As we left him, "Stunning" Steven Gold is still sitting by the fire, enjoying his drink, when his phone rings.
"Hello....hello Robert, how are you doing? That's good, where are you guys at? Tokyo? Wait, I thought the Island Tour was beginning, and that always starts in Fiji. Ah, you reversed it, good plan. What do you mean Ricky is hurt...his ankle? Well, how bad is it? Oh, okay, he should be back in a week for ya.
Say what? Robert, I'm not under contract with you guys anymore, I can't work any show for you. Guest appearance? To do what, wave and smile, no chance...are you serious? Well, what would the money be like? Oh no way, this isn't for real. There is no way you're going to drop a quarter-mil for me to do one-time bit.
No, it couldn't be more than one time because I'm now under contract to the WBSW, and I make my first appearance with them in a few days. You're serious? One match, $250K, and I get the shot? You get me first class ticket to Tokyo, and okay, I'll be there. Private jet? What do you mean it lands in Philly in two hours? You sunofagun, all right, I'll pack a bag and see ya in the morning...
The scene fades out, then fades back in. You hear the voice of a Japaneses wrestling announcer, but for the purpose of our American audience, subtitles are being used...
"We greet you all once again to the main event of this OWA Tokyo event. Sujaro Sakomoto ringside here at the Nippon Budakan, and OWA owner Robert Fitzmorris announced earlier that "Outback" Willie Thompson must defend the Inter-Global Heavyweight Championship title tonight against an unknown opponent. The arena is flooded in golden light as Gold steps through the curtains, dressed in his ring attire and leather jacket. He smiles and waves as he moves to the ring and enters...
Announcer: This is a single-fall match with no time limit, and we are told it is the first time in several weeks that Steven Gold has wrestled for a OWA event. Thompson is now looking at the owner Mr Fitzmorris and he appears to be upset that he was not informed the Gold was his opponent...
...Fitzmorris is telling Thompson he has no choice, he must wrestle ....ooooo and Stunning Steven didn't wait, he does a full body splash that crushes Outback in the corner turnbuckle. Outback is staggered ...Gold, POWER SLAM, hooks the leg...1....2....Outback kicks free.
Gold now screams to the crowd, and the crowd loves him, they are screaming back for him to finish Outback. Gold brings Outback up with handful of hair, whip into the ropes, and SLEEPER HOLD....
Wait, Gold is backing into the corner with the smaller Thompson, and he moves up to the bottom turnbuckle, THE HANGMAN'S CROSS...he has Outback off the mat, dangling him the sleeper. Thompson has been thrashing his arm but cannot break free...
The referee is counting, and Gold drops Outback to the mat...Gold, lifting Outback to his feet...this looks like a Scorpion death drop...no a reverse suplex, The TOUCHDOWN and SLAMS Outback face first to the mat....

RING ANNOUNCER; Inchon die neo frit yohor Inter-Golbal Heavyweight Champion..."STUNNING" STEVEN GOOOOOOOLD...
Gold grabs the belt, raising it over his head....the scene fades out....then fades back in to find Gold in the locker room. He is dressed and packing his bag, sliding the Inter-Global title belt into the suitcase when Robert Fitzmorris walks in and hands Gold a piece of paper that Gold looks at and slips into his jacket pocket.
Fitzmorris: "As promised...$250,000 for the appearance. I guess we need to work out a new contract or something for you to defend that title in Yokohama in 2 nights...
Gold: "Well thank you for the cash sir, and no to that contract. I have a show to do in Pennsylvania in two days for my new company, the WBSW. Oh, and the belt is going with me."
Fitzmorris: "WHAT!!??!! You can't take that, it's the property of the OWA pal. That's my belt.
Gold: "No no no...I gave you three huge years of my life and my career, and I appreciate everything you've done for me Robert. But I am America bound again, and I'm going there as the Inter-Global Heavyweight champion. You can share it with the WBSW for awhile, and it'll give you a great story angle back home. I'll surrender the title in a few weeks and send it back to you, but for now, it goes to Pennsylvania with me....I'll call ya..."
And with that, Gold grabs his bag and walks away, leaving Fitzmorris to watch him leave as the InterGlobal champion...
