Alice White: A.J. Flare what are you doing out here?
Alice White gives the microphone to A.J. Flare.
A.J. Flare I’m a multiple time NAW Hardcore Champion therefore I deserve a spot in a Briefcase Of Choice Qualifying Match.
A.J. Flare gives the microphone back to Alice White.
Alice White: A.J. you’re right you do deserve a spot and that’s why I’m announcing that Tyson West vs Flynn McCarthy is now Tyson West vs Flynn McCarthy vs John Blade vs The Luchador vs A.J. Flare vs Trent Brown in a gantlet match also for the NAW Hardcore Championship. Whoever is left wins and gets a spot in a Briefcase Of Choice and also the NAW Hardcore Championship.

The Luchador's music hits as he appears at the top of the ramp, he's wearing a cape black and white on the sides with the general color matching the rest of the outfit with a Mexican flag on the back. He charges towards ringside! The crowd cheers.
Gould: Little package, big things though.
Torres: We'll see about that.
Rebecca: Next to the ring, weighing Two hundred fifty pounds from Parts Unknown. Todd Morrison!
The crowd immediately bursts into loud boos as Morrison raises his hands in the air as if to bathe in the boos. He struts down to ringside and slides into the squared circle.
Torres: David and Goliath?
Gould: David did take out Goliath if you remember the Bible.
The bell sounds as Morrison Charges the Luchador who sidesteps him and lands a nasty roundhouse kick to his lower back. Morrison turns and lands a jab to the face of the Luchador who bounces off the ropes and nails Morrison in the chest with a swift dropkick. Morrison steps back and falls on his behind. The Luchador charges and lands a quick jumping clothesline. Morrison sits up and looks stunned.
Gould: Look at the Luchador go!
Torres: Doesn't N.A.W. Have a minimum height requirement?
Morrison swiftly grabs the Luchador by his feet and flips him hard onto the mat behind him. The Luchador writhes in pain as Morrison gets to his feet. Morrison drops a hard knee onto the Luchador.
Torres: Aww poor little Luchador. Boo Hoo! Ha ha ha, I crack myself up.
Gould: You and you alone.
Morrison scoops up the Luchador and nails him with a vertical suplex that lands hard. Morrison goes for the pin and hooks a leg.

No the Luchador gets a shoulder up just as the refs hand was coming down. Morrison scoops him up cradle style....Hurricanrana by the Luchador. Morrison is thrown to the ground as his opponent gets to his feet.
Gould: Look how quickly things turn in the N.A.W. Ring. Incredible.
Torres: They turn back just as fast.
The Luchador charges at the downed and dazed Morrison. Sliding dropkick by the Luchador. The Luchador ascends the to second rope and lands a viscous elbow. He hooks a leg but Morrison immediately kicks out! The Luchador stomps on the head of Morrison who rolls out of the ring.
Torres: See!
Gould: Morrison should be in the ring! Not hiding outside.
The Luchador begins a Mexican style dance in the ring as the crowd goes nuts. The ref starts the ring count.

Gould: I'm told my good friend Barry Lincoln is standing in the back with The Apex Predators.
Torres: Oh wonderful....those thugs.
The camera switches to the back where we see Lincoln surrounded by the two massive frames of the Apex Predators.
Barry Lincoln: Lets cut to the chase Wyatt, last Meltdown you lost the tag team titles in a very controversial way. What steps do the Apex Predators now take to grab the tag gold once again.
Wyatt: Barry...controversy is our cup of tea. It is the brew that we smell in the morning, filling the air with its sweet aroma. The match that you are referring to Barry, that wasn't controversy...that was BS. You see...it is plan to myself and my brother that the Lost Family and the Prices are threatened by us. Threatened by our ability to dominate. Threatened by our ability to not only get the job down...but to bow to no man to accomplish it. I for one find their actions.....weak. Fear-filled. An obvious cry to the public to feed their narcissistic egos. Its the only thing they can inflate these days, since everything else is a limp noodle.
Barry: But what steps will you now take Wyatt?
Wyatt: Isn't it obvious Barry. My brother and I are going to work towards what we have always worked towards and that's being the best. The best singles wrestlers. The best tag team wrestlers. And the most destructive force of nature in the wrestling world today. The Lost Family won't have the Price boys to do their bitch work.
Barry turns to Corey.
Barry: Heatwave Corey. You versus Jason Price for the NAW Championship in a hardcore match. No rules. No disqualifications. How are you preparing for this opportunity.
Corey: Preparing? Barry, do you know who we are. Do you know what we have done? We broke into this business in a King of the Barbedwire Challenge match. Twenty men fighting inside a dome of barbedwire and steel. It was one of the most brutal matches we were a part of and we won. Since then we have fought in countless hardcore matches...tables, ladders, chairs, barbedwire, 2x4's....it doesn't matter what the instrument, we have seen it in the ring. And that is something Jason doesn't truly understand. That is something he is ignoring, for he thinks his charm and looks is going to win him this match. Now...don't get us wrong Barry, we haven't underestimated him. After all...a wounded animal in a corner can come at you viciously. But...we encourage that. We want him to fight...we want him to give it his all. So that when we tear him apart and leave his worthless exscuse for a wrestling career lying in pieces around the arena....then he shall know true destruction and failure.
Corey and Wyatt leave the area and Barry turns to the camera.
Barry: Heatwave is right around the corner folks and its is obvious to this reporter that the Apex Predators are far from satisfied. Its going to be a bloody night. Back to you Malcolm and Jim.

