The show opens to a huge pyro display coming from the entrance ramp and "Now We Run" by Steve Vai playing through the PA system. The camera pans around to show the cheering fans holding signs and posters in support of their favorite NAW superstars and tag teams. The music continues as the view then cuts to the commentary booth where we see the duo of Malcolm Gould & Jim Torres ready to call the action.
Gould: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Revenge! I’m Malcolm Gould and alongside of me as always is my colleague Jim Torres. I’m glad you’re all with us tonight because we have a colossal show ahead of us!
Torres: Oh we sure do, and “revenge” is exactly is what’s on everybody’s mind tonight! Jason Price and Bohannon are looking to settle their differences, Eric Ambrose and Trent Brown are looking to settle the feud left over from the Horizon Championship tournament, and of course then there’s the big one…the one for all the marbles!
Gould: That’s right Jim, we will finally get to see the three top superstars in the NAW put it all on the line and one of them will walk away as the NAW Champion. Will Gunner Hughes once again retain and prove his NAW dominance? Will Alaric Trudeau finally stake his claim to the NAW’s top prize? Or will it be “The Underground King” Mason battle who takes his seat in the NAW’s throne?
Torres: It’s tough to call Malcolm.
Gould: Well on that note partner, let’s send it to Rebecca and get things going here tonight with our first match.
Tag Team Match:
The Jeckels vs The Apex Predators
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, the following contest is a tag team match and is scheduled for one fall.
“Peep Show” by Droch Fhoula plays through the PA system and the stage becomes covered in smoke.
Rebecca: On their way to the ring first, from Transylvania…at a combined weight of 499 pounds, the Jeckels!!
Helena Jeckel emerges from the smoke, she singles and her brothers Jack and Jake emerge from the smoke behind her. They walk to the ring, Helena gets up on the ring apron then hangs upside on the ropes, then enters the ring. Jake slides under the ropes and sits in the corner and Jack leans through the ropes and places his hands on his brothers shoulders, Helena sits on the top rope posing as camera flashes light up the arena.
Torres: I have to admit Malcolm, I really like these guys. They scare the hell out of me, but I like them.
Their music stops playing and “Bullet with a Name" by Nonpoint plays.
Rebecca: And introducing their opponents, from The Great Northwoods…at a combined weight of 730 pounds… they are The Apex Predators!!
As the music continues to beat, the strobe lights kick in, flashing with the music. The brothers Corey and Wyatt Bull walk out onto the ramp and start getting the crowd fired up and the lights stop flashing.
Gould: Well if you want to talk scary then look no further than these two individuals. Corey Bull has already made quite the name for himself in the NAW and now he’s brought in his brother who looks to be every bit as tough as he does. I really look forward to seeing what these guys do here in the NAW.
Both men walk down to the ring and climb onto the apron, stepping over the top rope. They stand in the middle of the ring and raise their hands into an X formation above their heads as the turnbuckles erupt in fire. Both men then do paper-rock-scissors to decide who will be fighting first and Wyatt wins. Corey climbs over the top rope again and takes his position on the ring apron. Jack starts things off and the referee signals for the bell to start the match. Jack locks up with Corey but Corey easily shoves him backward into his own corner.
Gould: I think we know who has the strength advantage here don’t we?
Torres: Yeah it’s hard to argue with that.
Jack comes charging back again and Corey takes a swing at him but this time Jack ducks down and spins around behind Corey and bounces off the ropes and then comes diving back into Corey with a shoulder block, which has little effect.
Gould: That looked like he dove headfirst into a brick wall.
Torres: He did, a six foot ten 385 pound wall.
Jack gets back up and hits Corey with a few punches and appears to stun him a bit, but then Corey shakes it off and fires back to send Jack to the canvas with a right hook, left hook, and throat thrust combo. Jack scrambles to his feet and tags in Jake, who then helps Jack double team Corey with a double Russian legsweep.
Torres: Now the Jeckels are starting to do some damage.
Gould: Yeah that looked like it finally hurt Corey Bull.
Jake lifts Corey to his feet and attempts to irish whip him to the ropes, but Corey plants a foot and blocks it. He then pulls Jake towards him and floors him with a short arm closeline. Corey tags in Wyatt and together they slam Jake to the mat with a double chokeslam.
Gould: And now it’s the Apex Predators with the devastating double team move!
Torres: Yeah I think that left an imprint on the canvas.
Corey exits the ring and Wyatt takes over. He lifts Jake to his feet and flips him over his heads with a belly to belly release suplex. Jake lands hard on the mat and holds his back in pain. Wyatt pulls him to his feet once more and slams him to the mat with a pumphandle slam. Wyatt with the cover.

Wyatt gets up and waits as Jake makes it back up to his feet, then he moves in and punishes Jake with an atomic drop. Jake falls to all fours and Wyatt tags in Corey. Wyatt lifts Jake to his feet and holds him up in a bearhug position and Corey bounces off the ropes and comes flying back with a closeline.
Gould: Some great team work between these guys!
Jake is laid out on the mat and Corey makes the cover. Wyatt runs up and punches Jack before he can get inside the ring to stop the pin attempt as the ref counts.

Wyatt exits the ring and Corey lifts Jake to his feet after the failed pin attempt. Corey starts to turn Jake around into a neckbreaker but Jake escapes his grasp and reverses it into a bulldog. Jake crawls over and tags in Jack and he is all over Corey with stomps and kicks. Corey makes it up to his feet but Jack grabs him and drives his shoulder into his back a series of times, sending Corey back down to one knee. Jack then takes a few steps back and nails Corey with a boot to the face. Corey falls backward to the mat and Jack makes the cover.

Jack lifts Corey to his feet and barely gets him up for a belly to back suplex to slam him back down on the mat. Jack then stomps Corey’s back a few times as he tries to get back up. Jack tags in Jake and he assist Jack in slamming Corey to the mat another time with a double back drop. Jake covers Corey and jack runs up and dropkicks Wyatt off of the ring apron. The ref counts.

