The camera shows “The Very Good” David Fraggle standing outside a house. He walks to the house’s front door and rings the doorbell. A man with black hair, blue eyes and wearing a white top, blue pants and black shoes opens the door.
Man: Hello can I help you?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I’m looking for a man called Michael Thunder.
Man: In that case you’ve found him. What can I do for you?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: My name is David Fraggle and I’m a wrestler but I want your advice to a problem that I’m having.
Michael Thunder: In that case come on and we’ll have a talk.
Michael Thunder leads “The Very Good” David Fraggle into the house and David Fraggle looks around. He can see that the hallway has a red carpet, blue wallpaper and is filled with pictures of Michael Thunder in a wrestling ring.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: You’ve got a lot of pictures of you wrestling.
Michael Thunder: I was a professional wrestler for six years. I wrestled for many different wrestling companies.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: In that case I’m looking forward to hearing what you’ve got to teach me.
Michael Thunder: Trust me when I’m done talking to you today the world will never forget your name.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: That’s the attitude that I need to hear.
Michael Thunder opens a door and inside is a green carpet, black wallpaper, a brown chair and a red couch.
Michael Thunder: This is my living room.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle and Michael Thunder enter the living room and “The Very Good” David Fraggle sits on the couch while Michael Thunder sits on the chair.
Michael Thunder: The first thing that I want you to do is tell me about what you’ve done in wrestling business already. However at some point in your story about your wrestling career you’ve got to use the word acceptance.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I started off as a manager, managing a monster called Judas Fraggle. We worked for a company that closed down after its second show and then we heard about WBSW. Upon arriving at WBSW we caused pain and suffering. We were uncontrollable and the company owner Alex Morgan didn’t like it so he told his head of security to stop us however he failed. Eventually we were stopped because Alex Morgan screwed Judas Fraggle out of a match and then he fired us. Upon being fired from WBSW I set Judas Fraggle free. The reason why I set him free is because I didn’t want to be the reason for anyone else suffering but I did want a chance to make things right. So I followed WBSW and got inside everyone’s head again until they had no choice but to book me in a match that if I won then I would get a WBSW wrestler’s contract. I won the match but before I got a chance to enjoy the moment I was attacked by two masked men. After feeling my own pain and suffering I decided to introduce a man called “Sideshow” Euan Dante who could help me fight the two masked men. Sideshow and I defeated the two masked men in a snow ball fight but it’s the show afterwards that’s the reason why I’m here. On the last WBSW show, well I guess you could call it the last ever WBSW show I had a match against one of the masked men but before the match started they both attacked Sideshow and injured him. I then defeated the masked man who I was booked to face and I unmasked both of them. After the match Alex Morgan named me as the number one contender for the now NAW Championship Title.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle stops talking and lowers his head.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I believe that you said that I had to use the word acceptance in this story. I think that the only way that I can say the word acceptance in any context that you would like is if I say that with Sideshow now injured I feel like I’m all alone and I don’t have anyone who I can enjoy my moment with. I’m here looking for help trying to find the place where I can feel some kind of acceptance because throughout my entire life I’ve only wanted to be close to those who I already knew I never wanted to know anyone new.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle stops talking and raises his head and looks at Michael Thunder.
Michael Thunder: It sounds to me like you’re trying to change who you are so that you fit into the world that you’ve never understood before.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: That’s exactly why I’m here because up until now I’ve never wanted to be sociable but now feel like I have to be in order to come across as the new face of NAW. I want to be able to exit your front door today saying that I’m going to be the new face of NAW and that I’ve got the attitude that a true champion should have. I want you to look me in the eyes and tell me what you feel is missing.
Michael Thunder: It sounds to me like you’re a wee bit shy but you’ve got heart so you just need to let that take control of you. You know what you want so just try and reach up and grab it.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Please allow me to tell you about my heart. Ever since I set Judas Fraggle free I’ve felt like an under-dog because I’ve not had a monster by my side everywhere that I went. The reason why I’m here today saying that I’ve won four singles matches is because my heart has a never say due attitude. It wants me to win matches so I do whatever it takes to make sure that I pick up the win. In NAW those who pick up the wins are the ones who are remembered so I know that I need to be the one who picks up the big victory so that I can go even further in my career. I’m the number one contender for the NAW Championship Title and I know that I need to push myself even more so that I become the new NAW Champion.
