Noah is shown after the Fight One PPV 'Fuel the Flame 3' and due to copyright laws we are not allowed to show you any footage without consent from Fight One but Noah is there and he looks exhausted and as he grabs a towel and wipes his face off he turns and looks at the camera and nods slightly.
“Alice, I see that you have been training, looking to boost your stamina, good plan you should stick to it, you should do your best to try and push your body to the very limits of what it can do. See while you have been training, I have been looking for more and more challenges. I have been here in Fight One, doing whatever I can to see different ring styles, weapons, weapons and more weapons brought to the Outlaw Division by some of the most diverse and perverse men to step into a ring with me. I want to prepare my mind and body for what is going to be a grueling match. I want you to do everything you can to try and beat me, I want you to hit me with every move in your arsenal and after kickout after kickout you will see that after a while it is just muscle reflex, it is just my body reacting to being on its back and what happens is just my body doing what it has been trained from day one. See even when Cassandra is on top my body kicks out, sometimes it has ended badly for Cassandra, sometimes she ends up getting flung off the bed or off the dining room table. I want you to see that everything you have done in NAW up to this point has been a motion in fruitlessness, you have hardly been pushed, you have hardly had to adjust the person you are standing across the ring from. See I learned that lesson years ago, when I was in Wrestling Midwest I thought my athlete skill and outstanding mat wrestling would just be able to drive me through match after match after match. I figured that even though there were different styles of wrestling that my superior in ring skills would be able to compensate for any short coming I might have against someone.” Noah explained as he grabbed a bottle of water and poured it over his head. A Fight One stage hand handed Noah a piece of paperwork and a pen, Noah looked it over quickly and then signed it and handed it back.
“See Alice I want you to understand something, you're one of the better all around wrestlers I have even met. Your speed, agility and determination carry you through all kinds of matches, some of the matches you probably should have lost but like I have said for months you pull that rabbit out of the hat almost every time and that is something that most of the roster could really look and see how things are done. I have had to adjust to matches, to opponents because after that time in Wrestling Midwest I learned that relying on your own skills and demanding that they win you matches is nothing short of retarded. Every other species in nature adapts to its surroundings to the way things are presented to it. We as humans are the slowest to do this, we invade a territory, we pro-create, consume the natural resources and then move on to the next area and for a long time I was like that I would go from fed to fed, destroying the top talent, winning belts, notching Hall of Fame rings and then moving on to the next territory and then I saw what I was doing when I walked through a field in Wyoming during a match during the days where I just drove from place to place and never really gave a shit what I was doin' or where I was. I stood outside, the sun was baking me like a potato, I was sweating like crazy and as the sun glared at me I could see the silhouette of a locust another creature that devours everything in its path and then moves on and that was when I realized that I was doing things all wrong. That being a wrestling version of a locust wasn't really doing everything that I wanted. Sure I was getting titles, sure I was famous and that I had gotten movie deal, TV show appearances, appeared on 'Saturday Night Live' but it was in THAT moment that I knew everything I thought was right was actually wrong. I had to learn to adjust, I had to learn that relying on my skills and not trying to find a way to beat someone at their own game. That is why even though I hated the fact that Corey Bull came up with the Prison Yard match, I was already happy with it because I knew I could win, I knew that the fact that I had competed in one just a few months earlier had set the table up for me. Corey thought he had the advantage, Corey thought he had laid out the perfect match for him to come out on top but his plan failed not because the match didn't give him a leg up on all of us but simply because he never fully embraced the match and what could come from it.” Noah said as he wiped the water from his face and grabbed a towel and wiped it dry and then walked towards the backroom and closed the door.
