OOC: Sorry to do this guys but I just didn't have the time to write up full results this week so I have to go with quick results except for the main event, which is written out. Winter just came too damned fast this season and I had to spend the weekend buckling down my homestead. Anyway, back to normal results next week for Revenge.
Johnathan Blade vs Eric Ambrose
Winner: Eric Ambrose via pinfall
The Pistols vs The Jeckels
Winners: The Jeckels - Jack Jeckel via pinfall over Leah Belle
Mason Battle vs Corey Bull
Winner: Mason Battle via pinfall
Aftermath: Alaric Trudeau showed up after the match and attacked Mason Battle, using a can of mace to blind him just as the Elitists did to him at All Hallow's Horror. Julian Savell runs out to make the save and Alaric slips into the crowd and disappears.
Julian Savell vs Alaric Trudeau vs Jason Price
Winner: Alaric Trudeau vis pinfall over Julian Savell
Aftermath: Mason Battle appears after the match and is looking for retribution against Alaric. Both Mason Battle and Julian Savell start beating up Alaric and Jason Price just leaves with a smile on his face, amused by Alaric's predicament and in no way wanting to help him. Suddenly Gunner Hughes comes running out from the back and slides inside the ring. He fights off the Elitists, hitting Julian with a Buckshot to send him rolling out of the ring and then lining Mason Battle up for a Buckshot too but Battle spots it and slides out of the ring with a menacing smile on his face. Gunner and Mason have a stare down while Mason helps Julian up and they exit to the back. However their stare down is interrupted by Alaric who is back up and spins Gunner around to level him with his finisher the Saint's Blessing, apparently not wanting his help. Alaric stands over the fallen Gunner and glares down at Battle, who is still looking on with a cocky smile as the scene ends.
Second Chance Match – #1 Contender: NAW Horizon Championship
Participants: Eric Ambrose, Jason Price, Johnathan Blade, Bohannon
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, this next match is a second chance match where the winner will wrestle Trent Brown for the NAW Horizon Championship at Revenge.
“Till I Collapse” by Eminem plays over the PA system.
Rebecca: On his way to the ring first from Hickory North Carolina…weighing 252 pounds…he is “Basic Thuganomics” Johnathan Blade!!
Johnathan comes out from the back and makes his way down to the ring. He climbs inside and poses for the fans, then he waits in his corner as he watches the back in anticipation of his three opponent’s arrival. His music stops playing and “Soldier” by North Mississippi All-stars begins to play. Bohannon appears on the entrance ramp and walks to the ring.
Rebecca: And introducing the next entrant from Rock Fence Crossroads, Georgia…weighing 238 pounds…Bohannon!
The fans cheer for Bohannon as he climbs inside the ring and walks to his corner. His music then stops and the lights go out as “Alone” by Falling in Reverse plays.
Rebecca: And introducing next from Toronto, Canada…weighing 221 pounds…he is “Up All Night” Eric Ambrose!!
Eric Ambrose walks out from behind the curtains and walks slowly to the ring. When he gets to the ring he slides in and crawls to the center of it as the lights go back on. He then waits on the match to start, gazing at Johnathan Blade with a cocky smile.
Gould: Well these two certainly have some unfinished business to settle in this match.
Torres: Indeed they do. Ambrose got the better of Blade earlier tonight but Blade looks like he is still ready for more.
Eric Ambrose’s music stops playing and “Man That You Fear” by Marilyn Mason plays.
Rebecca: And introducing the last entrant from San Diego, California…weighing 210 pounds…Jason Price!!
The fans are booing as Jason Price walks out from the back and makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. The fans sitting at ringside have their arms outstretched so that Jason can slap their hands on his way to the ring, but Jason ignores them and stares straight ahead at the ring. He climbs inside and walks to his corner as his music stops.
Gould: Alright, everybody’s here so now what kind of match is this going to be.
Torres: I don’t know, even the referee looks confused.