Michael Thunder: Let’s talk about pushing yourself even further. What is your finishing move?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: My finishing move is called The Fraggle Rock Drop. It’s a springboard cutter at a corner.
Michael Thunder: What are your signature moves?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I spit red mist and green mist however I also d a top rope stomp.
Michael Thunder: In that please let me tell you a story about my career. I was one of the greatest high fliers on the planet. It didn’t matter if I wrestled in the first match on a show or I wrestled last. All that I cared about was putting on the greatest performance possible. So here’s what you do you’ve got to take advantage of all of your surroundings. If you’re in a match where weapons were legal you’ve got to be ready to grab the first object that’s next to you no matter what it is and be ready to use it in the best possible way ever. It doesn’t matter if it’s something weak like a stick what matters s you use it in a way that people remember for the rest of their lives. If you want to be a popular wrestler who everyone wants to know then you’ve got to start off by doing things in matches that people remember. You’ve got to give people a reason to talk about you so that they’ve got a reason to want to talk to you. The question is can you learn more about wrestling for you to feel like you’ve got more to offer wrestling?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Yes.
Michael Thunder: That’s good because as I look at you I see a man who wants to give it his all so that he can be where he feels he deserves to be. You feel that you should be the NAW Champion well I say that we give NAW a reason to call David Fraggle its champion. All that I want you do now is tell me the name of three wrestling moves that you would love to try in your next match.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: in my next match I would love to try a leg drop bulldog, sitout facebuster and a frog splash.
Michael Thunder: A frog splash? Let me tell you a personal story about that move. It was one of my favourite moves to do in a match. In fact sometimes I would do it with so much fire in my eyes that it ended a match because it hurt my opponent so badly that they just couldn’t kick out of the pin fall afterwards. . The point that I’m making is if you’re hungry enough to do it in a match then make sure that you do it with all might because there’s nothing sweeter than ending a match with a really big move.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I’ll keep that in mind, what do you think of the other moves that I said that I wanted to do?
Michael Thunder: To be honest I feel that if you want to try them in a match then try them and see how you get on. The wrestling business always changes it’s all about you being able to adapt so that you fit in with all of the changes that it goes through. Please let me give you an example. Sometimes fans will want to see a high flier wrestler so companies will hire more smaller wrestlers who can climb the top rope, other times the fans will want to see wrestlers use weapons so the companies will hire more hardcore wrestlers. It’s all about you as a wrestler being able to match what appeals at the time. If the fans want to see a wrestler who has the best mic skills the you push yourself to your limits so that you have better mic skills than the person who cut a promo before you so that you stand out the most to the fans. Do you understand what I’m saying?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I understand what you’re saying.
Michael Thunder: Are you ready for another test?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: What kind of test do you have in mind?
Michael Thunder: The exact same kind of test as I gave you before. I say a word and you’ve got to mention it in the topic that I choose.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: In that case I’m ready for a test.
Michael Thunder: Earlier on you were talking about Alex Morgan and how he told his head of security to try and keep you and Judas Fraggle under control. I want you to talk about him again only at some point you’ve got to use the word friendship.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: it’s funny that you pick the head of security Mitch Thompson because despite the fact that him and I don’t have any kind of friendship I’ve got to team up with him at the first ever NAW show.
Michael Thunder: In that case I’m going to ask you if you feel that you can trust him as your partner?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: To be honest despite our previous history he’s been there when he’s needed to be there so yes I do feel that I can trust him as my partner and to be honest I’m looking forward to saying that I teamed with him and I’m looking forward to saying that him and I won the match.
Michael Thunder: Who are you facing?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: We’re facing the NAW Champion Gunner Hughes and Diego Martinez.
Michael Thunder: Do they have any previous history?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I don’t think so therefore I can’t use that as a weakness against them.
