for a shot at the NAW Horizon Championship, and we won’t even know what kind of match it is until the bell rings!
Tyson Phoenix disappears into the back and the scene cuts to the backstage area where The Pistols are seen standing in the hallway.
Lizzy is doing some light pre-show stretches while Leah is sipping on a soda while sitting up on one of the tables. Barry Lincoln walks into view which causes Lizzy to stop and look at him curious.
Lizzy: Can I ‘elp you mate?
Barry: Allow me to introduce myself ladies, I am Barry Lincoln, the interviewer for NAW.
Leah sets her soda on the table and slides off, standing next to her partner and adjusting her hair.
Leah: Oh yeah, how’s my hair look?
Barry: ….Excuse me?
Lizzy lightly pushes Leah off camera as Leah just laughs. Lizzy rolls her eyes and shakes her head apologetically.
Lizzy: Pay no mind to ‘er, she’s been taking the piss for the last few days over something Trent said.
Barry: How are you feeling going into this match tonight? We all sat with excitement watching you take on Theodore Justice and then Bohannon to make it to the finals. Not many people believed you would be standing here tonight just because of your size and dare I say it…the fact that you are a woman. How have you overcome the negativity?
Lizzy: Quite easily, really. Sticks and stones and all that love. You see, nothing pisses off the person trying to push you down more than when you continue to get back to your feet. Nothing will keep me down, I’ve proved that. Nothing to lose, too much to gain.
Barry: From the beginning of this tournament you have shown nothing but confidence and I can tell by talking to you tonight, that the confidence is still going strong. But your opponent, Trent Brown, seems to have taken a special dislike towards you. Do you think his anger will push him to succeed?
Lizzy begins to laugh and shakes her head.
Lizzy: No way love, that bleedin’ fool actually thinks being a loose cannon will work for him in this industry. We’ve seen it a thousand times, it’s stale. I’d be more concerned about facing the likes of Teddy again, that guy is a cool as a cucumber. The over-dramatics to appear intimidating always reminds me of really bad, low budget ‘orror movies that survive only on the cheap thrills of black cats jumping out of nowhere. ‘owever, nothing is more nerve wrecking than the calm before the storm. If ‘es wise, Trent will be the one concerned over whats going to ‘appen in that ring tonight.
With a smirk Lizzy steps a few steps closer to Barry and starts to run his necktie through her finger tips as her voice becomes more seductive.
Lizzy: And I can assure ‘im and ‘is missus, that me sexual prowess, me gentle feminine touch, me stunning good looks…
Lizzy pulls hard on Barrys tie as her face curls with a scowl.
Lizzy: WON’T ‘ave anything to do with me victory tonight. I don’t need cosmetics to defeat a fool like Trent. Get ready NAW, cause your new Horizon Champion…is going to be a Pistol!
As Lizzy releases her hold on Barry she smiles sweetly as him, smoothing out his tie and suit before giving him a cheeky wink and walking off. Leah follows Lizzy, but turns back and blows Barry a kiss before chuckling as the scene fades and cuts back to ringside.
“Man That you Fear” by Marilyn Mason plays through the PA system.
Rebecca: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring first from San Diego, California…..weighing210 pounds….Jason Price!!
The fans boo as Jason Price walks out from the back and makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. The fans sitting at ringside have their arms outstretched so that Jason can slap their hands on his way to the ring, but Jason ignores them and stares straight ahead at the ring as he prepares to finally wrestle Bohannon. He climbs inside and walks to his corner, eagerly watching the backstage area as his music comes to a stop. “Soldier” by North Mississippi All-stars then starts to play through the PA system.
Rebecca: And his opponent, from Rock Fence Crossroads, Georgia….weighing 238 pounds….Bohannon!!
The fans cheer as Bohannon walks out from the back and makes his way towards the ring. He removes his t-shirt and tosses it into the crowd before climbing inside the ring, then he walks to his corner and glares across at Jason Price. Jason wastes no time as he tears across the ring after Bohannon and starts to lay into him with punches. The music stops and the referee calls for the bell to officially start the match.
Gould: Well Price wasting no time getting things going here tonight.
Torres: No surprise there, these guys have been at each other’s throats for the past few weeks.
Price continues to work on Bohannon but Bohannon fights back with some punches of his own. He ends a flurry with a huge roundhouse to send Jason staggering backward. Jason stumbles back into the corner and crashes into the turnbuckle, and Bohannon runs in afterward with a closeline. But at the last second Jason jumps out of the way and Bohannon comes up empty. Jason grabs Bohannon from behind and spins him around, then starts to light him up with rights and lefts. Bohannon fires back with a punch of his own, but Jason ducks it and catches him with a knee in the midsection to send him down to one knee. Jason then bounces off the ropes and comes running back to nail Bohannon square in the face with a dropkick to send the bigger man to the mat.
Gould: Jason Price is looking pretty impressive so far here tonight Jim.
Torres: Yeah so far he’s been pretty relentless.
Jason peppers Bohannon with stomps and kicks as he tries to get to his feet, then he bounces off the ropes again and comes back with a cross body to take Bohannon back down to the mat again. Jason quickly hops to the second turnbuckle and as Bohannon gets to his hands and knees he leaps off and nails him in the middle of the back with an elbow drop. Jason rolls Bohannon over and attempts the cover