Corey tosses Jake off of him with his arms to stop the count and Jake goes rolling across the ring. Corey gets to one knee and Jake scrambles back to his feet and run in after him with a closeline. At the last moment however, Corey comes charging upward with a gut punch followed by a knee lift to the face. Jake falls over and hits the mat and Corey staggers over to tag in Wyatt. Wyatt stalks Jake as he’s slow to get back to his feet. Once Jake makes it up Wyatt grabs him and slams him to the mat with a cobra clutch suplex, then again he stalks Jake as he slowly gets back up. Jake staggers to his feet and Wyatt moves in and plants him with the Butchers Block, his variation of the jumping cutter. Wyatt covers Jake and Corey rushes in to stop Jake from making the save as the ref counts.

The referee signals for the bell and “Bullet with a Name" by Nonpoint plays again.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, here are your winners…The Apex Predators!!
Torres: Wow, what a showing by the Apex Predators!
Gould: Yeah we already knew how tough Corey Bull was, but now we just saw a good indication that Wyatt Bull is every bit as devastating as his brother.
The Predators are shown continuing to celebrate their victory and the scene then switches to the General Manager’s office in the backstage area.
Tyson Phoenix is shown sitting behind his desk and Trent Brown is seen standing on the opposite side with his wife Kat next to him. Trent has his NAW Horizon Championship around his waist and Tyson is in the middle of a conversation with him.
Tyson: Look, I’m thrilled that you’re the champion…I never said that I wasn’t. I just want a clean match tonight, that’s all I’m saying. After that crap you pulled to win that title in the first place can you really blame me for being worried? I already had to ban everybody from ringside for the main event…do I really need to do that for the co-main event too?
Trent laughs.
Trent: Do whatever you want, it’s makes no difference to me. I already told you…this is my title belt now and nobody is taking it from me. Not you, and sure as hell not Eric Ambrose! I’m the NAW Horizon Champion and I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure it stays that way!
Trent leaves Tyson’s office with Kat following behind him and Tyson sighs and shakes his head. He then looks off camera and gets an annoyed look on his face.
Tyson: You know, this is all your fault.
The camera pans around to show NAW head of security Mitch Thompson sitting in a chair on the other side of the room. He holds out his hands in an innocent gesture and looks at Tyson with a confused expression.
Mitch: What? Me? How do you figure that?
Tyson: How do I figure that? You’re supposed to be the head of the NAW’s security team and all of this stuff is happening on your watch! The elitists, the Renegades, Alaric and his entourage raising all kinds of hell…and yes, the Horizon Championship tournament final. Those brass knuckles might as well been coming from your pocket to Trent’s hand!
Mitch gets a pissed off look on his face.
Mitch: Are you kidding me? You don’t pay me enough to deal with all of that crap!
Tyson then also gets a pissed off look on his face too.
Tyson: What? You mean to tell me that we actually pay you? For what? Being a punching bag?
Mitch gets up and begins to leave the room.
Mitch: You know what, screw this place...I don’t need this crap!
Mitch gets a couple of steps from the door and Tyson appears to be thinking about it and he stops him.
Tyson: Hold on Mitch…wait a second.
Mitch stops in is tracks and looks over at Tyson and Tyson begins to nod his head.
Tyson: You’re right. I can’t expect one person to be able to maintain the authority in this place…I need a whole team.
Mitch crosses his arms and looks at Tyson with interest.
Mitch: Yeah, I’ve been saying that for over a year now.
Tyson: Ok well let me see what I can do. I might know somebody who would be up to the task of putting one together.
Tyson appears to get an idea and he looks up at Mitch and smiles.
Tyson: In fact you know what Mitch? You’re right, you have been overworked. Maybe you need some time off. Why don’t you take a nice vacation? You have a bunch of vacation days stacked up don’t you? Why not take the holidays off and give me some time to work things out here with our security?
Mitch appears to be thinking about it for a few seconds and then he nods his head.
Mitch: Yeah…you know what, I think I’d like that. Maybe take a month off and come back after the holiday’s fresh and ready to kick some ass. You sure you don’t mind?
Tyson sits back in his seat and folds his fingers together behind his head as he looks back at Mitch with a confident smile.
Tyson: Nope, not at all…take all the time you need.
Mitch nods his head in approval and exits the office. As soon as he leaves, Tyson takes his cellphone from his jacket pocket and punches in a phone number. After a few seconds he begins to talk to a party on the other end.
Tyson: Hey buddy, Tyson Phoenix here. Remember when you said you wanted a chance to make an impact in the NAW? Well I think I have that chance. You here at the show tonight?
Tyson smiles.
Tyson: Good. Meet me in my office and I’ll fill you in on the details, but make it quick though…you start tonight.
Tyson hits the end button and tucks the phone back in his pocket before he sits back in his seat again with a smile on his face. The scene then switches back to ringside.
Tag Team Match:
Johnathan Blade & Bohannon vs Jason Price & Sexy Jason
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, this next tag team contest is scheduled for one fall.
“Till I Collapse” by Eminem plays over the PA system.
Rebecca: On his way to the ring first from Hickory North Carolina…weighing 252 pounds…he is “Basic Thuganomics” Johnathan Blade!!
Johnathan comes out with a microphone and his hands and he begins to talk trash about his opponent Eric Price on his way out. He gets in the ring and continues speaking and then he hands over the microphone to the ref. Blade’s music comes to a stop and “Soldier” by North Mississippi All-stars then starts to play through the PA system.
Rebecca: And his tag team partner, from Rock Fence Crossroads, Georgia….weighing 238 pounds….Bohannon!!
The fans cheer as Bohannon walks out from the back and makes his way towards the ring. He removes his t-shirt and tosses it into the crowd before climbing inside the ring, then he walks to his corner
Rebecca: And introducing their opponents.
“Man That you Fear” by Marilyn Mason plays through the PA system.
Rebecca: Making their way to the ring first from San Diego, California…..at a combined weight of 420 pounds….Jason Price and Sexy Jason!!
The fans boo as Jason Price walks out from the back and stops at the top of the ramp. He then turns and motions to the backstage as the man known so far as Sexy Jason walks out.
Torres: I gotta admit Malcolm, I’ve been looking forward to this match. I want to see who this Sexy Jason character is.
Gould: Well you’re not going to have to wait any longer because here he comes.
Sexy Jason has the same wrestling attire as Jason Price, but is wearing a mask to cover his face. The duo begin to make their way towards the ring. The fans sitting at ringside have their arms outstretched so that the two wrestlers can slap their hands on their way to the ring, but Jason ignores them and stares straight ahead at the ring as does Sexy Jason.
Gould: Wait a minute…if this guy is so sexy then why is he wearing a mask?
Torres: I was thinking the same thing.
They climb inside the ring and Jason Price stares across at Bohannon and Johnathan Blade, then he and Sexy Jason walk to their corner and wait for the match to start. Sexy Jason then removes his mask and the crowd gasps what they see.
Torres: What the hell? I think somebody must have spiked my soda…I’m seeing double!
Gould: You got to be kidding me?! There’s two of them?
Sexy Jason turns out to be an identical twin of Jason Price, and the two shake hands and take position in their corner. Sexy Jason exits the ring and stands on the apron in his corner and Bohannon and Johnathan Blade watch on in utter confusion.
Gould: Well either we have some sort of mad scientist working for the NAW who can clone people or Jason Price has an identical twin brother.
Torres: I think I’m going with the twin brother theory.
Johnathan Blade and Bohannon begin to decide who will start things off between them but Price doesn’t want to wait and he runs up and starts to attack Johnathan Blade. The bell sounds and the referee forces Bohannon to exit the ring and stand on the apron in his corner. Price peppers Blade with punches but Blade starts to fight back and begins to power Price backward. Out of desperation, Price brings a knee up and keels Blade over. Price then flips Blade to the mat with a hip toss. Blade scrambles to his feet but Price stays on him with a closeline to drop him again. Price hits a legdrop and then begins to lock in a reverse chin lock. Blade powers out of the hold before Price can lock it in. Both men get to their feet again and Price again gets the advantage with a dropkick to send Blade staggering backward into the ropes. Price runs at Blade for the closeline but Blade ducks down and flips Price over the top rope and to the outside floor.
Gould: Nice counter by Johnathan Blade! Now he gets some time to recover.
Price gets back to his feet and rolls back inside the ring but Blade is all over him with punches as soon as he gets to his feet. Blade then whips Price into the corner and crushes him with a closeline. Price falls to the mat and Blade stalks him as he he’s getting back up. Once Price is back up Blade drops him with a back suplex. Blade with the cover.