Michael Thunder: How about this you say whatever you want to say about Diego Martinez but you’ve got to use the words pen, blood and spade in any order that you like.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: First of all I’m going to use the word pen. When he used a pen to sign his NAW contract I bet that he didn’t expect that I was right there waiting to tell him that he made the biggest mistake of his life. You see when I wrestle a match I take it as seriously as I can and I always go into it thinking that any friend of someone who I really don’t like is an enemy of mine. You Diego Martinez appear to be a friend of a now former masked man and that means that no matter how much you’re going to say that you’ve come to NAW to help sort out his life I’m not buying it. I know that your friend did whatever he could to try and destroy my career so I’m not going to let you Diego walk into NAW and expect me to forgive just because you might want me to. If you want him to be forgiven then you’ve got to earn it by stepping into the ring with me and showing me that he’s a changed man. So let me tell you exactly what’s going to happen when I see your buddy outside the ring. I’m going to stare him in the eyes and I’m going to spit my red mist onto him. The reason why I pick the red mist is because I want him to know that after he injured Sideshow I want him to end up in a hospital because of a blood loss caused by my hands. In fact how about that challenge? If Loco, Toro, Marco Uribe or whatever his name tries to get his hands dirty by trying to get involved in the match then I’ll walk right up to Alex Morgan’s face and I’ll demand that I face him in a first blood match so that I can make him bleed and send him to the hospital where he’ll be right next sideshow who will probably enjoy seeing his old rival knowing that I took him out for his revenge. The fact of the matter is no matter what you say or do it’s not over until I say it’s over and right now I’m saying that I’ waiting for an apology for injuring Sideshow or me getting revenge for you injuring him. As for you Diego I hope you’re listening to what I’m saying because if you make the wrong actions then I’ll assume that you’re nothing more than a new helper in Marco Uribe’s plan to ruin my life and believe me when I say that I’m not ready for any more of his games.
Michael Thunder: I want you to stop talking for a second and hear what I want to say to you. You’re about to go into a tag team match and one of your two opponents is the NAW Champion and on the outside of the ring is one of the two men who injured Sideshow. What I want to know is are you focused on becoming the NAW Champion? What I mean is if you were in the ring with Gunner and had to pick between pinning him to win the match or getting rid of Marco Uribe who is distracting the ref. Can you really afford to take your mind off of Gunner for that one second knowing full well that it would cost you everything?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: He won’t get a chance to distract me because of how badly I want to mist him.
Michael Thunder: But you’ll then turn around and Gunner finishes you off and gets the win that’s what I’m trying to prepare you for.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: That would only happen if I’ve not weakened Gunner enough. I’m going into this match knowing that I’ve got to weaken Gunner so that I can become the new NAW Champion on the PPV. I’m going into this match knowing that I’ve got to pin the NAW Champion so that he takes me as a credible challenger for his title. To me this is my chance to show everyone what I’m really all about and I’m not going to let this opportunity go to waste. I came here today looking for that extra bit of support and as I look at you Michael thunder I can feel extra confidence coming to me every second that I can speak. What that tells me is that you really were the right man for me to speak to and I feel that I should thank-you for everything that you’ve do so far however we’re not finished yet. There’s still so much more for us to talk about.
Michael Thunder: I want you to tell me how would you weaken Gunner to pin him?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Allow me to tell you something about Gunner Hughes. The man has hasn’t been defeated in NAW however when Gunner faced Judas Fraggle I honestly believe that Judas had the match won until Alex Morgan caused the loss. If strength can nearly defeat Gunner then there’s one thing missing that really will defeat him. It’s something so dangerous that I don’t think that anyone has used it against him yet. The secret trick to beating him is mentally. You’ve got to find a way to outsmart him, do things that he wouldn’t let you do and take advantage of the opportunities that come from him making mistakes. I’ve seen Gunner in matches against people with huge egos, all of them were just talk but no actions to back them up. I however always try to backup what I say and this tag match will be no exception. I’m in this match to win it and I don’t care if I have to sacrifice everything that I’ve got in order to do so. I will find a way to defeat you Gunner Hughes and go down in history as the first man in NAW to do so. I can already hear the fans cheering my name in celebration of the fact that I did something that nobody else could do and some people might have said wasn’t even possible Gunner defeating you is my destiny. I’m not Hale Collins, I’m not Invertigo and I’m not Steven Gold my name is David Fraggle and I’m not someone who’s going to go from challenging for the NAW Title to disappearing from the company with no hope of ever retuning. I’m here to set a new standard for NAW and I’m going to make sure that the standard is set. I wanted Alex Morgan to pick a number one contender who eats, sleeps and bleeds for NAW and that’s exactly what I do. I’ve always been the type of guy to look out for the future of NAW and I’m seeing this as not only a reward for my hard work but a chance for me to prove to the entire world that I’m the real deal. I don’t want people to say that David Fraggle is some nobody with no hope for his future. I want people to say that David Fraggle is the future of NAW and that his time is getting nearer.