Jason lifts Bohannon up and attempts an irish whip, but Bohannon plants his foot and blocks it. He then yanks Jason towards him and floors him with a standing closeline. Bohannon recovers a bit, then he grabs Jason as he’s getting up and plants him with a snap suplex. Bohannon lifts Jason to his feet and tosses him into the ropes with an irish whip, then catches him with a crushing t-bone suplex on the rebound. Jason lands by the corner and Bohannon walks over and uses his foot to choke him. The referee starts to make his five count and Bohannon breaks the hold on four.
Gould: Bohannon is really starting to take that frustration out on Jason Price now.
Jason gets to his feet but Bohannon levels him with a big boot to the face and drops down for the cover.

Bohannon picks Jason up and starts to set him up for another suplex but Jason gets him with a throat chop, then tries for a super kick but Bohannon moves out of the way and Jason gets the referee instead.
Gould: Uh oh, Jason Price just inadvertently kicked the ref!
Torres: Well you know what that means, no ref…no rules!
Bohannon checks on the fallen ref, then turns back around to get leveled by Jason Price with a shoulder charge. Jason lifts Bohannon up and tosses him out of the ring, then climbs out after him. He lifts Bohannon back up and attempts to whip him into the steel ring steps, but Bohannon reverses it and instead Jason goes tumbling over the steps and to the floor on the opposite side. Bohannon walks around and grabs Jason by the head as he’s getting up and stars to set him up for the White Russian Legsweep, but Jason reaches out and snatches a fan’s drink and tosses it in Bohannon’s face to blind him. Bohannon lets go of Jason and stumbles backward a few steps holding his eyes. He shakes off the cobwebs and comes charging back at Jason, but Jason is recovered and ready for him and he nails Bohannon with a kick to the midsection, followed by a knee to the face to send Bohannon to the floor. Jason glances up and sees that the ref is still down, then he gets a smile on his face as he walks over to the timekeeper and pushes him off his chair. He folds up the chair and stalks Bohannon as he’s getting back up, then as soon as Bohannon turns around he cracks him over the head with the steel chair. Bohannon stumbles backward a few steps, and Jason takes a few more steps back and then runs in and nails Bohannon again with a running chair shot to send him to the floor.
Gould: This is sickening….Jason Price is taking advantage of the mistake that he made taking out the ref! Now he’s using that steel chair on Bohannon.
Torres: Well if you’re gonna make a mistake, you might as well capitalize off of it. Besides, that’s not sickening…that’s professional wrestling! Well this is a much more calculating, brutal Jason Price than we’ve seen in the past. This is the same Jason Price that we saw attack Johnathan Blade before their match two weeks ago just because Blade was talking trash about him.
Jason tosses the bent up chair aside and rolls Bohannon back inside the ring just as the referee starts to recover. He covers Bohannon and hooks the leg, and the referee spots him and makes the count.