Blade lifts Price to his feet and again flips him to the mat with a suplex. Blade locks in a twisting armbar and the ref checks for the submission.
Torres: Johnathan Blade looks like he wants to take that arm home with him tonight when he leaves here.
Gould: Yeah he’s got that armbar locked in pretty tight.
Blade wrenches on Price’s arm and the ref continues to ask him if he wants to submit. Price shakes his head no and begins to flail around in an attempt to escape. Blade leans back and locks in the hold even tighter and Price finally is able to edge across the mat and hook the bottom rope with his leg. The ref calls for Blade to break the hold and he releases Price. Blade lifts Price to his feet and tosses him to the ropes, catching him with a spinebuster on the rebound. He then climbs to the second turnbuckle and looks out at the fans.
Gould: Uh on, what’s he gonna do here?
Torres: I’m not sure but it doesn’t look good for Jason Price!
Blade leaps off the turnbuckle for a diving head butt, but at the last second Price rolls out of the way and Blade comes up empty. Price crawls over and tags in Sexy Jason and Sexy Jason climbs in and cracks Johnathan Blade in the face with a super kick. Sexy Jason covers Blade.

Both men stay down for a bit but Blade manages to crawl over to his corner and tag in Bohannon. Bohannon hops inside the ring and lights into Sexy Jason with stomps and kicks. He lifts Sexy Jason to his feet and slams him to the mat with a tiger suplex. Jason price comes running in but Bohannon jumps up and dropkicks him to send him rolling across the mat and out of the ring. Bohannon lifts Sexy Jason to his feet and flips him to the mat with a side suplex, the he starts to lock in a rear naked choke. Price however doesn’t let that happen as he runs in and kicks Bohannon in the head to break up the submission before it even starts. John Blade then comes storming in and takes Jason Price down with a diving closeline. Again Price rolls under the bottom rope and to the outside floor and the referee restores order by ushering Blade back to his corner. Sexy Jason crawls over to his corner and tags in Price who is just getting back up onto the ring apron again. Bohannon smiles and waves Price inside the ring, then takes position with balled fists as Price obliges.
Gould: Here we go, fists are about to fly!
Torres: And maybe even some teeth!
Price walks up and instantly he and Bohannon begin exchanging punches. They go back and forth with rights and lefts as the fans cheer their approval. Bohannon, Price, Bohannon, Price, Bohannon, Price, Bohannon, Bohannon, Bohannon.
Gould: Bohannon is starting to wear Price down!
Bohannon ends his flurry with a huge uppercut to send Price to the mat flat on his back. Price scurries to his feet but again Bohannon lays into him with a series of punches and ends his attack with one last big punch that send Price to the canvas. Bohannon lifts Price back up and tosses him backward with a release german suplex. Price looks to be out of it and Bohannon walks up and makes the cover.

He then grabs Bohannon’s legs and turns him over into a boston crab. Price leans back and applies all of the weight he has and the referee checks for the submission.
Torres: Boston crab! He’s trying to bend Bohannon in half!
Gould: Bohannon has to make it to the ropes!
Bohannon is only a few inches from the ropes when Price releases enough pressure to allow him to drag Bohannon back out to the center of the ring. But before Price and lock the submission hold back in Bohannon uses the opportunity to tie up Prices legs and trip him to roll him up backwards into a pin attempt. The referee makes the count.