NAW Tag Team Championship
The Lost Family (c) vs The Jeckels
Rebecca: The following match is for the North Atlantic Wrestling Tag Team Championship! Introducing the challengers. Weighing in at a combined weight of 499 pounds. from Transylvania....Its Jack....Its Jake....THE JECKELS!
The stage is starts to cover in smoke, looking like a modern day heavy metal concert. Peep Show By Droch Fhoula plays in the arena and Helena Jeckel emerges from the smoke. She signals and her brothers Jack and Jake emerge from the smoke. The trio walks to the ring and Helena hops up onto the apron and seductivley walks to the center of the ropes, the maneuvers around and hangs upside down to the wolf calls and whistles from the men of the crowd. Jake slides into the ring and sits in a corner and his brother hops up and reaches through the ropes, placing his hands on his shoulders.
Gould: The Jeckels playing mind games with the Lost Family on the last Meltdown. Now they get their chance to take the tag titles from them.
Torres: I'm sorry, I wasn't listening to you, I was watching Helena entertain the crowd.
Gould: Of course you were.
Torres: I won't apologize. The best part of the Jeckels is in Helena's top. Those two couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.
Rebecca: And their opponents. Weighing in at a combined weight of 491 pounds. They are the NAW Tag Team Champions. Up All Night Eric Ambrose and Thomas Valin....THE LOST FAMILY!
As "Can't Kill Us” plays on the PA system the lights go out. Eric Ambrose and Thomas Valin walk out from behind the curtains and walk slowly to the ring. When they get to the ring they slide into it and crawls to the center of the ring as the lights go back on. They then wait on the match to start.
Torres: See that, that is how you conduct yourself as champions. With a no cares attitude.
Gould: Well they should care, they have a tough match in the Jeckels. And this time they don't have Jason Price to help them.
Torres: That is totally uncalled for and false information!!
Our referee for the match, I. Falldowneasily, holds the tag team titles up for the crowd to see. After handing them out, Ambrose and Jake circle each other as he calls for the bell. Collar-an-elbow lock up in the center of the ring and both men seem to be on equal footing strength wise. The break the hold and look each other over. Lock up again and again, the same result. They break for a second time and a boring chant starts in the arena. They go to lock up again, but Ambrose slaps on a headlock and grinds at the neck. Jake maneuvers them into the ropes and the ref calls for the break. Ambrose breaks clean and when Jake stands up, Ambrose open hand slaps him across the face and it sends Jake reeling.
Gould: Wow, Ambrose just showing Jake no respect.
Torres: He just slapped the taste out of his mouth.
Jake rushes Ambrose, but Ambrose sidesteps. Jake off the ropes and attempted clothesline, but Ambrose ducks under it. Jake stops and turns into spinning heel kick. Cover for a 1 count. Ambrose stands and lays some shoe leather to the chest and shoulders of Jake. Jake pulled to his feet and an arm wringer is applied and Ambrose tags in Valin. Ambrose steps on the back of Jake's knee and raises the arm and Valin staps a kick to the ribs of Jake. Ambrose leaves the ring and Valin starts off with an explosive display of hard rights to the kneeling Jake. Jake gets pulled to his feet and Valin snaps off a release German suplex and then covers.
1....
2.....
.....broken up by Jack, who gets in the refs face as he is sent back to the corner. While he is busy. Ambrose and Valin drag Jake to the corner and stomp him repeatedly, before Valin steps out and claps his hands loudly. The ref turns and counts the "tag" and now Ambrose with a series of knees to the face. Foot choke and the ref counts....1......2......3.....4.....Ambrose releases the hold and the ref talks to him about it and Ambrose keeps him occupied while Valin drops down and chokes Jake from the outside.
Gould: Blatant breaking of the rules! These two are not even attempting to make it fair!
Torres: We call that team work. Thats why they are the tag team champions!
Valin gets back up on the apron and raises his hands as the ref turns around. Ambrose pulls Jake out of the corner and leans him over the ropes. Valin grabs his head and drops off the apron, snapping his neck and head and he turns into a hard spinebuster! Cover....
1......
2.....
....broken up by Jack again. Jack starting to fight, but the ref works to get him out of the ring. The champions "tag" and Valin is in, stomping on the downed Jake. Valin pulls him to his feet and locks him up, into the air and....no, Jake slides out of the suplex somehow and Valin turns into a superkick and both men fall to the mat.
Gould: Jake with a desperation move. If he can get to his brother.....
Torres: Then his brother will get beaten up.
Gould: You don't know that!
Torres: It's the Jeckels...I do know that.
Jake is crawling to his corner and Valin makes it to Ambrose...but Jake tags in Jack! Jack comes in with a flurry. Hitting a clothesline on Ambrose and knocking Valin off the mat. Jack turns, catching Ambrose in a power slam. Cover...
1....
....kick out. Jack grabs Ambrose's hair and starts to hammer rights into his face and he stands up, all jacked up. Ambrose pulled to his feet, whip into the corner and Jack runs at him...but the ref is pulled in the way and gets smashed between the two men!
Gould: Ambrose blatantly pulled the ref in the way!
Torres: The ref wasn't watching where he was walking! His fault! His!
Jack continues to rain down blows on a stunned Ambrose. Jake makes his way into the ring and the brothers start setting up Ambrose....Jack with the reverse STO....Jake with the double knee drop...and into the cover..
Gould: DARK CLOUD! DARK CLOUD! But there isn't a ref!!
Torres: Its because Jack squished him!
Valin slides in with a chair and levels Jake, then sends one across the head of Jack. The ref is slowly starting to stir it seems. Valin drops the chair and picks up Jack.....THEE SLAM ON THE CHAIR! Valin pulls Ambrose on top of Jack and slides out, pulling Jake with him and whipping him into the steel steps. The ref crawls over for the cover....
1......................
2...................
......kick out!!!!! Jack just gets the shoulder up and Valin is outraged outside the ring.)
Torres: Slow count ref!! Pick it up, that was an easy three.
Gould: Maybe Ambrose shouldn't have gotten him in the way.
Torres: Your sarcasm is uncalled for right now!
Ambrose and JAck slowly get to their feet, the ref seemingly oblivious to the chair. Right by Ambrose, right by Jack, Ambrose with a quick kick to the midsection. Ambrose whips Jack into the corner and backs up...running towards JAck now...CRIM KICK...NO! Jack moved at the last second. Ambrose hits hard and bounces out of the corner....NO LAUGHING MATTER! Jack covers and Jake pulls Valin off of the ring apron...
1................
2..............
3!!
Torres:NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gould: THEY DID IT! They beat the Lost Family!
Rebecca: Here is your winner and the NEW NAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS....JAKE AND JACK....THE JECKELS!
Helena grabs the titles and slides in, handing them to the brothers! Both of them climb to the corners and raise the tag titles above their heads. Valin stands to the outside holding his gut with a disgusted look on his face. Ambrose has crawled to the outside and is leaning against the barricade staring at the spectacle.
********************
As Jack and Jake stand in the ring the lights go out. A voice is then heard.
Voice: He has risen from the dead and wants to face both of you in a match at Heatwave.
As the theme from Silent Hill plays on the PA system two female zombies very slowly walk out from behind the curtains and stand on the stage. David Fraggle then walks out wearing a green hooded top and leggings. David Fraggle un-zips the hooded top and takes it off revealing that he has “Pain, Hurt, Death” written all over his body.
The lights go back on and Jack and Jake both look at David Fraggle and then look at each other as the cameras cut to commercial.