Jason turns his attention back to Bohannon, who is up and stumbling toward the center of the ring. Jason charges in and throws a punch, but Bohannon ducks it and catches Jason from behind to drop him with a White Russian Legsweep! The crowd roars with excitement and Bohannon slowly crawls over to cover Jason.

Jason struggles and reaches out towards the ropes, and after a few tries he finally manages to snag the bottom rope. Bohannon releases the hold and lifts Jason back to his feet, then he irish whips him and ducks down for a back body drop. But Jason reads the move and comes back to drop Bohannon with a DDT. Bohannon kicks out right after the three count but it’s too late, Jason Price wins! The bell rings and the referee raises Jason’s hand as Rebecca Martin enters the ring.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman…..here is your winner…..Jason Price!!
Gould: I can’t believe that the referee didn’t see Jason using the ropes for leverage! Bohannon got robbed by that illegal pin!
Torres: What are you talking about Malcolm? It’s only illegal if you get caught!
Bohannon argues with the referee and Jason exits the ring and celebrates his victory on his way to the backstage area as Meltdown goes to commercial.
Meltdown comes back and we see NAW Ring Announcer Rebecca Martin ready to announce the main event.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen…this next match is scheduled for one fall and is for the NAW Horizon Championship!
“Heart Shaped Box” by Nirvana begins to play.
Rebecca: Introducing first from Cleveland, Ohio….weighing 225 pounds…Trent Brown!!
Trent appears on the ramp standing alongside his wife Kat. The pair walk down the ramp and head to the ring. Trent keeps his eyes locked forward and ignores the fans as they boo him.
Torres: Well we could be looking at the next NAW Horizon Champion right here Malcolm.
Gould: You could be right. Trent brown has certainly been on a roll coming in to this match, but in order to go any further he has to get by Lizzy Taylor…and that has proven to be no easy task.
“Gunfight” by Sick Puppies begins playing and purple flashlights hit the entrance.
Rebecca: And introducing his opponent from London, UK….weighing 125 pounds….Lizzy Taylor!!
Once the chorus to the song kicks in, Lizzy Taylor comes running out from behind the curtains. She stands at the top of the ramp with her fingers pointed like pistols as sparks ignite the stage. After posing for a few more seconds Lizzy runs down the aisle and slides into the ring. Her music comes to a stop and she heads to her corner to await the start of the match. Her music then comes to a stop and the referee holds up the NAW Horizon Championship as Trent and Lizzy both look at it with eagerness. The referee then hands the belt off to the timekeeper and signals for the start of the match. The bell rings and Lizzy and Trent face off in the middle of the ring and start to talk trash to each other. Lizzy pushes Trent backward a few steps. Trent comes back and pushes Lizzy and the two explode into a slugfest, both superstars firing away with everything they've got. They exchange punches and neither seems to let up. The arena echoes with cheers as the two wrestler throw lefts and rights at each other. Lizzy…Trent…Lizzy…Trent…Lizzy…Trent…Lizzy…Trent…Trent…Trent…Trent…Trent. Trent finishes his flurry with an uppercut to send Lizzy to the mat.
Gould: Wow what a start to this match!
Torres: Yeah but that’s the type of situation that Elizabeth Taylor wants to avoid. She’s a technician and Trent’s the brawler…the last thing she wants to do is engage in a slugfest with him.
Trent lifts Lizzy to her feet and whips her hard into the corner and then runs in to crush her with a closeline. Lizzy slumps to the mat and Trent walks out to the center of the ring, then runs in again and nails Lizzy with a knee to the face. Lizzy tries to get to her feet but Trent stomps on her as she tries to get up, then he grabs her and pulls her to the center of the ring to land a belly to belly suplex. Lizzy crawls to the edge of the ring and uses the ropes to get to her feet and Trent tosses her back into the center of the ring again with another suplex. He then starts to lift Lizzy back to her feet, but Lizzy delivers a couple of shots to the midsection, followed by an STO to drop Trent. Lizzy catches her breath a bit, then she runs to the ropes and comes back with a chick kick Trent’ face as he’s getting up. Trent rolls around on the mat as Lizzy climbs to the top turnbuckle, and Just a Trent makes it