Sexy Jason and Price both catapult Bohannon into the ropes with a double irish whip, then they catch him and slam him to the mat with a double spinebuster on the rebound. Bohannon gets a few seconds to recover and then he stumbles over and tags in Johnathan Blade. Blade climbs in and meets Sexy Jason as he’s coming back to the center of the ring. Sexy Jason swings at Blade but Blade ducks it and catches Sexy Jason with a belly to back suplex. Blade lifts Sexy Jason to his feet and tosses him to the ropes, then tosses him into the air with a back body drop on the rebound. He then walks over and takes a swing at Bohannon who is talking some trash to him, but Bohannon leans back and avoids the punch. Bohannon then grabs Jason Price by the head and drops down to the floor, bringing Price’s neck down across the top rope and slinghotting him backward towards the center of the ring. Price staggers backward and recovers, but so has Johnathan Blade and he is right there to catch Price with his signature triple powerbomb move. He lifts Price up for the first powerbomb but Price is raining down punches on Blade’s head and Blade falls backward with Price landing on top of him. Price gets to his feet and waits for Blade to get up, then he kicks him in the guts and lifts him up for a powerbomb of his own, the Enforcer! Bohannon senses the end is near and prepares to make the save, but before he can react he’s pulled backward off of the ring apron by Sexy Jason, who snuck around behind him to intervene. Sexy Jason throws a punch at Bohannon but Bohannon manages to catch it and then floors Sexy Jason with a stiff uppercut. Bohannon looks to the inside of the ring and starts to climb inside but it’s too late as Jason Price is already covering Johnathan Blade and the ref is counting.

Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman here are your winners…the team of Jason Price and Sexy Jason!!
Bohannon makes it to the inside of the ring but Price has already retreated and is outside celebrating his win.
Gould: Well Jason Price is able to yet again get the one up on Bohannon in this tag team match, but this time with the help of his apparent twin brother. How crazy is that?
Torres: Well I have a feeling things with this new tag team are about to get even crazier after tonight.
Jason Price helps Sexy Jason back up and they exit to the back as the fans boo. The scene then switches to the NAW General Manager’s office again.
Tyson Phoenix is seen again sitting at his desk but this time the view is zoomed in more and the opposite side is not seen. Tyson is talking to somebody however, and it appears to be the person he was making a phone call to earlier.
Tyson: Ok so look here’s the deal. I’m prepared to make you the acting head of NAW Security. Now I know that we already have a head of security but let’s be honest…he’s been useless lately. I’ve sent him on a vacation for a little while but when he gets back I’m going to demote him to second in command on my security detail. He’s a hell of a worker but he is no leader. However I believe that you are a leader. I’ve seen you and how you carry yourself around here and I have a good feeling that you are the right man for this job. So what do you say? Are you prepared to be my hand of Justice?
Tyson looks across his desk with a curious expression and the view zooms out to reveal who he’s talking to. It turns out to be none other than Theodore Justice. Teddy gets a big smile on his face as he leans forward and extends his hand.
Justice: You bet I am! Don’t forget...Justice is my name! This is the type of opportunity I’ve been waiting for in the NAW. The authority! The head honcho! I will be able to spread my political message far and loud with a label such as Head of NAW Security!
Tyson reaches forward and shakes Teddy’s hand.
Tyson: Aright well don’t get too carried away. The NAW already has a president and you’re looking at him. In fact, I’m the president, the vice president, and the entire congress…you got it?
Teddy nods his head as he stands up.
Justice: Sure boss, understood. Now what’s this job you said you had for me tonight?
Tyson: Right, I was just about to get that. Now I’m sure that by now you’re pretty updated on what all went down with the NAW Horizon Championship tournament and how it ended in controversial fashion?
Teddy nods his head in understanding.
Tyson: Ok well to prevent another international incident, I want you out there at ringside for our Horizon Championship match tonight. I want you to keep your eyes peeled, especially on Trent, and if you see anything out of the ordinary I want you to take action. No foreign objects what so ever enter that ring; brass knuckles, a ring bell, a chair, a belt buckle...hell I don’t care if somebody’s filling falls out of their mouth and hits the mat….nothing enters that ring! If it does, you pause the match and maintain your authority. Are we clear?
Teddy nods his head again.
Justice: Crystal clear. I’ll head out there right now.
Teddy goes to leave and Tyson stops him as he opens his desk.
Tyson: Wait a second…take this.
Tyson tosses a Bluetooth headpiece to Teddy Justice and Teddy catches it in his hand and looks at it.
Tyson: I want that in your ear and ready at all times. Any problems and you don’t hesitate to call me.
Justice: Got it. I’m on the job bossman…you won’t be disappointed.
Teddy exits the room and Tyson watches on as he mutters to himself.
Tyson: I better not be…for your sake.
The scene fades and Revenge then cuts to a promo for the next Meltdown Supershow; Holiday Fear.
NAW Horizon Championship
Trent Brown(c) vs Eric Ambrose
Meltdown comes back and we see the new head of NAW security Teddy Justice sitting at ringside along with Malcolm Gould and Jim Torres. NAW Ring Announcer Rebecca Martin enters the ring and starts to announce the match.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen…this next match is scheduled for one fall and is for the NAW Horizon Championship!
“Cry Little Sister” by Gerard McMann plays as the lights go out.
Rebecca: Introducing first the challenger, from Tijuana, Mexico….weighing 221 pounds…he is “Up all Night” Eric Ambrose!!
Eric Ambrose walks out from behind the curtains and heads slowly to the ring. When he gets to the ring he slides into it and crawls to the center of the ring as the lights go back on.
Torres: Eric Ambrose is bound and determined to defeat Trent Brown tonight and become the new Horizon Champion.
Gould: Well these two certainly have their history, but it’s Trent so far who has the edge. What do you think Teddy?
Justice: Well I’ve yet to be in the ring with either of these two but I have to say I’m impressed by both of them. I won’t lie gentleman…I wanted to be the one standing there in that ring tonight but hey, things happen for a reason. All I ever wanted to do was help make a difference in the NAW and represent these good people out here, and now look at me… I’m sitting here as the new Head of NAW security presiding over this match as a figure of Justice. Pun intended of course.
Ambrose is in his corner waiting for the match to start and his music comes to a stop and “Heart Shaped Box” by Nirvana begins to play.
Rebecca: Introducing his opponent from Cleveland, Ohio….weighing 225 pounds…he is the NAW Horizon Champion…Trent Brown!!
Trent appears on the ramp standing alongside his wife Kat. He has the NAW Horizon Championship draped over his shoulder and an evil looking smile on his face. The pair walk down the ramp and head to the ring. Trent keeps his eyes locked forward and ignores the fans as they boo him. He gets to the ring and climbs inside, then he hands his title belt off to the referee. The ref hands it out of the ring to the timekeeper and then he signals for the bell to start the match. Trent and Ambrose meet in the center of the ring. The two instantly begin to trade punches but Trent looks to get the better of Ambrose as he backs him up into the corner and hits some solid knife chop to Ambrose’s chest, the crack ringing throughout out the arena. Trent backs away on the fourth chop as Ambrose grabs his chest and stumbles out of the corner, and then Trent fires a stiff right to the skull that knocks Ambrose into the ropes. Trent goes on the attack grabbing the arm of Ambrose and whipping him across the ring, and then connects with a clothesline. Ambrose hits the mat and quickly rises only to be knocked down with a second closeline by Trent. Trent hits a quick elbow drop on Ambrose and gets to his feet quickly in order to hit a second, and then third elbow drop on the chest of Ambrose before hooking the leg.
Torres: What? This won’t get it done