NAW Hardcore Championship
A.J. Flare(c) vs Trent Brown
“Big Bad Wolf” by In This Moment begins to play.
Rebecca: Ladies and gentlemen…this next contest is a hardcore match and is for the NAW Hardcore Championship! On his way to the ring first from Cleveland, Ohio…weighing 225 pounds…Trent Brown!!
Trent comes down the ramp and looks straight at the ring, ignoring the fans jeers and boos. He climbs inside and glares towards the back as he awaits the champion. His music comes to a stop and “Walk This Way” by Aerosmith plays, and the boos instantly turn to cheers.
Rebecca: And his opponent, from Arkadelphia, Arkansas….weighing 200 pounds even….he is the current NAW Hardcore Champion…”The Phenomenal One” A.J. Flare!!
A.J. Flare walks out to the cheers of the fans and as soon as he gets on the ramp he sprints down the aisle and leaps onto the ring apron before sliding into the ring. He stares across the ring at Trent, who is eyes up the NAW Hardcore Championship Flare has around his waist. Flare unhooks the belt and hands ty to the referee, who hands it off to the timekeeper as Flares music comes to a stop.
Torres: Well Trent is certainly no stranger to NAW gold, and he looks like he’s hungry for more tonight.
Gould: Well if wants to accomplish that he has a tall order in front of him tonight. A.J. Flare if full of talent and has exploded onto the scene here in the NAW. He looks well prepared to defend his title.
The bell sounds and Trent wastes no time getting things started as he dashes across the ring and lunges at Flare with a flying knee. Flare ducks to the side and grapples Trent from behind. He slips around and puts Trent into a headlock but Trent easily breaks free and sends Flare running to the ropes with an irish whip. Trent winds up and swings for the fences with a roundhouse punch on the rebound but Flare baseball slides between Trent’s legs and comes up on the other side of him. Trent quickly spins around but Flare leaps up and cracks him in the face with a standing dropkick.
Gould: What a move by A.J. Flare!
Torres: Yeah he really caught Trent by surprise.
Flare leaps up and hits a jumping legdrop across Trent’s chest, and then he walks to the corner and dumps over the trashcan full of items. He looks around and decides on a kendo stick, and then begins to display why he is the hardcore champion. Trent gets to his hands and knees and Flare walks over and cracks him across the back as he’s getting up. Trent falls back to the mat and Flare cracks him a few more times for good measure. Flare then tosses the kendo stick aside and picks up a small street sign. Trent staggers to his feet and Flare winds up but at the last moment Trent delivers a kick to Flare’s gut and he drops the sign. Trent then grabs Flare by the head and DDT’s him right on top of the street sign.
Torres: And now it’s Trent Brown with a devastating counter!
Gould: Yeah he put a dent right in the middle of that steel street sigh with A.J. Flare’s head!
Trent stomps Flare a couple of times with an angry look in his eyes, then he storms over and picks up the trashcan, kicking aside all of the other random items on the mat. Flare gets to his feet and Trent brings the trashcan crashing down on top of his head. Flare staggers backward and bounces into the ropes and Trent smacks him again on top of the head, sending Flare staggering backward into the corner into a sitting position. Trent positions the trashcan in the middle ropes, right over Flares’ face, and then he takes a few big steps backward.
Gould: Oh boy, this doesn’t look good!
Trent fires off running and leaps in the air with a big boot but Flare is able to roll out of the way and falls to the arena floor, causing Trent’s trashcan attack to come up empty. Trent doesn’t take too much damage from the missed attack, but he sees that Flare is getting a chance to recover on the outside. Trent climbs outside and lights into Flare with a set of punches that send him stumbling back into the announce table. Trent comes at Flare with his arms raised for a double axe handle but Flare kicks him in the gut and then uses the announce table for leverage to leap into the air and take Trent down with an enziguri. Trent staggers backward and Flare follows up with a closeline to send him to the floor. Flare then begins to slide out a table from under the ring.
Torres: A.J. Flare is bringing out that table.
Gould: Yeah but Trent Brown is almost back up to his feet behind him!
Trent gets to his feet and notices Flare unfolding the table. He waits for him to finish and then charges at him just as he turns around and flattens him with his signature running front dropkick, the Brute Force! Flare appears to be out cold and Trent catches his breath a little bit and then lifts Flare back up and bodyslams him right through the table!
Gould: Well that kind of backfired on A.J. Flare, as Trent Brown sends him through that table instead.
Torres: Kind of? No, that completely backfired.
Flare is lying on top of the broken pieces of wood that used to be the table, holding his back in pain. Trent makes the cover and the referee is right there to make the count.