“See he didn't see the match through, he thought he could just muscle his way through the match, he never evolved and THAT is why he lost. I have shown my hand, told you what I wanted to do with the match, not because I am THAT confident, not because I want to scare you or to try and intimidate you, I want you to able to change your stripes like a chameleon, I want you to be able to blend into ANY match type that you need to be able to. People never understood why I went to Fight One and went after the Outlaw title, it was real simple I needed to test myself against younger, speedier and more agile fighters than myself and also I need to find some of the most blood thirsty fighters in all the country and that was one thing that Fight One offered. I wanted to test myself some more so I went to this crazy ass chicken place called Pollomania and entered a deal there, see this is all to test myself, to expend my abilities as far as I can possibly go against kids that are probably old enough to be my kids. Being able to adapt, being able to change the way you approach everything is key Alice and that is the lesson that this match is going to teach you. That is why I have shown my hand so early, that is why I have told you my game plan because I want to see if you can adapt, I want to see if you can change the way you approach a match and change on the fly when you need to.” Noah continued to explain as he opened the door and had on a pair of University of Kansas shorts and was shirtless as he walked over to his gearbag and opened it and started to search through it for something and then pulled out some Axe bodyspray and then some deodorant. He applied the deodorant then sprayed some of the Axe and then grabbed a black retro Star Wars shirt and pulled it over his head. A glimpse of the Legacy title is shown as Noah pushes it in the bag and zips it shut.
“Look I know you think I was laying a trap but it was never like that, I wanted you to see everything coming, I wanted you to know exactly what was going to happen. Remember what I said, no tricks, no cutting corners, you'll see everything coming. And this is not about destroying you, this is about breaking you down and then rebuilding you better than you were before, this is about adding new layers to you as a competitor, you see if you win then great you were able to adjust, adapt and overcome everything that I laid out for you and that means you have earned the respect of not just me but every damn fighter in the back from La Diva to freaking Rocky Hollywood they all should be really worried if you come out of this as the Legacy champion for a second time. But the flip side of that is also this, if you lose, if you falter and cannot adapt and change like I have tried to help you do then each and every member of this roster knows that this summer is going to be one that is long, hot and filled with me standing there holding the Legacy title and every one of them questioning if they really have the skills to step into the ring. I mean I could hear it now....” Noah said with a pause as he grabbed a bottle of water and took a drink. “...he beat Bohannon, Corey Bull, Rocky Hollywood and sent James Edwards running all the way to Fight One going “I can't beat Noah so I am gonna try my hand somewhere less intimidating and daunting” and then I show up in Fight One and I beat James literally shit his pants when he saw me must have thought that I was some sort of serial killer that was stalking his ass. But what everyone fails to see is that Edwards didn't even want to try to adapt to what was in front of him instead he went to where he thought he had a better chance at being successful. And that is something that falls more along the lines of not having any balls and to be honest Alice seems to be a tougher customer then Edwards would have ever been and that is really tough to hear because he always like to bark about the fact that he had so potential that he had so much goin' for him but when it all came down to it lice has shown she has a bigger set of balls then most of the male wrestlers in this business. See you think I totally want to destroy everything about you but you couldn't be any more wrong I want you to shed the punky, spunky fighting spirit that you have and I want you to evolve that is all I have ever wanted you to do is to EVOLVE, to shed the skin that has been given to you from the beginning. I want to make you a better fighter in the end, that is really what this is all about, I want you to prosper after my time has ended, after I walk away there will not be someone like me for a long time. And this is not one of those things where I want your sympathy or am looking for you to have pity on me because I don't need o want any of that from anyone. All I am doin' here is making NAW stronger in the end, building Alice Harris better through a trial of fire. See Alice I am treating you like one of my favorite comic book stories about a monster called 'Doomsday' a monster that killed Superman. See I plan on putting you through so many trials, making your body stronger, making you stronger through each trial. You will feel like you have died over and over after everything is said and done but in the end you will know that I did it to make you stronger, to make you better so that when the next challenge comes or whenever Rocky Hollywood gets his next run of matches. I want you to be able to just destroy people, I want you to be able to make them look pathetic like they are moving in slow motion when they are in the ring with you. But for all that to happen I have to break you down, I have to have you a beaten and defeated mess of a wrestler before I can mold you to a superior athlete. Is it something I want to do? No...of course not, you're one of the few wrestlers in the business that has my complete respect, I look at you and I see an incredible fighting spirit, a will to win that just goes unrivaled but you don't have the one thing that I have always had...a killers instinct....”