Gould: Ambrose’s looking for his signature Omoplata crossface submission hold!
Ambrose start to set Trent up for the move but Trent slips out of his grasp and then scrambles to his feet. He grabs Ambrose as he’s getting up and flips him to the mat with a snap suplex. Ambrose slams hard on the mat and Trent turns around and sees Ambrose holding his back and goes to work, turning him over and jumping up to come down with a knee drop on the small of his back.
Gould: Trent sets a target and goes to work on the back of Ambrose.
Torres: Well it appears he came into this match with a strategy; target a body part and work it over until it breaks.
Justice: Hey, not a bad strategy if you ask me.
Trent hits a second knee drop and then grabs Ambrose’s arms and puts his foot in the center of his back to lock him into a surfboard stretch. Ambrose struggles to escape his predicament as the referee checks for the submission. Ambrose is able to fight his way to his knees and sensing that he is about to break out of the hold, Trent releases him and dropkicks him in the back with a standing dropkick. Ambrose staggers forward and catches his balance, then turns around and comes back after Trent. Trent is ready for him however, and he takes Ambrose down with a hip toss. Trent again locks Ambrose into a submission, this time a chin lock. Before Trent can tighten his grip though, Ambrose breaks free and rolls away from him. Trent gets up and comes after him but Ambrose quickly sits up and fires a roundhouse into Trent’s midsection. Trent stumbles backward and keels over and Ambrose stands up and levels him with dropkick to the face. Ambrose quickly crawls over and covers Trent and the referee makes the count.

Gould: Great counter by Ambrose, but not enough to put Trent away.
Torres: Yeah but definitely enough to loosen some teeth though.
Justice: It sure was, Trent is spitting blood!
Trent rolls out of the ring and wipes the blood from his mouth, taking some time to recover. Ambrose is not waiting for him though and he follows him outside. Ambrose fires a few shots at Trent to weaken him and then looks to Irish whip him into the steel ring steps but Trent turns him around and uses his own momentum to fire Ambrose into the steel ring steps instead, taking the advantage as the referee reaches a five count. Trent rolls into the ring and looks on at Ambrose with a laugh, content to win the match by count out as the referee reaches seven.
Gould: Trent Brown is about to retain his Horizon Championship by a countout!
Justice: What’s that sir? Ok...understood. Right away.
Teddy Justice appears to be getting orders from an earpiece in his ear and he gets up out of his seat as then heads towards the ring.
Torres: Hey, where is Teddy going?
Gould: I’m not sure.
Teddy walks to the edge of the ring and calls the referee over. The ref stops counting and walks over to where Teddy is standing and leans down, and then Teddy says a few things to him. The referee nods his head and walks back to the center of the ring as Teddy returns to his seat. A pissed off Trent points down at Teddy and then looks to the referee with a confused look on his face as the ref begins to explain the situation and Ambrose makes it back into the ring. Teddy Justice hands a few campaign buttons out to some of the fans siting at ringside before taking his seat at the announce table again.
Gould: What was that all about?
Justice: Just doing my job fellas. I got a call from our General Manager and he said that he does not want this match to end with a countout. No countouts.
Trent continues to stare out at Teddy Justice before deciding to vent his frustrations on Ambrose who has managed to crawl to his feet against the ropes. Trent rushes after him with a closeline and connects, sending both men tumbling over the top rope and crashing down on the outside. Trent gets back up and lifts Ambrose to his feet, leading him over to the ring barrier. He attempts to drive Ambrose’s head into the barrier but Ambrose gets a foot up and blocks it. He then elbows Trent in the stomach and DDT’s him on the floor. Both men stay down for a bit, but Ambrose gets to his feet first and rolls back inside the ring. The referee explains to him that there are no longer any countouts and he laughs as he then decides to return to the outside.
Gould: Well Eric Ambrose sure doesn’t seem to mind there no longer being any countouts.
Torres: Well don’t forget that Ambrose is not one who’s above breaking the rules either.
Justice: And that’s a good thing?
Torres: Well it is when it comes to winning matches against guys like Trent Brown.
Ambrose reaches out to grab Trent but Trent fires back with an uppercut that stuns him. Trent then kicks Ambrose in the midsection and plows him with a running knee lift. He rolls Ambrose back inside the ring and Ambrose makes it to his feet as Trent is climbing back inside. Ambrose comes after him but Trent scoops him up and slams him to the mat with a Raw Power spinning side slam.
Torres: He hit him with the Raw Power!
Trent takes a few seconds to catch his breath and then crawls over to Ambrose and hook the leg.