back up to his feet Lizzy leaps off and hits him with a missile dropkick to send him back down to the mat. He then quickly grabs her and slams her to the mat with a spinning side slam. He takes a few seconds to catch his breath and then he stars to go to work on Lizzy as she gets to her feet again. He grabs Lizzy and hits her with a series of knees to the midsection, then he tosses her to the mat with a hip toss. Lizzy starts to get up, but Trent stays on her with a few stomps to the back followed by an elbow drop to send Lizzy back to the mat face first. Lizzy reaches the bottom rope with her foot and Trent is forced to release the hold. Trent grabs Lizzy again as she’s getting up and slams her to the mat with a suplex.
Torres: Trent Brown is having his way with Lizzy Taylor right now.
Gould: Yeah he sure is, Lizzy Taylor better try to start to mount some more offence here.
Trent lifts Lizzy to her feet again and leads her over to the corner. Lizzy slumps to the mat and Trent lifts her back up and sets her up for another running knee lift. He puts her in place and takes off running again but this time Lizzy ducks out of the way and Trent hits the turnbuckle instead. Trent leaps off for a double axe handle but Lizzy ducks down and nails him in the midsection with a punch as he lands and Trent goes rolling to the mat. Lizzy recovers a bit then she grabs Trent and irish whips him to the ropes and uses the momentum to catch him with a swinging backbreaker when he comes running back. Lizzy waits for Trent to start getting up again and then she grabs him by his head and drops him backward across her knee for another back breaker. Trent cringes in pain as he holds his back and Lizzy unloads on him with stomps. She then lifts Trent to his feet and flips him into the center of the ring with a side suplex. Again Trent holds his back in pain.
Torres: Lizzy Taylor has got Trent Brown hurt now.
Gould: Yeah she smells blood and is now looking to move in for the kill.
Lizzy delivers a few more stomps to Trent’s back, then she lifts him to his feet and irish whips him to the ropes again. Lizzy jumps up to hit Trent with a closeline on the rebound but Trent holds on to the ropes and Lizzy comes up empty. Lizzy runs in and lunges at Trent with a knee but Trent rolls out of the way and Lizzy flies into the corner and hits the turnbuckle. Both wrestlers are down and the referee checks on them.
Torres: They’re both down!
Gould: Yeah, these two superstars want to destroy each other….and their putting their bodies through hell in the process!
Trent and Lizzy both get up at the same time, and they meet in the middle of the ring. Lizzy throws a punch and sends Trent stumbling back a few steps. Trent then comes right back and rocks Lizzy with a hard right to send her stumbling backward next. Lizzy comes back with another punch and suddenly a slugfest breaks out.
Gould: Here we go again.
Torres: No Lizzie, didn’t you learn?!
Both wrestlers are peppering back and forth right rights and lefts….Lizzy…Trent…Lizzy…Trent…Lizzy…Trent…Trent….Trent….Trent….Trent. After a few exchanges Trent’s still throwing punches but Lizzy is dodging each one. She then ducks one final punch from Trent and catches him from behind with a reverse DDT. Lizzy stands up and drags Trent to the center of the ring and then she jumps up and comes down with a stomp to the middle of Trent’s back. She repeats this a few more times and then she begins to lock in another sharpshooter..
Torres: Uh oh…this doesn’t look good for Trent Brown!
Gould: It sure doesn’t. Lizzy Taylor has already done a lot of damage to that lower back of Trent’s….and if she locks this sharpshooter in there’s no telling how long Trent will be able to hold on.
Lizzy finishes locking the hold in and she leans back, putting all the tension she can on Trent’s lower back. Trent screams in pain as the referee stands in front of him and asks him if he wants to quit, but still he shakes his head and yells no. Lizzy tightens her grip, even bouncing up and down on Trent’s back to add more tension and damage. Trent struggles to break free, but Lizzy has her hands locked together and she’s holding on with everything she’s got. Trent swings his arms as he inches towards the ropes, and after a few tries he finally manages to snag the bottom rope with his hand.
Torres: He made it to the ropes!
The referee calls for Lizzy to break the hold, and she lets it go. Lizzy follows him in and lifts him up to the second turnbuckle. He then looks at the fans and signals for the London’s Falling.