Trent pulls Flare back to his feet once more and fires him hard into the ring steps. Flare goes tumbling over top of the steps and falls to the floor in a heap on the other side of them. Trent lifts Flare back to his feet once again and leads him over to the ring barrier. He attempts to ram Flare’s head into the barrier but Flare gets a foot up and blocks it. Flare then elbows Trent in the face to escape his grasp and instead rams his head into the barricade. Trent staggers backward and Flare hops up onto the top of the barricade and leaps off to hit Trent square in the face with a missile dropkick. Trent falls to the floor and both men stay down for a bit. Flare gets up first and picks up an empty steel chair from the timekeeper’s area.
Gould: A.J. Flare is looking to do some real damage now, he’s got that steel chair!
Torres: Well he recognizes that anything goes in a hardcore match!
Trent gets up to his feet and Flare lets him have it with a chair shot right over his head. Trent doesn’t go down at first, but a second chair shot does the job and Trent folds to the floor. Flare tosses the chair aside and makes the cover.

Flare lifts Trent to his feet and rolls him back inside the ring. He climbs to the top turnbuckle and stalks Trent as he slowly gets back up. Trent turns around to face Flare, who is perched on the top turnbuckle, and Flares takes him down with a diving cross body. Again the referee makes his count.

Flare sits up and sees the referee holding up two fingers and he continues his assault on Trent. He walks over to the pile of items scattered on the canvas and picks up a…toaster?
Torres: Is that a toaster?
Gould: I believe it is.
A.J. Flare looks at the toaster a little funny at first, but then as Trent makes it back to his feet he palms the toaster and smashes Trent in the side of the head with it. Trent staggers back against the ropes and Flare comes at him with another shot But Trent gets an arm up and manages to block it. Trent rakes Flares eyes and then snags the toaster out of his hand. He also looks at the toaster with a confused look on his face, then then he grits his teeth and smashes Flare in the side of the head with it. Flare falls to the mat and Trent tosses the toaster aside. Trent with the cover.

Flare staggers backward and Trent comes at him again, but Flare leaps up and dropkicks the trashcan and drives it right into Trent’s face. Trent falls to the mat and, after recovering a little bit, A.J. Flare sets the trashcan on top of Trent and begins to climb the corner turnbuckle.
Gould: What’s A.J. Flare thinking here?
Torres: He’s thinking that he desperately wants to end this and retain his title.
Flare leaps off and comes down with a senton bomb right in top of the trashcan, crushing it into Trent’s chest. Both men suffer damage, but it’s Flare who is able to crawl over to make the cover.

Trent gets up to his hands and knees and after rebounding off the ropes, Flares comes running back and drops a legdrop across the back of his head, sending Trent face down to the mat again. Flare positions the flattened trash can on the mat neat the corner and then lifts Trent to his feet again and walks him over to the corner. Flare gets him in a headlock and starts to climb to the top turnbuckle while dragging Trent with him.
Gould: A.J. Flare is dragging Trent into his territory for his patented turnbuckle DDT finisher, the Flares!
Torres: If he hits this it’s gonna be over!
A.J. Flare gets in position and signals for the move, but Trent starts to punch him in the gut and he breaks free from Flare’s grasp as Flare drops down to the second turnbuckle where he is standing. Trent then grabs Flare in a headlock and leaps off the second turnbuckle backward to drive Flare headfirst into the trashcan with the Overdose!

Trent crawls over and covers Flare and the ref counts.

Trent uses the ropes to hold himself up as he raised the title belt high above his head. His wife Kat comes running out and embraces him as he celebrates his victory and newly won NAW Hardcore Championship.
Gould: well Trent Brown become the newest NAW Hardcore Champion after a hard fought match. I have a feeling he hasn’t heard the last of A.J. Flare however.
Torres: Yeah Trent Brown is the new champ…but for how long? You know how it goes with the hardcore title Malcolm, there could be somebody waiting backstage right now to challenge him.
Trent raises his arms in victory one final time before exiting the ring and returning to the backstage with his wife. A.J. Flare sits up in the ring with a look of disappointment in his eyes as the fans still give him a round of applause. Meltdown then goes to commercial.