Ambrose rolls the shoulder up again, further frustrating Trent who picks Ambrose up to his feet. Trent connects with a brutal roundhouse punch that knocks Ambrose back a step, and then a second that knocks him back even further. Trent grabs a hold of Ambrose and Irish whips him into the near ropes and then plants him on the mat with a devastating spinning side slam. Trent the leaps up and comes across Ambrose’s chest with a legdrop.
Torres: An impressive combo from Trent there.
Gould: I don’t know how much Ambrose will have left after that.
Trent looks at Ambrose face down on the canvas and grabs a single leg placing him in a single leg crab, contorting Ambrose’s body.
Justice: An interesting move by Trent, he might have had a chance to finish Ambrose but instead looks to dish out more punishment.
Gould: Well Trent is an interesting kind of guy.
Torres: That and he’s faced Ambrose two times already but he keeps coming back for more. Trent probably wants to make sure that his is his last time.
Ambrose groans in pain as Trent shows no remorse, looking to bend Ambrose in two. Ambrose is less than a foot away from the ropes with his left arm, but is unable to get any closer. Trent works his way to his feet and hauls Ambrose into the center of the ring before turning him over onto his chest and re-applying the hold. Ambrose manages to knock Trent off of him this time though and sends him tumbling to the ground. Trent is first to his feet, but is caught with a well-placed boot to the sternum by Ambrose. Trent doubles over and Ambrose goes for the Crim Kick but Trent ducks it and Ambrose flies past him. Trent turns around and looks to capitalize off but Ambrose is already on the return and he connects with a devastating closeline. Trent is slow to his feet and Ambrose puts him down again with a perfect belly to belly suplex, having regained control of the match. Trent slowly gets to his feet again before Ambrose brings him down with a DDT, and helps him back up.
Torres: Ambrose looks to be rounding back into form.
Justice: Yeah, he has Trent on the ropes now.
Gould: But as we learned in his last match, that’s when he’s the most dangerous.
Ambrose fires a stiff shot to the kidneys of Trent, and then a second before bringing him back down with a bodyslam. Ambrose climbs to the top turnbuckle and leaps off to connecnt with his signature diving headbutt. He slowly crawls over and covers Trent.

Trent throws up his right shoulder at the last second as it is Ambrose’s turn to be stunned with the referee’s decision. Ambrose pulls Trent to his feet and fires a stiff right to the face. Trent’s head flies back on impact up against the ropes in the corner and Ambrose comes in with another solid knife end chop but he’s stopped by Trent raking the eyes.
Gould: The dirty tactics of Trent stop Ambrose in his tracks.
Torres: And this is why he’s the Horizon Champion…he has the more extensive tool kit and he’s not afraid to use them.
Trent steps out and pushes Ambrose into the corner, effectively switching positions as he comes back with a knife ends chop of his own. Trent takes a few steps back and waits as Ambrose stumbles out of the corner, then he runs in and hits Ambrose with his signature running front dropkick, the Brute Force.
Torres: I don’t like Ambrose’s chances here, look at Trent’s face!
Justice: A look of utter constipation!
Gould: Don’t you mean concentration?
Justice: No I meant constipation. He looks like he’s wishing that he wouldn’t have drank all that chocolate milk this morning.
Gould: No he looks like he wants to end Ambrose right here!
Trent stalks the fallen Eric Ambrose, readying himself for the Overdose as Ambrose struggles to his feet, his back to Trent.
Gould: If he connects with the Overdose this is over!
Ambrose turns around right into Trent who grabs him and locks him into the headlock to begin the move, but Ambrose pushes him backward and out of nowhere leaps up and takes Trent’s head off with a crescent kick! Ambrose falls to the mat and covers Trent.

The referee hands Trent the Horizon Championship and Kat enters the ring to celebrate with him as his music plays.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, here is your winner…and STILL THE NAW HORIZON CHAMPION…..TRENT BROWN!!
Gould: Well Trent Brown pulling out all the stops here tonight and remains the Horizon Champion.
Torres: Yeah and he did it without any of the controversy that surrounded that last match.
Trent exits the ring and leaves with Kat as Revenge goes to a promo for an upcoming WBSW/NAW greatest matches DVD.
NAW Championship Triple Threat Match:
Gunner Hughes(c) vs Alaric Trudeau vs Mason Battle
Revenge returns and Rebecca Martin is standing in the ring ready to announce the main event.
“Ground Slayer” by Benea Reach begins to start up.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman, this next contest is a triple threat match and is for the NAW Championship! On his way to the ring first, the challenger…weighing 188 pounds, he is “The Underground King” Mason Battle!!
Mason walks out, spreads his arms out, and yells, holding his pose as the crowd boos him. He then does a little spin and then begins to walk down to the ring.
Gould: The fans are certainly not on the sage page as this man. Like him or hate him though, he’s loaded with talent and has a bright future in this business.
Torres: Well if he has his way Malcolm, that will all begin tonight with his NAW Championship reign. In fact, he’s so confident that he can beat both Gunner and Alaric that he declared that he will leave the NAW if he doesn’t leave here as the new NAW Champion.
Mason gets to ringside and wipes his boots on the floor and then slides into the ring. He walks over and leans on the ropes a bit, then points and yells out to the front row of fans that he is the “best that they never seen.” He removes his jacket and watches the back as his music comes to a stop and the lights darken as Breaking Benjamin's "Polyamorous" plays. As the song intro begins, torches light from either side of the entrance way and brighten the curtain.
Rebecca: And introducing the second challenger, from New Orleans, Louisiana…weighing 205 pounds, he is “The Crescent City Saint’ Alaric Trudeau!!
Alaric Trudeau's face is illuminated and the look of evil content frightens the audience. Alaric casually strolls through the curtain, before marching down the aisle. He is focused on his opponents. The crowd provides a mixed reaction, which does not go unnoticed by Alaric. He stops at ringside for just a brief moment to absorb this change. Alaric walks up the stairs and climbs to the top turnbuckle, raising his arms high in the air, before dropping feet first into the ring and looking across at Mason Battle.
Gould: Well these two have been waiting a long time for this moment and now it’s finally here.
Torres: Yeah you can feel the tension between these two, and in a few seconds it’s going to get even worse when the NAW Champion gets out here.
Alaric’s music comes to a stop and the sound of a shotgun blast is heard echoing throughout the arena. “Mama Said Knock You Out” by Five Finger death Punch then plays and Gunner Hughes comes marching out from the back with the NAW Championship around his waist.
Rebecca: And introducing next, from Portland, Oregon…weighing 274 pounds…he is the NAW Champion, Gunner Hughes!!
Gunner gets to the ring and climbs inside, then removes the title belt from his waist and holds it in the air, glaring at both Alaric Trudeau and Mason Battle as he does.
Gould: Well if either of these two have any hopes of leaving here with the NAW Championship, this is the man they’ll need to go through in order to do that. And not many in the NAW have been able to accomplish that feat.
Torres: Well Gunner is only human Malcom and he has his weaknesses. He’s up against two of the greatest athletes in the NAW as well as two of the greatest minds. If there is a way to beat Gunner Hughes you can bet that one of these guys will find it before the end of this match.
Gunner hands the title belt off to the referee and takes position in his corner. His music comes to a stop and the bell sounds to get the match officially underway. All three men begin to size one another up, but it’s Gunner who wastes no time and strikes first. He cracks Mason in the face with a stiff cross to stagger him and Mason then comes firing back with a shot of his own to stun Gunner. Alaric joins in and lights into Mason with rights and lefts, then finishes with a huge roundhouse to send Mason stumbling backward into the turnbuckle. Gunner spins Alaric around and grabs him to plant him on the mat with a belly to belly suplex. Mason comes charging back out of the corner and throws a punch at Gunner but Gunner blocks it and levels him with a closeline.
Gould: It’s pandemonium from the get go but it’s the champion who starts off cleaning house!
Torres: Yeah these guys don’t want to get into a fist fight with Gunner!
Gunner grabs Alaric as he’s getting to his feet and drives a knee into his midsection. He then whips Alaric to the ropes and catches him with a spinebuster on the rebound. Mason is to his feet and Gunner attempts to grab him but Mason ducks around behind Gunner and then hits him with an enziguri to the back of the head. Gunner staggers forward a couple of steps and shakes it off but Mason is quick to follow it up with a reverse DDT to send Gunner to the mat. Alaric is up and he comes after Mason but Mason hits him with a kick to the gut and then slams him to the mat with a snap suplex. Mason stays on Alaric with some kicks to the middle of his back as he’s trying to get up and then again flips him to the mat with a half nelson suplex. Gunner gets to his feet just as Mason is getting back up but Mason runs over and dropkicks him to send him backward into the corner. Mason then runs in and hits Gunner with a jumping knee to the head to send him down to the mat again.
Gould: Oh what a knee! Gunner has to be seeing stars after that one!
Mason focuses on Alaric again and grabs him as he’s getting to his feet. He lifts him up for another suplex but Alaric slips out of it and lands on his feet behind Mason. He then grabs Mason and flips him backward with a german suplex.
Gould: Nice counter by Alaric Trudeau!
Torres: It sure was, he sent Mason Battle flipping all the way across the ring!
Alaric take a few moments to recover and then goes to work on Mason. He gets on top of him and showers him with reigning repeated elbows, then he lifts him to his feet and plants him headfirst on the mat with an implant DDT. He hooks the leg and makes the pin attempt.
Torres: Uh oh, Alaric Trudeau trying to end things early!
The ref counts.