They appear to be exchanging a few words and then the fan tosses something to Trent and he catches it and sticks it inside his tights before the referee or Lizzy Taylor can see it. Trent turns his focus back to the match, pretending to be hurt and slumped against the ropes.
Torres: Wait a minute, what was that?
Gould: I don’t know.
The fan turns and starts to exit into the crowd but not before the cameras can focus on him and reveal it to be Jimmy Hawkins, Trent’s stable mate from the Renegades.

Gould: Yeah thanks to use those brass knuckles!
Lizzy Taylor is barely moving and after a few seconds out comes her tag team partner and other half of The Pistols Leah Belle to check on her. Trent slips out of the ring as Leah climbs inside and he heads towards the backstage area with his wife by his side and a huge smile on his face. Lizzy finally sits up and holds the side of her head, now realizing what has just happened…and how it happened. She turns her head towards the entryway and glares at Trent Brown with a look of disgust on her face as Trent walks backward up the ramp with the Horizon Championship draped over his shoulder smiling at her.
Torres: Well we crowned a new Horizon Champion tonight Malcolm, but something tells me that the feud is far from over between these two.
Gould: Something tells me you may be right.
Trent is shown standing at the top of the stage holding his newly won title in the air as Meltdown goes off the air.
Johnathan Blade & Gauge vs Jimmy Ferguson & Todd Morrison

Gauge lifts Ferguson to his feet but Ferguson reaches up and tags Gauge with a stiff jab to the face.

Barry Lincoln with Teddy Justice
Theodore Justice vs Corey Bull

Enter The Rockstar
Barry Lincoln with The Pistols
Jason Price vs Bohannon

Trent Brown vs Elizabeth Taylor
Trent Brown vs Elizabeth Taylor
Lizzy with the cover.

Gould: She’s going for a sharpshooter! She’s gonna try to make Trent tap!
Torres: Well that’s much easier said than done, Trent is tough.
Lizzy begins to lock the move in, but before he can fully lock in the hold, Trent grabs her by the leg and rolls her up into a cradle pin. The ref drops to the mat and makes the count.

Gould: Slick move by Trent Brown!
Torres: But not slick enough as he only gets a two count.
Lizzy scrambles to her feet with a look of surprise on her face and waits as Trent is slowly getting up himself. Lizzy grabs Trent and tosses him to the ropes, then goes for a closeline but Trent ducks underneath it and runs past her, then he bounces off the opposite ropes and comes back with a flying closeline of his own to send Lizzy to the mat. Both superstars get to their feet and square off again and Trent takes the advantage with a knee to the midsection. He then irish whips Lizzy into the corner and runs in after her with jumping body splash, but Lizzy ducks out of the way and Trent slams into the turnbuckle. He stumbles out of the corner holding his chest and Lizzy runs up and takes him down with a spear. Lizzy covers him and the ref counts