Gould: “Show of respect from these two competitors who had a hell of a match the last time they were in the rings together.”
Torres: “As soon as that bell rings, they would toss their own mothers over the top rope if it meant a shot at qualifying for the Briefcase series.”
Gould: “No doubt. It is every man for himself here tonight.”
[The lights in the arena begin to flash red blue and a loud siren is heard echoing through the PA system. Moments later, the sound of a drumbeat is heard along with a heavy guitar riff as Theodore Justice and his cousin Luke Savage come walking out from the back. They’re both dressed in their black military type attire and they make their way to the ring as the fans boo like crazy].
Torres: “How can these fans boo two patriots such as this?”
Gould: “Patriots? They are arrogant an obnoxious.”
Rebecca: Making his way to the ring area. He is representing Homeland Security. He is accompanied to the ring by Luke Savage. He weighed in at 217 pounds. He is the Head of Homeland Security, Teddy Justice!!!
[They both climb inside the ring and Teddy points out into the crowd at a couple of random fans sitting at ringside, mouthing a few words to them and accusing them of being "suspicious persons". Their theme music then stops playing and Luke exits the ring while Teddy prepares for the match.]
RA: “Next, from Dallas, Texas. Weighing in at 240 pounds. He is the Lost Von Erich, Kofi!!!”
[As the Yellow Rose of Texas plays, Kofi Von Erich makes his way to the ring. He is doing the claw, which made his brothers from another mother so famous a generation ago. The crowd is eating it up, as they clap along to the music.]
Gould: “Is that Baron Von Kofi?”
Torres: “I don't know, but I think his dad needs to have a serious talk with his momma.”
RA: “Tonight's final competitor, from Huston, Texas...he is the Texas Terror, Chris Cooper!”
[The arena dims to darkness as the sound of shattering glass breaks the awkward silence. Kirk Hammett's screaming guitar overture begins as Chris Cooper comes running out of the dressing room and through the curtain with a bottle of Johnnie Walker Red. He guzzles some of the rough liquid and drops it as he runs down to ringside and slides into the ring. As he does, his opponents clear out of the ring. Von Erik starts to hop over the top rope, then catches himself.]
Gould: “At least Kofi is aware that going over the top rope is a bad idea.”
Torres: “He might want to just eliminate himself once the bell rings. Save himself some pain.”
[Cooper leaps to his feet and throws his arms into the air. He bounces off the ropes as his opponents look on from the outside.]
Gould: “We're set now, the five competitors in tonight's battle royal. To be eliminated, you must go over the top rope and both feet must touch the floor.”
[The other competitors climb back into the ring and maneuver so that they have the ropes to their backs. All except Teddy Justice. He goes to the center of the ring and starts to lecture each man in turn.]
Gould: “I can't hear what Teddy is saying, but he doesn't seem to be making any friends in there.”
Torres: “I hope they are listening. He can help them be better Americans.”
[The bell rings and Junichiro and Likisson both go right after Justice. Both men start alternating right hands to Teddy's head as he tries to cover up.]
Torres: “It's a shame the way Teddy gets treated when all he's trying to do is help them.”
[The bell rings and the match is underway. Immediately, Junichiro and Likisson open up on Justice with right hands. He tries to trade blows with them, but they gain the upper hand.]
[Meanwhile, Kofi reaches out his hand to his fellow Texan. Cooper pie faces him and sends him sprawling halfway across the ring.]
Gould: “Cooper will have none of that.”
Torres: “Nor should he, the way Kofi is embarrassing the Von Erich name. The Von Erichs are like royalty in Texas.”
[Likisson and Junichiro whip Justice into the corner. Likisson gives him an open hand chop]
Crowd: “Wooooooo”
[Junichiro gives him a chop]
Crowd: “Wooooooo”
[The two men take turns chopping Justice to see who can get the best crowd reaction. Finally Justice crumples in the corner.]
Gould: “Look at Justice’s chest! It is bright red.”
[As Likisson reaches down to drag Justice back up, Justice thumbs him in the eye and punches Junichiro right in the yam bags.]
Torres: “Something else is red now!”
[Meanwhile, Cooper is stomping the hell out of Kofi. He scoops him up, presses him over his head, and slams him down to the mat.]
Gould: “Look at Cooper’s power! That’s 240 pound over his head like it was nothing.
Torres: “Next time he might toss him a lot further.”
[Justice has regained his feet and is landing punches to the side of Likisson’s head. Junichiro gets back to his feet and is about to rejoin the fight, but Luke Savage grabs his foot from outside. Seeing his opportunity, Justice clotheslines him from behind.]
Gould: “Junichiro goes over the top! But he still has the top rope.”
Torres: “That’s what he gets for being concerned with what’s going on outside the ring.”
Gould: “Savage interfered with him INSIDE the ring.”
Torres: “I didn’t see it.”
[Justice goes to finish off Junichiro, but Likisson grabs him and hits a release German suplex. Junichiro kicks Savage in the face before scrambling back under the ropes.]
Torres: “That was stupid. Likisson should have let him fall.”
Gould: “Likisson wants a fair fight.”
Torres: “Exactly. Stupid.”
[Across the ring, Von Erich has mounted no offense what so ever. Cooper has taken multiple trips to the
corner for nips from his bottle of scotch. Cooper has Von Erich laid out in the corner and is climbing to the second rope. He jumps off and drives an elbow in Kofi’s head.]
Gould: “That move reminds me of another family legacy.”
Torres: “Yeah, if the Hitman was a 6’10 behemoth. His agility for a big man is impressive.”
[Cooper signals the end for Kofi, and again presses him over his head.]
Gould: “He’s going to throw him out!”
[In desperation, Kofi latches on to Cooper’s head with his claw hand. And he won’t let go.]
Gould: “Von Erich lands on the apron, still latched on to Copper with the Von Erich claw!”
Torres: “He’s like a leech!”
Gould: “Kofi is trying to drag Cooper over the top rope by the head!”
[Sensing trouble, Cooper kicks Kofi in the ribs and breaks the hold. Kofi, only briefly phased, goes for a sunset flip back into the ring.]
Gould: “Uh Oh.”
[Cooper catches him. He spins around and launches Von Erich across the ring with a powerbomb.]
Gould: “He calls that Jack!”
[Junichiro and Likisson, sensing an opportunity, grab Cooper and whip him to the ropes. They go for a double clothesline, but he breaks through and hits them both with his decapitation clothesline. The both
go down.]
Torres: “That didn’t work.”
[Justice, ever the opportunist, grabs Von Erich and fires him out over the top rope to the floor, eliminating him.]
Torres: “Justice has just eliminated Kofi!”
[Justice raises his hands in triumph as Savage kicks the crap out of Von Erich on the outside.]
Gould: “Cooper did all of the heavy lifting. Justice takes all the credit.”
Torres: “all that matters is who eliminated who.”
[Cooper has been putting the boots to both Junichiro and Likisson. Again seeing an opportunity, Justice pounces on Likisson and starts pounding his head.]
Gould: “Justice again taking advantage of Cooper’s work.”
Torres: “Isn’t he smart?”
[While Cooper is distracted by Justice and Likisson, Junichiro mounts a comeback. He grabs Cooper and elevates the big man.]
Gould: “Saito suplex! Junichiro stays right on him.”
[Gould follows with a t-bone suplex, and goes for a vertical suplex, but Cooper blocks it. Cooper elevates Junichiro and drops him stomach first on the top rope.]
Gould: “Junichiro is in a precarious position!”
[Cooper tries to finish him with a big boot, but Junichiro drops to the apron. Cooper ends up straddling the top rope.]
Gould: “Now both men are in trouble!”
[Savage runs over and grabs Junichiro's foot and yanks him off the apron. He takes a step towards Cooper, but thinks better of it.]
Gould: “Savage just screwed Junichiro!”
Torres: “I'm pretty sure he just wanted to check his greencard.”
Gould: “The referee saw it, and is sending Savage to the back.”
Torres: “The referee has no business doing this. We need Homeland Security out here.”
[Savage stops his onslaught of Likisson to argue with the referee. Savage also protests to no avail. He makes his way towards the back.]
Gould: “Unfortunately, it's too late for Junichiro.”
[Likisson has made it back to his feet. Cooper has checked himself to be sure everything is still where it belongs. The begin launching big right hands at each other.]
Gould: “Cooper and Likisson are slugging it out in the center of the ring.”
Torres: “And Justice is sitting back resting.
[Likisson gains an advantage. He delivers a series of head butts to the bridge of Cooper's nose.]
Gould: “In spite of giving up some size, Likisson's striking ability has rocked Cooper.”
Torres: “Who uses their head as a weapon?”
[Likisson tries to whip Cooper to the ropes, but Cooper reverses it. Behind Likisson, Justice pulls down the top rope. Likisson tumbles backwards out of the ring to the floor.]
Gould: “Justice just low bridged Likisson and he's eliminated!”
Torres: “What a great move! Justice is brilliant.”
[As Likisson realizes what happened, Justice is taunting him from inside the ring. He taunts him a moment too long.]
Gould: “HUGE running boot by Cooper and he blasts Justice over the top rope and too the floor! Cooper has won it!”
[As soon as Justice hits the floor, Likisson is all over him. The two start to brawl outside the ring.]
RA: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the match, the Texas Terror, Chris Cooper!”
[As Cooper's hand is raised, the action outside has made its way onto the ramp. Justice and Likisson are hell bent on tearing each other apart. They brawl the whole way back to the locker room.]