Michael Thunder: It sounds like you want to be the NAW Champion.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I’m fed up seeing people walk into my home, challenge Gunner to a match for the NAW title and then leave the company because they couldn’t beat him. To me the NAW Champion should be facing men who are just like him. Men who will do whatever it takes to secure that there is a future for NAW. As for those who don’t care about the company I feel that NAW should do the right thing, Get rid of each and every single one of them and focus on the wrestlers who will do whatever it takes to make an even bigger name for themselves.
Michael Thunder: Have you got anything else to say about Gunner?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Yes I do.
Michael Thunder: In that case I want you to use the words table, disk and belt when talking about him just to vary your trash talk against him.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I’m going to use the word disk first by saying that Gunner just like a floppy disk your reign is about to be outdated. Gunner in a way you’re lucky that I want a straight up one on one match with you that will define NAW’s NAW Championship Title is a proper respectable way because if I had been another one of those only cared about himself type people I would probably have used a table or my belt to beat you so that I did become the new NAW Champion. You might think that I’m crazy wanting to have a respectable one on one match with you but I’m doing it because I want to prove myself to you and to NAW that I belong in a NAW Championship Title match. At the time when you heard that I was your next contender you might have thought I was going to be an easy match for you but here I am right now telling you that I’m not afraid to challenge myself to go any distance to beat you and become the new NAW Champion.
Michael Thunder: I want to add something. Gunner up until now I’ve had no experience with David Fraggle. Now that I’ve spent a while talking to him and finding out what kind of attitude that he has towards to the wrestling business I can tell that he’s a man who’s hungry to succeed. I’ve seen a lot of men like him in the wrestling business however a lot of them never challenge themselves to go to their absolute limits. I honestly believe that David Fraggle is going to do whatever it takes to reach his limits. I feel that he has a fire in his eyes and it’s telling him that he can’t say die. He’s worked hard to reach the point that he’s now at and he’s not going to let himself throw it away. Gunner a man like David Fraggle doesn’t come a long very often but when they do you know that they’re something very special. This man David Fraggle might have looked a joke to some people but as I look at him right now I don’t see a joke. I see a real threat for your NAW Championship Title and I believe that he can look deep inside himself and find the right wining formula to defeat you for it. Gunner if I was you I would be ready to welcome David Fraggle into the NAW Championship Title scene because he doesn’t seem like someone who’s going to leave the scene very quickly. He’s going to try and do whatever he can to stay in it. David Fraggle desire and in the wrestling business that’s a very dangerous thing to have because you just never know what the wrestler is going to do or how far he’s going to go to achieve his dreams. I see David Fraggle pushing you Gunner to having a match that you’ve not had in NAW and I see the NAW Championship match between the two of you going down in history as one of the greatest matches that NAW has ever had. In fact I’d go as far as saying that it’ll be an early match of the year contender.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Thank-you very much for the kind words sir.
Michael Thunder: No problem David you deserved those words. I believe that we can now end the trash talk and discuss your non-wrestling attitude.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: What do you mean by that?
Michael Thunder: Well after I’ve talked about wrestling I like to relax for a little while before going out to find and find a wild party.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: What do you mean by a wild party?
Michael Thunder: You know go somewhere where there’s lots of women to make out with and take back here.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I can honestly say that I’ve not done that before.
Michael Thunder: In that case you should stay here for a few days and let me show you the club scene. Maybe you can hook up with a very nice woman that you can take back to NAW with you who can be your new Sideshow. Someone by your side so that no matter what happens you’ve always got someone who can share your moment with you so that you never feel lost and out of place ever again.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: But I need to prepare for my next match.
Michael Thunder: You can do that to because I’ve got a ring that you can train in if you really want to practice.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Maybe a few days in Florida won’t hurt me if I get a chance to try out some new things.
Michael Thunder: That’s the spirit. So tell me what kind of woman would a man like you be looking for if you were to settle down one day?
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: I’ve never thought about it before so I don’t have a specific type.
Michael Thunder: That’s fine we can get to know different women until we find someone who you feel that you click with.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: What kind of women do you go for?
Michael Thunder: I don’t have a type I just take whatever comes to see me.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: So you’re some kind of player?