Just then, “Metal Health” by Emphatic begins to play and out from the back walks Tyson Phoenix. He makes his way to the ring and climbs inside, then takes the mic from Rebecca and walks to the center of the ring.
Tyson: Alright everybody it’s time now to find out which one of these guys will face Trent Brown at Revenge for that Horizon Championship. I gave it some thought this week on what type of match this should be…a ladder match, a table match, hell I even thought about making it a cage match. But Revenge is next week and I can’t have our challenger going to face Trent Brown all broken up before the title match even starts so therefore this match tonight will be an over the top battle royal.
Tyson turns around and takes turn looking at each wrestler in the ring.
Tyson: Ok gentleman, I’m sure you know how this works. Once a wrestler gets tossed over the top rope and both feet hit the floor he is eliminated and therefore must exit ringside. The last wrestler left standing inside the ring will move on to face Trent Brown at Revenge next week for the NAW Horizon Championship. Good luck everybody, may the best man win.
Tyson hands off the microphone to Rebecca and she exits the ring. Tyson exits the ring as well and takes a seat at the announce table next to Jim Torres and the referee on the outside of the ring signals for the bell to get the match underway.
Tyson: Hey guys, mind if I join you?
Torres: Not at all Tyson, have a seat.
Gould: Hey Tyson, how’s everything going tonight?
Tyson: Well not too bad considering the circus that we just witnessed at the end of that last match. I’m going to have to get a restraining order for each of those three guys to keep them away from each other until Revenge, otherwise they’re going to kill each other and we’re going to be out a main event.
Bohannon and Johnathan Blade go after Jason Price and Eric Ambrose, perhaps showing us a preview of their upcoming tag team alliance. Blade works Ambrose into the corner while Bohannon lifts Price up and slams him to the mat with a suplex. Price gets back to his feet and Bohannon nails him with a drop kick to send him stumbling backward into the ropes. Bohannon runs at Price for the closeline But Price gets a boot up and cracks Bohannon with a big boot to the face.
Gould: Jason Price barely avoids the closeline by Bohannon!
Bohannon falls to the mat and Price lays into him with some stomps. Meanwhile on the other side of the ring, Blade has Ambrose up on the top turnbuckle attempting to flip him out of the ring. Ambrose battles back with some punches to stun Blade and escapes his grasp, then grabs Blade by the head and slingshots himself off of the turnbuckle and plants him with a tornado DDT.
Torres: What a move by Eric Ambrose!
Tyson: Yeah that was pretty slick. I really like this Eric Ambrose guy, he a no nonsense kind of guy like myself.
Gould: Yeah and not to mention he put David Fraggle out of commission and created a General Manager position for you too.
Tyson: What? Look Gould I don’t know what you’re insinuating but I’m not liking the sounds of it. What happened to David Fraggle was a tragedy and I don’t take pleasure in reaping any sort of rewards from it so I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself. I mean, it would be a shame if all of a sudden a commentator spot opened up too…
Inside the ring Jason Price lifts Bohannon to his feet and leads him over to the corner. Ambrose spots them and walks over to assist Price. They get Bohannon up and begin to roll him over the top rope but Bohannon fires back with a kick to Price’s face to send him staggering backward into Johnathan Blade who catches him with a backdrop.
Gould: Bohannon escapes elimination!
Torres: Yeah and then Johnathan Blade follows suit with a huge backdrop, nice move!
Tyson: Indeed it was. Johnathan Blade is another wrestler I like, the guy has the heart of a lion. He always shows up for a fight no matter who it’s against or what the odds are.
Ambrose grabs both of Bohannon’s legs and flips him over the top rope but Bohannon lands on his feet on the ring apron. Before Ambrose can react, Bohannon ducks down and dives in between the ropes and spears Ambrose to the mat. Bohannon stays on Ambrose with mounted punches and after a few shots he gets up and lets Ambrose slowly get to his feet. Blade comes walking up and together they irish whip Ambrose to the ropes but on the rebound Ambrose ducks their double closeline attempt and runs past them to bounce off the opposite ropes. However, Jason Price is standing next to the roes and he quickly grabs the top rope and leans down on it, causing Ambrose to flip over the top rope. Price turns around and smiles at his handiwork, not aware that Ambrose landed on the apron.