So guess what? We’re not cashing in on a re-match. However this whole situation has got me thinking David has left us so that we can do his own thing with zombies. Jason Price, Sexy Jason & The Shadow vs Corey Bull, Bohannon & Josh Stevens
Rebeca: The following contest is a six man tag team match scheduled for one fall. Introducing first from parts unknown standing at 7’0 and weighing in at 380 pounds The Shadow.
The lights slowly begin to change, eventually the entire arena is covered in a colorless, black and white light. From the stage, a fog slowly begins to rise, covering the stage. From the speakers, a chilling tune begins to play, and shortly after, a laugh echos throughout the arena.
"Who knows what evil...lurks in the hearts of men?" A voice asks, before laughing once more.
"The Shadow Knows..."
Immediately after, "Self Deceiver" by Grand Magus begins to play, and The Shadow walks out onto the stage, keeping his head down, allowing his hat to cover his face from view. He stops for a moment, placing his hand on his hat, and looking up at the ring. He then lowers his head once again, and begins walking towards the ring.
As he enters the ring, The Shadow takes off his coat. With a finger, he raises his hat up slowly, looking at his opponent and simply shakes his head. He then takes off his hat and tosses it out of the ring.
Gould: The Shadow looks ready for a fight.
Torres: Well I hope he weakens Bohannon, Josh Stevens and Corey Bull tonight.
Rebecca: And his tag team partners the team of Sexy Jason and the new NAW Champion Jason Price.
As “Man That You Fear” plays on the PA system hhe fans are booing as Jason Price and Sexy Jason walks out from the back and makes their way down the ramp towards the ring. The fans sitting at ringside have their arms outstretched. Sexy Jason is flexing and Jason Price ignores the outstretched hands on the way to the ring. They make it to the ring and both Jason's slides into the ring. Jason Price then gives the NAW Championship to the ref and the ref hands it to the time keeper.
Gould: Why would you want him to weaken everyone?
Torres; I don’t want them to make to Heatwave.
Rebecca: And their opponents. First, from Rock Fence Crossroads, Georgia standing at 6’3 and weighing in at 238 pounds. He is the NAW Horizon Champion. This is Bohannon!”
“Soldier” starts to play and the crowd goes wild as the Horizon Champion walks out onto the ramp. Bohannon isn’t wearing his wrestling gear. Instead, he is wearing jeans, a 80 Proof/MSS shirt and boots. He has in his hand an axe handle. He takes his shirt off to reveal the ACE bandage wrapped around his ribs and back.
Gould: “I’m not sure if this is wise. Bohannon still feeling the effects of the Shadow from our last edition of Meltdown. “
Torres: “You’re absolutely right.”
There is an uncomfortable pause, as Gould has never heard Torres agree with him.
Torres: “Bohannon is an idiot.”
Rebecca: And his tag team partner from Calgary....Alberta, Canada. He is joined at ringside tonight by his manager Zerina. He is wearing the red and white trunks and weighed in this morning at 255 pounds. He is the Canadian Future, Josh Stevens!”
As “Awkward” begins to play Stevens, wearing his trademark maple leaf trunks, glares at the crowd as the boo him loudly. Zerina gets some inappropriate catcalls from some of the vocal males in the audience. They both walk to Bohannon and stop next to him.
Gould: It appears that Josh isn’t going into the ring either.
Torres: Who can blame him? He knows that he’ll be destroyed by the Jason’s and The Shadow.
Rebecca: And their partner from The Great Northwoods…..weighing 385 pounds ”The Hatebringer” Corey Bull.
As “You‘re Going Down” plays Corey Bull walks out holding a trash can. He walks to Josh and Bohannon and stops next to them. Bohannon is seen unwrapping his ACE bandage. As he does, grey steel slowly becomes visible under the bandage.
Gould: “Bohannon has a steel chain wrapped around his waist!”
Bohannon begins to unwrap the thick chain.
Torres: “Maybe he’s going to hang himself with it?”
Bohannon frees the 8 foot length of thick chain and wraps a foot or so around his right hand.
Gould: “This is looking less like a match and more like a rumble by the minute.
Corey, Josh and Bohannon all look at each other and run to the ring. All three men enter the ring and Josh runs to Sexy Jason and tackles him and punches him in the face. Jason Price runs to Corey Bull who throws the trash can and hits Jason Price in the face knocking him down. The Shadow walks to Bohannon who hits him in the gut and then on the back.
Gould: It’s a war in there.
Torres: If I was the ref I would get out of that.
Sexy Jason reverses and begins to punch Josh in the face while Jason Price is seen rolling out of the ring. Corey Bull follows him. Jason Price punches Corey in the gut and then rakes him in the eyes and then grabs his head and hits it off the barrier. In the ring Josh reverses and then Sexy Jason reverses and both men fall out of the ring and Sexy Jason kicks Josh in the gut and then punches him in the head. Sexy Jason then pushes Josh into the barrier.
Gould: The ref should.
Torres: We’ve got brawl in the ring, outside the ring and no security.