Alaric crashes to the floor and Gunner is left inside the ring with Mason, who is just getting to his feet. Gunner is back up and he comes face to face with Alaric. The two begin to exchange some words and look like they are about to break out into a slugfest but then Mason makes it to his feet and they both look at him and decide to go after him. Alaric grabs Mason and Gunner walks up to assist him with a double suplex.
Torres: Well here is something I bet you never thought you’d see. Gunner Hughes and Alaric Trudeau teaming up.
Gould: Well I wouldn’t get used to it, I’m guessing it will be short lived.
Alaric lifts Mason to his feet once more and bends him over backward across his knee. Gunneer then takes a few steps back and leaps up to drop a huge legdrop across Mason’s chest. Mason flips over Alaric’s knee and lands face first on the mat and Alaric then leaps up and hits another legdrop across his back.
Torres: Ouch, you know that had to hurt!
Gould: Indeed.
Gunner lifts Mason to his feet and whips him hard into the corner. Alaric walks in and punishes mason with a series of stomps to the midsection, then takes a few steps back and ends it with a running shoulder charge. Mason slumps down to a sitting position and Alaric walks in to lift him back to his feet. Mason starts to fight back however and he cracks Alaric with a chop to the throat to daze him. Mason quickly hops up to the second turnbuckle and leaps off with a cross body to take Alaric down to the mat. Mason holds on for the pin attempt but Gunner rushes in and drops an elbow across Mason’s back before the ref even gets in position and breaks it up. Gunner lifts Mason to his feet and slams him hard on the mat with a sidewalk slam. He then turns around to get blindsided by Alaric with a spinning back hand. Alaric hits the mat and then rolls underneath the bottom rope and falls to the outside floor to recover. Meanwhile, Mason Battle is back up and Gunner meets him in the center of the ring. They throw a few punches back and forth but then deciding not to trade with Gunner, Mason leaps up and sends Gunner reeling backward with a standing dropkick. Mason scrambles to hit feet as Gunner shakes out the cobwebs and then he runs u and DDT’s Gunner to the mat. Mason heads to the top turnbuckle and arena begins to light up with camera flashes.
Torres: Oh boy, what’s he gonna do here?
Gould: I don’t know, with Mason Battle you never know what he’s going to do next.