Gould: Jason Price is pretty proud of himself, he thinks he just eliminated Eric Ambrose.
Torres: He almost had him.
Tyson: Hey it was a good try anyway, very quick thinking on Jason Price’s part.
Price runs up and floors Bohannon with a flying forearm, then he scrambles to his feet and goes after Blade but Blade is all over him with punches and kicks. Blade lifts Price up for a suplex but Price slips out of it and lands behind Blade. He grabs Blade by the head and drops him with a reverse DDT. Ambrose is back inside the ring now and he grabs Price from behind and slams him to the mat with a Russian leg sweep. Ambrose grabs Bohannon as he’s getting up and whips him to the corner, then runs in for a jumping body splash but Bohannon dives out of the way. Ambrose hits the turnbuckle and comes stumbling out of the corner in a daze and Bohannon hits him with a dropkick to send him back into the corner once more. Bohannon scrambles to his feet and starts to lift Ambrose’s legs over the top rope while Blade and Price both get to their feet behind them. They begin to exchange punches but Blade gets the upper hand and floors Price with a roundhouse. Blade walks over and helps Bohannon try to eliminate Ambrose. Ambrose tries to fight them off but they finally start to get his feet over the top rope.
Gould: Uh oh, it’s not looking good for Eric Ambrose!
Torres: Yeah he’s about to get tossed over!
Ambrose wraps his legs around Blades neck and clamps on in an attempt to prevent being eliminated, but all of a sudden Jason Price is back up and he runs up behind the struggle and grabs Johnathan Blade by the legs. He flips Johnathan Blade over the top rope and out of the ring but Eric Ambrose lets go of his hold on Blade just in time to avoid being drug out with him. Ambrose lands on the canvas and rolls under the bottom rope and Blade hits the floor and the referee signals that he has been eliminated.
Johnathan Blade is eliminated!
Tyson: And then there were three.
Gould: Jason Price just eliminated Johnathan Blade, but he almost got a two for one and took Ambrose with him.
Torres: Well my guess is that’s what he was trying for.
Price doesn’t waste time celebrating and goes right after Bohannon. He starts to lift his legs up but Bohannon fires back with s set of punches to stun price, then he jumps up and nails Price with a standing dropkick. Price falls backward towards the center of the ring and Bohannon stays on him. He lifts Price to his feet and tosses him to the ropes and then catches him with a t-bone suplex on the rebound. Bohannon lifts Price to his feet once more and leads him to the ropes. Ambrose is back up and together with Bohannon they begin to lifts Price’s legs up and get him up on the top rope. Price fights back however, and manages to boot Bohannon in the face to break free of his grasp. Price grabs Ambrose by the head and rakes his eyes and Ambrose staggers backwards a couple of steps, allowing Price to fall to the mat and escape elimination.
Gould: Jason Price narrowly escapes being thrown over that top rope!
Torres: Yep, his title hopes are still alive.
Tyson: Jason Price knows how to survive, that’s for sure.
Ambrose shakes the cobwebs out and goes back after Price as he’s getting back up. Ambrose closes in on Price and Price fires at him with a superkick but Ambrose ducks the kick and spins around behind Price and drops him with a side suplex. Bohannon is back up and he meets Ambrose in the center of the ring. Ambrose brings a knee up to get the upper hand and then tosses Bohannon to the corner. He walks in with his arms raises for a double axe handle but Bohannon gets a foot up and kicks Ambrose in the face. Bohannon then hoists himself up to a sitting position on the top turnbuckle and leaps off to catch Ambrose with a dropkick. Ambrose falls to the mat and Bohannon gets back to his feet just as Price is also getting up. Bohannon walks over and meets Price and they begin to exchange punches. The fans go wild as both wrestlers throw rights and lefts with no signs of wavering.
Gould: Oh my, these two are really starting to let those punches fly!