The camera shows Jason Price looking under the ring and pulling out a chair. He stands up and hits Corey Bull in the gut with it and then hits him on the back knocking him down. Jason Price then stomps on Corey Bull multiple times. The camera then shows Sexy Jason going down onto the ground and beginning to choke. The camera then shows The Shadow trying to stand up and Bohannon hitting his leg with the chair to keep him down.
Gould: At this rate we won’t have matches at Heatwave.
Torres: Somebody stop this.
The camera shows Jason Price punching Corey Bull on the ground. The camera then shows Josh pushing Sexy off of him standing up, punching Sexy Jason in the gut and then in the head knocking him down. The camera then shows The Shadow crawling to the corner. Bohannon throws down the chair and then slides outside the ring and grabs the Shadow’s feet and crotches him against the ring post.
Gould: “No matter how big you are, that hurts.”
Torres: “How would you know? I heard you’re not that big.”
Bohannon crosses one of The Shadow’s legs over the other.
Gould: “What is Bohannon doing? Oh My God!!!”
Bohannon applies the figure four around the ring post. He lays back, wrenching in the pressure.
Torres: “Look at the Shadow! He’s fighting it!”
The Shadow uses the strength in his legs to prevent Bohannon from laying back and really cinching in the hold.
Gould: “My god, the power of The Shadow is incredible!”
Josh walks over to The Shadow, looks at him for a second, and stomps him right between the eyes. Bohannon takes advantage and really wrenches back on the hold, tearing at the Shadow’s knee. Both Jasons look at the situation and run to it. Jason Price punches Josh on back making him fall and Sexy Jason kicks Bohannon forcing him to break the hold and land on the mat. Sexy Jason stomps on Bohannon and Jason Price stomps on Bohannon.
Torres: Both Jasons have the advantage.
Corey Bull stands up and grabs up the chair. Corey Bull then sees both Jason and run to them. Both Jasons slide into the ring and Corey follows him but The Shadow stands up and ax handles Corey Bul. Both Jasons then run and stomp on Corey and then The Shadow stands up and stomps on him as well.
Gould: The Shadow and Jasons have the advantage.
Torres: This is awesome.
The Shadow and Jasons force Corey Bull up and The Shadow holds him and Jason Price kicks Corey in the gut and then on the head. Josh stands up and slides into the ring but Sexy Jason sees him, stomps on him and kicks him out of the ring. Sexy Jason then leaves the ring, and stomps on Josh. In the ring Jason Price picks up the chair and looks at Corey Bull. Bohannon enters the ring and grabs the chair from Sexy Jason Price who then turns around and looks at Bohannon. Bohannon swings the chair and hits Jason Price. The Shadow then lets go of Corey Bull and walks over to Bohannon who hits The Shadow in the gut with the chair.
Gould: Bohannon with the save.
Torres; Somebody stop him.
Sexy Jason looks in the ring shocked at what has happened. Josh stands up and Sexy Jason walks backwards into him. Sexy Jason turns around and Josh punches him and throws him into the ring. Corey then grabs Sexy Jason and FaceDrives him. Corey then stands up and leaves the ring.
Gould: Corey is looking for something.
Tortes: Come on guys hide.
Corey and Josh both look under the ring. Corey pulls out a bag of thumb tacks and Josh pulls out a table. Josh puts the table into the ring and then slides into it and Corey then enters the ring. Corey opens the bag of tacks and pours the tack onto the floor while Josh tries to set sets up the table in a corner.
Gould: What’s going to happen next?
Torres: Don’t know but it looks ugly.
Sexy Jason stands up and Bohannon swings the chair at him but he ducks it. Sexy Jason then kicks Bohannon in the gut making him drop the chair and then throws him out of the ring. Sexy Jason runs to Corey who goes for a close line but Sexy Jason ducks it. Sexy Jason then runs to the ropes and bounces off of them. Sexy Jason then runs to Corey who grabs him and Downward Spirals onto the tacks.
Gould: Sexy Jason just went through the tacks.
Torres: I can’t believe this.
Corey stands up and Jason Price crawls to Corey and low blows him knocking him down. Bohannon then stands up and slides into the ring and picks up the chair. Bohannon runs over to Jason Price and hits him with the chair. The Shadow then stands up and runs to Bohannon and big boots him in the face. Josh Stevens finishes setting up the table and turns around. Josh then runs to The Shadow and waits on him to turn around. When The Shadow turns around Josh kicks him and Calgary Callings him.
Gould: Only Josh is standing.
Torres: But there’s still a table.
Sexy Jason crawls out of the ring in pain. Corey stands up and forces Jason Price up. Corey then looks at the table and picks Jason Price up in a spinebuster position. Corey runs and carries Jason Price to the table and puts him through it.
Gould: A thunderous table break.
Torres: I think he’s out.
Corey bull, Bohannon and Josh Stevens look at the carnage as the show ends.
Gould: Welcome to another edition of Monday Night Meltdown we’re live at the new NAW’s owner Alice White’s NAW arena.
Torres: Speaking of our boss she has something to say right now.