Noah finally grabbed the last of his things and put the bag over his shoulder and opened the door to his locker room and started to head out to his car. He passed a few people and even saw James Edwards talking to a stage hand they shared a glance, Noah smirked confidently and nodded slightly to James as he continued down the isle. He would sign a few pictures and even pose for a couple for a few lucky fans. Noah got to his limo and handed his bags to the driver who put them in the trunk and then opened the door for Noah and the cameraman to enter. Noah reached into the mini fridge and grabbed a bottle of Mountain Dew Live Wire as the door opened again and Cassandra climbed in, her face brought a smile to the face of Noah. “See this is my everything right now, I have been through so much, the killer instinct is my defining trait right now. I see this match with Alice as a chance to really put on a clinic for the world to see. Alice thinks she is backed into a corner, she thinks she is trapped but she couldn't be any more wrong because she isn't trapped, not even cornered, I will be the gentleman throughout the entire match. She falls out the ring I will gladly sit on the middle rope and wait for her to enter the ring. She gets tangled in the ropes, I will let the ref free her, remember no cut corners in this match. You don't have to worry about being pushed like that, I will break at every moment the ref instructs, I will not do the thing that I would have done in years past. See that is something that everyone looks at and says “Noah would use every dirty trick in the book if there is a title at stake.” and that was exactly right back then I would have done anything and everything to walk out as a champion. Done some questionable things in the past, have burned bridges and ended careers and lost friends because of my pursuit of fame and fake gold and leather belts.”
Cassandra shook her head and put on a pair of earbugs as Noah continued the interview. “Cassandra shakes her head because she knows the history, she has seen what I can do to be honest I am a little shocked that the fans of NAW really have no idea what I am truly capable of. I destroyed Trent Brown and his whole damn family in less than two months. Hell I even upped my game and ended his marriage and that was even before I showed the world that his little wifey had really not been the sweet and innocent little flower that she always tries to portray. I have ran over each and every opposition that has stepped in front of me, I tried to guide Katherine away from Trent I wanted to give her the Golden Ticket to a life that didn't include HillBilly Handfishing , Pabst Blue Ribbon and Meth Labs, I wanted her to have so much more because the talent is there but sometimes you just can't do everything you want, sometimes people don't want to be fixed, sometimes they don't want help.”
“Then what do you do then?” Cassandra asked as she looked at Noah. “What if Alice doesn't want your help?”
Noah looked at Cassandra, like he was having a hard time processing the question. “What do you mean?”
“Maybe she is just happy as a clam the way things are....” Cassandra remarks, taking a sip from her bottle of water.
Noah's eyes fluttered at a maddening pace, like the question had shorted something out and then he just stopped and glared at Cassandra, his eyes thinning the more he looked at her. “For one Alice is not the dimwitted bimbo that Kat is, I was offering her so much and she was a fool for turning it down but then again she shacked up with anyone that had Trent in his bloodline, so maybe it was for the better, maybe cutting all the ties with her was really better for everyone in the end.”
“You still haven't answered my question about Alice, what are you going to do if she refuses your offer?” Cassandra pushed the question again.
“I am not trying to have sex with her.” Noah barked defensively. “I want to make her a better fighter, stronger, faster...”
“Are you trying to make her into the Bionic Woman?” Cassandra replied with a snip.
Noah's eyes continued to narrow as Cassandra continued to poke Noah like he was a lion in a cage and she knew he wouldn't do anything. “Don't fucking throw shit at my cage Cass, just don't.” Noah growled. “Look I am offering Alice a chance to be a legend to be an icon not just in NAW but in the business as a whole, but if she turns the offer down...”
Noah paused, his eyes darting around in his head like it was searching for the right answer. “I have said that from day one that I don't want to put Alice on the shelf because I respect her to much and that is what I meant...”
Cass stopped from reading her IPAD and shook her head at Noah. “You have a thing for her? Am I ever gonna be good enough for you for that ego?”
Now Noah was pissed, his forehead growing from a pale white to a beet red in a matter of seconds and Cass knew instantly she had made a mistake. “Stop the car...”
The limo pulls over, no one is sure exactly where they are but Noah gets out and starts walking, Cass hurriedly catches up to her man. “Baby I am sorry, I was pushing your buttons but seriously what if she doesn't want your help or even need it.”
Noah looked at the camera...
“Then that is bad news for the rest of the roster....”