Michael Thunder: I don’t think of it as a player I think of it as me being a party animal who’s willing to settle down when the party stops being fun. To be honest I would still be wrestling today if I didn’t have so many injuries.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: What kind of injuries have you had?
Michael Thunder Back, head, neck but it’s all worth it when you hear fans screaming your name. Let me tell you a story when KI first appeared on worldwide television my first match was a hardcore match. Knowing full well that the first impression that fans have of you has to be a good one I did what nobody thought I would do. I climbed up a ladder and jumped onto y opponent who was lying on a table. I’m not telling you to put your body on the line like that but I am saying that if you really do want to make that good impression you’ve got to make sure that it’s the best impression that you can give.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: That does sound like a very good first impression.
Michael Thunder: Oh it was and believe me it was worth it. The thing about wrestling is you want to be the guy who not only wins a match but does that extra something special that you never forget. You never know maybe in ten years’ time you might be in my position. Looking at the future talent and telling him about your career and why he should be listening to your advice because it might be that big changing moment in his career. If you say the wrong thing then it might be your fault why he losses all of his passion for the business. However if he listens to you then you would be the one who led him on his journey to victory. I’m not saying that in ten years’ time you’re going to be retired and telling and telling some young kid about what you’ve done in wrestling. I’m saying that you never know when some young kid might come to you looking for advice to help him with his wrestling career but you’ve always got to be willing to offer the advice. Sure there might be times when you don’t know the answers to the questions that they’re asking but no doubt you’ll make contact with someone else who has the answer.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: You make a very good point.
Michael Thunder: The wrestling business is all about expecting the unexpected you just never know when something is going to happen and who’s going to benefit from it.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: That’s true but what do you do when it’s not about you?
Michael Thunder: You can either sit in the shadows and wait on your chance to shine or you can try and make it a moment about you. I think you would much rather try and make about you instead of wait on someone else to say that it’s your turn to shine.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: You’re right I would much rather everybody knew who I was and make my own opportunities than wait on one to appear.
Michael Thunder: That’s what I want to hear from you.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: In that case that’s exactly what you’re going to hear from me. The fact of the matter is I like the position that I’m in at NAW and I want to take it even further.
Michael Thunder: I think you can take it all the way.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Well I’m glad to hear you say that.
Michael Thunder: I think it’s time for us to stop talking and go out and party.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Not yet because I’ve got one more thing to say to NAW. NAW my name is David Fraggle and this is the beginning of a new chapter in my life. A chapter where I rise to the top of the highest mountain that NAW has to offer and I kick those to try to reach me. From this moment onwards everyone at NAW is on notice. Notice that I’m the biggest threat to NAW Champion Gunner Hughes and I won’t stop being a threat until I’ve beaten him.
Michael Thunder: I can hear the clocks ticking down until the match NAW show, I can hear clocks ticking down to the NAW PPV and I know that they both mean the same thing. David Fraggle is about to become the NAW Champion. The name David Fraggle is about to go down in history of being one of the true great’s to ever step foot in a NAW ring and I Michael Thunder am going to make the long trip to see him wrestle at shows. David Fraggle it doesn’t matter what happens now because from this moment on if you ever need someone to talk to I’m going to be right there by your side to give any piece of advice that you want. From this moment on you David Fraggle are going to feel like one of my boys and in case you don’t know what that means. It means that I’m always going to be there to look after you if things ever really got bad for you.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: Thank-you very much it’s always good to know that there’s someone who I can turn to if things ever get really bad for me.
Michael Thunder: You’re welcome, I know how hard the world is just now so I like to keep my friends close to me. You see David to me the wrestling business is one big giant family well I like to keep those who I’ve worked with and feel the closest to near me so that I’m always in contact with them. David now you can say that they’re there to represent you even if you’re nowhere near them. Is this an exclusive offer that doesn’t come to everyone, it only goes to those who I feel have earned it and you David have earned it by impressing me today. You David can achieve big things in wrestling and I and my closest contacts in wrestling are all going to be there by your side when you live your dreams. Until then it’s time for us to go out and party in celebration of your future.
“The Very Good” David Fraggle: This is the start of a new journey for me and I’m going to see it through to the end. NAW you better be prepared for a new kind of madness that can only be caused by “The Very Good” David Fraggle. Gunner Hughes I’m coming for you and I’m going to take your NAW Championship Title very soon.
Scene fades.