Gould: Close call there!
Torres: Yeah, Lizzy Taylor wants so bad to have that taste of Horizon Championship gold…but it’s gonna take a lot more than this to put Trent Brown away.
Lizzy lifts Trent to his feet and start to pick him up for a suplex but Trent wiggles free and lands on the mat next to her. Trent sits on top of her and locks in a reverse armbar. He pulls back on Lizzy’s arm and twists as the referee checks for the submission.
He pushes her up against the turnbuckle and nails her with a couple of knees to the midsection, then he walks out to the center of the ring and runs in to crush her with a running knee lift. Lizzy slumps to the mat and Trent lifts her back up and sets her up for another running knee lift. He puts her in place and takes off running again but this time Lizzy ducks out of the way and Trent hits the turnbuckle instead. Lizzy grabs Trent by his head and hops up to the second turnbuckle, then leaps off and shifts her body in the air to bring Trent down headfirst with a tornado DDT.
Gould: What a move by Lizzy Taylor!
Lizzy crawls over and the covers Trent and the ref drops to the mat to make the count.

Both wresters are slow to get up and they meet in the center of the ring again. They lock up but Trent quickly rakes Lizzy’s eyes to gain control. He plants her in the middle of the ring with another belly to belly suplex, then he climbs to the second turnbuckle as Lizzy starts to get up.
She scrambles back to her feet but Trent is already charging at her and he levels her with his signature Brute Force front dropkick. He drops down and makes the cover.

Trent slams the mat in anger and goes after Lizzy as she uses the ropes to pull herself to her feet. Trent runs up and attempts to sends her over the top rope and out of the ring with a closeline but at the last second Lizzy ducks down and hits Trent with a spear!

Lizzy takes a couple seconds to recover some more and then she lifts Trent back up to his feet and uses all her might to whip him hard into the corner. Trent turns and crashes into the turnbuckle back first, then he takes a step out from the corner and falls to his knees as he holds his back in pain.
Trent uses the ropes to get to his feet as he holds his back in pain, and Lizzy continues the attack with a forearm shot to Trent’s injured back. Lizzy flips Trent into the center of the ring with an armdrag, then she lifts Trent to his feet again and whips him hard into the corner. Lizzy follows him in and lifts him up to the second turnbuckle. He then looks at the fans and signals for the London’s Falling.
Gould: Lizzy Taylor is signaling for her signature electric chair drop, and if she hits this there’s gonna be nothing left of Trent Brown’s back!
Lizzy grabs Trent by the legs and goes to lift him up off of the turnbuckle but, but Trent holds on and kicks Lizzy in the face. Lizzy stumbles backward and Trent dives forward off of the turnbuckle and nails Lizzy with a diving spear! Trent crawls over and covers Lizzy as the ref counts.

Trent keels over and Lizzy slips around behind him, then lifts him up on her shoulders and drops him to the mat with the London’s Falling electric chair drop. Gould: And once more Trent Brown escapes the three count!
Torres: This is insane!
Lizzy slowly gets back to her feet and Trent crawls to the ropes to do the same. However, Trent gets to his feet and is looking into the crowd at a fan sitting at ringside wearing sunglasses and a baseball hat.
Torres: Did you see that Malcolm, it’s Jimmy Hawkins!
Gould: Well this can’t be good for Lizzy Taylor!
Trent continues to lean on the ropes and Lizzy walks over to grab him. Trent quickly reaches inside his tights and produces a set of brass knuckles, covertly sliding them onto his fingers. Lizzy grabs him and he turns and cracks her with an uppercut. She stumbles backward and falls to the mat and Trent slides the brass knuckles back off of his fingers and tosses hem to the outside floor before the referee can discover them.
Gould: No! Trent Brown has just laid out Elizabeth Taylor with a set of brass knuckles! That must be what was tossed to him by Jimmy Hawkins!
Torres: And the referee didn’t see a thing!
Trent lifts Lizzy to her feet once more and wraps her up in a headlock, then drops her with an Overdose. He drops down and makes the cover.

Trent Brown wins! The bell sounds and Trent raises his arms in the air as his music plays.
Gould: No not like this!
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman…..here is your winner…and the NEW NAW HORIZON CHAMPION…..Trent Brown!!!
The referee walks up and hands Trent the Horizon Championship and he proudly raises it above his head.
Torres: I can't believe it, Trent Brown has just became the new NAW Horizon Champion!