Torres: They sure are!
Tyson: Well I guess I better make sure these guys are covered for dental insurance.
Bohannon finally starts to weaken Price and he begins to work him backwards towards the corner. Bohannon throws one last huge roundhouse but Price ducks it and catches Bohannon from behind with a belly to back suplex. Price catches his breath and then lifts Bohannon to his feet. He lifts him above his head in a powerbomb position and starts to head towards the ropes.
Gould: He’s going to toss Bohannon over the ropes with the Enforcer!
Torres: I think you better check for life insurance on these guys too Tyson!
Price gets towards the edge of the ring but Bohannon slips out of his grasp and leap frogs him to land on the mat behind him. Price spins around to face Bohannon but Bohannon is already in motion and he closelines Price over the top rope. Price lands on the ring apron but Bohannon runs up and dropkicks Price off the apron and he falls down to the floor.
Jason Price is eliminated!
Jason Price gets back to his feet outside the ring and is furious. He wants to get back inside the ring but the referees coax him away and he walks off, glaring at a smiling Bohannon who is looking on from inside the ring.
Torres: Bohannon just eliminated Jason Price!
Gould: Yeah and he just sent Price a strong message going into Revenge!
Bohannon turn around and focuses on Eric Ambrose who is up and recovered. They circle each other and begin to size each other up.
Gould: Well one of these two men will face Trent Brown at Revenge, but which one? Will it be Bohannon or will it be Ambrose?
Torres: Well whichever one it is, you can bet that Trent Brown is watching right now.
Tyson: He should be, one of these two guys are coming for his title.
Bohannon and Ambrose lock up and it’s Ambrose who takes the advantage with a knee to the gut. He whips Bohannon to the ropes and swings at him with a closeline on the rebound but Bohannon ducks it and runs past him. Bohannon then bounces off of the opposite side and comes flying back with elbow smash to drop Ambrose. Bohannon lifts Ambrose to his feet and flips him towards the ropes with a snap suplex. Bohannon waits as Ambrose is slowly getting up, then he grabs Ambrose and begins to lead him to the ropes. Ambrose fires back with elbows to Bohannon’s midsection, then he reaches up and chops Bohannon in the throat. Ambrose dives at Bohannon and drops him with a closeline and both men stay down for a bit.
Gould: A diving closeline out of desperation by Ambrose!
Torres: And now both wrestlers are down!
Ambrose is first to get to his feet and he grabs Bohannon as he’s getting up. He picks Bohannon up in a bodyslam position and walks to the ropes to attempt an elimination. Ambrose gets Bohannon over the top rope but Bohannon grabs hold of the rope and starts to fight back with kicks. Bohannon stuns Ambrose and causes Ambrose to lose his grip so that he can land on the ring apron. From the ring apron, Bohannon reaches over the top rope and grabs Ambrose, then begins to lift him up for a suplex.
Gould: He’s going to try to suplex Eric Ambrose right out of the ring!
Torres: Oh this is going to hurt!
Tyson: Um, yeah they’re headed this way guys…we might want to move.
Bohannon gets Ambrose up but Ambrose slips out of the suplex in mid-air and lands on the ring apron next to Bohannon. Before Bohannon can react, Ambrose nails him in the face with a back elbow and Bohannon falls backward to the floor.
Bohannon is eliminated!
Gould: Eric Ambrose wins!
The bell sounds and “Alone” by Falling in Reverse plays
Rebecca: Here is your winner…”Up All Night” Eric Ambrose!!
Eric Ambrose celebrates in the ring as Bohannon leaves with a disappointed look on his face.
Torres: Ambrose did it! He’s going to face Trent Brown at Revenge!
Gould: Wow, what an ending! I thought for sure Bohannon was going to take it right there.
Tyson: Yeah I gotta hand it to Ambrose, he sure pulled off an impressive victory here tonight, but can he do the same against Trent Brown? I guess we’ll find out at Revenge.
Ambrose continues to celebrate inside the ring as Meltdown goes off the air.
