Predictable...
With Erin disposed of and a message sent which the Dirty Little Thing hoped was received loud and clear by the egocentric and self indulgent diva, Alice was relieved to actually be back competing against people she felt worthy of her time.
Alice wasn't in her usual 'safe haven' the abandoned suburb high rise and back alleys, instead she was sat on a fire escape, looking out over the busy street below her. With her legs dangling through the gap in the railings and her hands behind her, propping her up as she so casually slouched, placing a lot of faith in a flimsy looking bit of metal in front of her to stop her suffering what would probably be a fatal fall should she slip from her perch, Alice took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Calming herself, organising her thoughts and finding the right words to say, she began to speak out loud to herself, a habit which by now, many who had met her were familiar with.
Alice paused as she opened her eyes and looked down through the grated metal she sat on for a moment before looking back up to the sky.
Pulling herself up, Alice held onto the railing as she sat there, still unfazed by the situation she could potentially find herself in.
Pulling herself up to her feet, Alice leaned on the railing and looked down at the street.
Alice leaned back a little.
Alice closed her eyes before brushing some of her hair back behind her ear as a slight breeze passed by her.
Alice rubs her chin for a moment.
Alice smirks to herself.
Alice pauses before cracking a smile.
Turning her back to the railing again, Alice leans back further on it.

With Erin disposed of and a message sent which the Dirty Little Thing hoped was received loud and clear by the egocentric and self indulgent diva, Alice was relieved to actually be back competing against people she felt worthy of her time.
"Finally, Jason Price... The man who so casually dismissed me months ago, the man who despite all his talk can't prove he is the top dog in the yard of NAW... The man who I am going to enjoy humiliating just like he tried to humiliate me...."
"You may wonder why I often talk out loud to myself... Is it a sign of a poor mental state? Is it a sign that I just have to hear my own voice no matter what I vocalise? Is it a sign that I am socially inept and don't know how to converse with people unless they have very similar interests to me?"
Alice paused as she opened her eyes and looked down through the grated metal she sat on for a moment before looking back up to the sky.
"It's how I reason things out... If the words stay inside my head, it just doesn't make much sense... I need to get whatever is inside out so I can hear it, see its impact and react accordingly... I can't just sit there and think what if I do this... Or say that with this inflection or maybe tilt my head to the side and crack a suggestive smile and use some come to bed with me eyes whilst sounding sultry... I have to do that... Some might see that as immature in some ways... But I see it as practical..."
Pulling herself up, Alice held onto the railing as she sat there, still unfazed by the situation she could potentially find herself in.
"Look at the past few weeks... I have had the Hatebringer focused exclusively on me because of what I say and what I do... That is not because him and whoever is sharing that space behind his mask with him may or may not find some pleasure in seeing me... No... It is because him and his friend know that doing something is more effective than thinking about something... There is no use thinking of a brilliant monologue if you're not going to write it down, work on it and learn it before delivering it at that moment to achieve maximum impact... Because what happens if you forget it? Then that moment of brilliance you could have had just slips away and becomes something else that might have been, but never will be... And even if you could re-create it word for word... It still wouldn't be the same... It would just be a touch of what glory it could have had...."
Pulling herself up to her feet, Alice leaned on the railing and looked down at the street.
"The most dangerous thing anyone can do is to forget... I knew I was up against it when I faced the Hatebringer... But I never forgot how he beat me last time, nor will I forget how he beat me again... The only person in NAW to score a direct pinfall victory over me... If I had forgot how Corey beat me, it would have been my undoing and the title match would have ended a lot quicker and still have the same result.... I would have lost because I never bothered to learn from my mistakes... This is something you should take note of Erin... You took a risk in trying to make someone out of yourself by trying to fuck with me... Only to realise the magnitude of your mistake when you couldn't beat me by cheating the entire way though our match...."
Alice leaned back a little.
"Ok... So apparently your foot was on the ropes? If the referee didn't see it then it matters not, because simply put... You tried everything you had against me and you couldn't do it. Every underhanded move did nothing... Because like I said... You're someone who uses your looks more than whatever athletic talent you may possess, and in the end, the right result came... I won and that is all that matters.... If you try to mess with me again to make a name for yourself, the only name you will have is the failure of braces and glasses...."
Alice closed her eyes before brushing some of her hair back behind her ear as a slight breeze passed by her.
"This brings me onto Jason Price.... Oh Jason... The man who seemed to have everything figured out, the man who one hundred percent believed his plan to capture the legacy title was foolproof... A GM in your back pocket, a group causing chaos and you simply riding their coattails and jumping off at the door of a Legacy Championship match which you quite frankly didn't earn or deserve... And still, with everything geared in your favour... Everything stacked behind you, giving the Bull what looked like impossible odds to overcome, especially after such an intense match at Revenge... You STILL couldn't get the job done..."
Alice rubs her chin for a moment.
"To be honest... Thinking about it... That seems to be a recurring theme with you doesn't it Jason... You can never seem to finish what you have started... At least since I've been here anyway.... You draw an elimination battle royal to get a triple threat match for the Horizon title... Which you couldn't win... You rig everything to get Alice White out of your way for a few weeks, get a new GM who is more accommodating to you and your ego, grant yourself a title match through his power... And you still couldn't do it..."
Alice smirks to herself.
"Just think... You couldn't win two titles on consecutive pay per view events... What makes you even think you could beat me, the girl you told to just play with her dolls and forget about wrestling? After all, I'm still the Briefcase of Choice winner, even if I cashed in my chance at a title... I'm still technically a champion of sorts until the next one rolls round... If you couldn't beat two ACTUAL champions, what makes you think you could beat a pseudo-champion? In fact.... What makes you think you can beat me at all? Tell me Jason, because I am just dying to know... And as predicted, you'll never tell me because you're going to come out, run your mouth about losing to Corey Bull, talk about how you're still waging this war against Alice White, how you're still the best here and how I'm nothing to you and of no real concern... And that makes me sad... Because I just know what is coming... I'm going get into that ring with you, you're gonna rough me up some, I'm gonna kick seven shades of shit out of you and then your little party is gonna pull the strings to try and get you the win where once again... You'll choke... You'll have yet another golden chance spoon fed to you, and you'll choke as you try to swallow it... You'll look for every excuse you can find, but in the end, you'll only have your own ineptness to blame.... You're being given a chance to become somebody again Jason... You're being given the chance to face me... The only person in this entire federation who can actually claim to be an equal to the seemingly invulnerable Legacy champion.... Do you have what it takes to do this one on one Jason... Do you have what it takes to actually beat me?"
Alice pauses before cracking a smile.
"I don't think you do.... Because you're like an open book, you're so easy to read, and the words which are written all over you Jason... Failure, Coward, Underachiever... When I pin you... I'll actually feel sorry for you, watching this empire you have tried to build for yourself come crumbling down because someone who you told to play with her dolls would rather play a real game...."
Turning her back to the railing again, Alice leans back further on it.
"Well Jason... Just so you know... I'm done playing.... I'm going to do the job at Meltdown and save everyone the pain of having to watch you and your team fall to pieces on the big stage like you just keep on doing.... And if you somehow manage to defeat me? Well, a stopped clock is right twice a day... It might just be one of those two moments you'll enjoy being in NAW during this current time...."