“Pharaohs” by SBTRKT hits the PA system and Alice White walks out onto the stage. She then walks down the ramp and walks to the ring and when she gets to it holds the bottom rope down and she walks up the ring steps and enters the ring. Alice White is then handed a microphone.
Alice White: Heatwave is a very important night for NAW and as a result I’m out here to announce.
“Walk This way” begins to play and A.J. Flare walks out to cheers and runs and sprints onto the ring apron and then slides into the ring.
Whoever is left wins and gets a spot in a Briefcase Of Choice and also the NAW Hardcore Championship.
A.J. Flare nods in approval.
Alice White: Also I want you to tell Kofi that when he faces Chris Cooper and Ishimaru Junichiro the match will be an elimination match. Now hit my music.

The crowd immediately bursts into loud boos as Morrison raises his hands in the air as if to bathe in the boos. He struts down to ringside and slides into the squared circle.

********************

Jake gets pulled to his feet and Valin snaps off a release German suplex and then covers.

.....broken up by Jack, who gets in the refs face as he is sent back to the corner.
Cover....

2.....
....broken up by Jack again.

Alice White: Mitch I’m sorry to interrupt you doing your job but I need to talk to you. I don’t need a janitor, I don’t need a head of security and you haven’t wrestled in a very long time. Mitch you’re fired.

Gould: Just a two!

Gould: A close call!
Torres: Trent is a tough man to keep down, A.J. Flare is going to have to dish out a lot more than a couple of chair shots if he wants to leave here with his NAW Hardcore Championship.

Trent lifts Flare to his feet and slams him to the mat with a side slam, then he walks over and picks up the dented up trash can. Flare makes it to his feet but he is met by Trent with a huge shot from the trashcan.

Gould: No, only a two!
Torres: Yeah I bet A.J. Flare thought he had the match won right there, not too many people could get up from that.
A.J. Flare looks a bit surprised that Trent kicked out, but determined to retain his title he goes right back on the offense.
Torres: Wow what a move!
Gould: Trent Brown just hit the Overdose from the second turnbuckle!
Trent crawls over and covers Flare and the ref counts.

Gould: We have a new champion!
The bell rings and Trent’s music plays as the referee hands him the NAW Hardcore Championship
Rebecca: Ladies and gentleman….here is your winner…and NEW NAW HARDCORE CHAMPION...TRENT BROWN!!

5-Man Over The Top Rope Battle Royal
Chris Cooper
Fenrir Lokisson
Kofi Von Erich
Ishimaru Junichiro
Theodore Justice
RA: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a qualifying contest for the Briefcase of Choice series. It will be an over the top rope battle royal. Introducing first….”
[The King of Pain by Loudness plays on the PA system as Sarissa Camarillo comes through the curtain followed by Ishimaru Junichiro. Ishimaru Junichiro stops at the top of the ramp and lets out a war cry then raises both arms in the air as gold and silver pyros shoot off behind Ishimaru Junichiro.]
RA: “Making his way to the ring, accompanied by Sarissa. He comes to us tonight from Fukoaka, Japan. He weighed in this morning at 265 pounds. He is the Beast, Ishimaru Junichiro!”
[ Sarissa Camarillo heads down to the ring with Ishimaru Junichiro coming down to the ring behind her. Sarissa Camarillo climbs up the stairs and then holds the ropes open as Ishimaru Junichiro then climbs up the stairs then enters the ring. Sarissa Camarillo removes Ishimaru Junichiro's leather jacket for him then gives him a kiss on the cheek. Ishimaru Junichiro stands ready for his match while Sarissa Camarillo exits the ring and stands in the corner.]
RA: “The next competitor.”
[There is the sound of a Wolf howl and The image of the full moon being swallowed by a pair of jaws before The lights cut out and “Feeding Frenzy” hits the speakers, The Man himself stepping out to lights the flow with the music, wearing a ring jacket of dark red leather a wolf on the back, pacing like the caged animal he purports to be. Blue eyes gazing at the crowd as he moves. ]
RA: Making his way to the ring area. From Minneapolis Minnesota, and weighing 240 pounds. He is the Wolf, Fenrir Likisson!
[Likisson acknowledges Sarissa. then he sheds the Jacket and climbs into the ring. He walks over to Junichiro and shakes his hand, then walks to the opposite corner to prepare for the match]