Alaric breaks up the count!
Alaric reaches in and grabs Mason by the leg, pulling him off of Gunner to stop the count and dragging him under the bottom rope. Mason lands on his feet on the outside of the ring and he and Alaric start exchanging punches. Mason gets the upper hand and begins to work Alaric backwards, but a blocked punch and a jumping knee to the face Alaric stops Mason’s assault and sends him to the floor. Alaric lifts Mason to his feet and whips him hard into the steel barricade. Mason hits the barricade back first and slums to a sitting position, and then Alaric walks in and begins to choke Mason with his boot as he grabs the top of the barricade for leverage.
Gould: Alaric is really trying to punish Mason Battle. I guess this is his retribution for what transpired last month.
Torres: Well I can’t say I blame Alaric, Mason Battle cost him his chance at the NAW Championship. But Mason wants that title belt every bit as much as Alaric so Alaric better not let up here even one bit.
Alaric release Mason and Mason falls over to the floor. Gunner is sitting up recovering in the corner watching from the inside of the ring. Alaric starts to lift Mason to his feet once more but Mason thrashes out and rakes Alaric’s eyes. Alaric grabs for his face and Mason cracks him with a superkick to lay him out on the floor. Mason catches his breath a bit and then rolls back inside the ring. Gunner gets up and the two meet once again in the center of the ring. Gunner advances on Mason but Mason takes the advantage with a dropkick to Gunner’s shin. Mason then grabs Gunner by the leg and spins him to the mat with a dragon screw leg whip. Mason holds on to Gunner’s leg and locks in a reverse leg lock. The referee checks closely for the submission.
Gould: I don’t think he has it locked in very tight, I’d be surprised if he got the submission here.
Torres: Well I think his plan may be to take away that Buckshot from Gunner rather than make him submit. And Alaric knows it too because he’s just spectating and waiting for his moment to get himself back into this fight.
Alaric finds his moment, as he climbs to the top turnbuckle and looks down at Mason Battle with Gunner on the mat locked in the submission. Alaric leaps off the turnbuckle and comes down on top of Mason with a legdrop. Mason releases Gunner and rolls across the mat and Alaric lifts him back up to his feet. He whips Mason to the ropes and catches him with an inverted lungblower on the rebound and Mason falls to the mat. Alaric turns to lifts Gunner up but Gunner breaks free from his grasp and lunges out to take him down with a closeline. All three men are down and the referee checks on them.
Gould: This match is starting to take its toll on these guys now.
Torres: Yeah we knew that there would be no way this thing was going to end without somebody getting badly hurt. Now the question is, which one of these three is going to capitalize?
Gunner makes it to his feet first and lays a few stomps into Alaric. Mason gets up and makes eye contact with Gunner as he’s lifting Alaric back up. Mason then walks up and together they slam Alaric to the mat with a double back drop. Again Gunner lifts Alaric to his feet but this time Mason takes position on the other side of the ring and Gunner irish whips Alaric towards him. Mason catches Alaric by the head and swings around to plant him with a tornado DDT. Gunner then runs in and levels Mason with a closeline as he’s getting back up.
Gould: Well there goes another short lived alliance in this match.
Torres: There’s no alliances here Malcolm, just brief moments of being on the same page is all. Each one of these guys wants to destroy the other two and leave here as the champion.
Gunner lifts Battle back to his feet and tosses him over the top rope and to the outside. Alaric is using the ropes to get to his feet and Gunner walks up and cracks him in the back with a forearm shot. Alaric lets go of the ropes and Gunner sends him running across the ring with an Irish whip. On the rebound Gunner levels Alaric with a spear and then begins to signals with the cut throat motion that he wants to finish it. The fans start going crazy as he gets on top of Alaric and starts to lock in his signature camel clutch.
Gould: Gunner looks like he wants to finish it!
Gunner starts to lock Alaric into the Full Metal Jacket but Mason comes sliding back in and nails Gunner in the face with a superkick. Gunner releases Alaric and falls backward and Mason quickly lifts Alaric to his feet and lifts him up into a sidewalk slam position. He walks to the corner and sits Alaric on the top turnbuckle, then he grabs Alaric by the head and turns around to drop him with his signature variation of the tower of London, which he calls A Fall from Grace. Mason covers Alaric and the ref gets into position.

Alaric stays on him with a jumping knee drop, then he stomps the back of Gunner’s leg a few times, perhaps trying to damage his leg further and prevent Gunner using that buckshot again. Mason pulls himself back up with the ropes and is reluctant to help Alaric but eventually they begin to double team the champion. They both hook Gunner’s arms around their head and flip him to the mat with a double suplex.
Gould: And now its Alaric and Mason who team up against the NAW Champion!
Torres: Well I guess they figure they can get Gunner out of the way and then make this a one on one fight. Smart strategy.
Alaric lifts Gunner to his feet again and together he and Mason slam Gunner to the mat once more with a double back breaker. Gunner rolls across the mat holding his back and once again Alaric lifts him to his feet. He whips Gunner hard into the corner and then both he and Mason walk in and bombard Gunner with stomps, working him right down into a sitting position.
Gould: Wow, these guys are doing a number on the NAW Champion!
They lift Gunner back to his feet and toss him the ropes for a double closeline but Gunner ducks underneath it and runs past them. He then comes rebounding off of the opposite side of the ring and takes them both down with a double closeline. The fans cheer their approval for Gunner but all three men are down for a few moments. Gunner finally starts to climb to his feet at the same time as Alaric. Torres: Alaric Trudeau did it! He’s the new NAW Champion!!
Gould: Oh my, these people can’t believe what they just witnessed!
The fans boo their displeasure as the referee signals for the bell and Alaric’s music plays.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman…here is your winner, and NEW NAW CHAMPION…ALARIC TRUDEAU!!
The referee hands Alaric the title belt and he looks at it in disbelief, almost as if he can’t believe he finally won. After a few seconds however, he then gets a smile back as he raises the belt above his head. Rodrigo and Alexa come running out and join him in celebration as Gunner sits up and looks on in disappointment. Mason Battle rolls to the outside and he too has a look of disappointment in his eyes as he exits the ring area and heads towards the back, perhaps for the very last time. Gunner stands up and is about to exit the ring when suddenly Alaric walks up and extends his hand.
Torres: What’s Alaric doing?
Gould: Does he honestly think that Gunner is going to shake his hand after all they’ve been through over the past few months?
Gunner looks at Alaric and frowns at his attempt at a handshake, assuming it to be a trap of some sort, but then he figures that Alaric now had what he came for so he decides to gamble anyway and grabs Alaric’s hand. The two shake hands and afterwards Gunner motions to the title belt draped over Alaric’s shoulder and the two can be heard talking.
Gunner: Don’t get too attached…I’ll be coming back for it.
Alaric: Bring it, I’ll be waiting for you.
Gunner exits the ring and leaves Alaric to celebrate with his entourage.
Gould: Well Gunner Hughes put up one hell of a fight here tonight, but it was Alaric Trudeau who rose up to the occasion finally became the man to dethrone him.
Torres: Well you’d have to think that Gunner will betting his rematch eventually, but for now Alaric is king…just as he’s been saying all along.
Alaric continues to celebrate with the NAW Championship raised above his head as Revenge fades and comes to an end.

Ambrose easily kicks out of the weak cover attempt by Trent. Trent pulls Ambrose to his feet but Ambrose takes control of the match by knocking away a straight right from Trent and then delivers a knee to the gut, doubling Trent over. Ambrose begins to put him in position for the Crim Lock.
Torres: Uh oh, this could be trouble for Trent.
